I honestly wasn't sure anyone could help on such short notice, but these guys didn't hesitate. The result? I stepped back into my car and felt like I was picking it up brand new off the dealership floor. Immaculate. Every surface, every corner completely transformed. I couldn't believe it was the same interior. What made it even better was how accommodating and kind everyone was throughout the whole thing. They worked around my schedule without any fuss, made it happen quickly, and were genuinely a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. This is the kind of service you don't forget.

The local…read moredealer had advised us to find somebody else to do the work because he said Honda charges a lot for catalytic converters. We called Tuffy, talked to Todd Williamson, and got what we thought was a reasonable quote, took the car in on the following Saturday, and they were very quick with the replacement. They also caught a few other things that needed attention and we authorized them to go ahead with those. I was very impressed with their professionalism and I highly recommend them.

We got it home and the next time we used it, it didn't start. we called them and they said we need to try to jump it before towing it again, as it must be a defective battery since we didn't get it from them. We were confused why our insurance wouldn't cover it so my husband called our warranty company to get further explanation. We were informed by our warranty company that no inquiries into coverage have been made. I understand that things happen, but this unfortunately was dishonesty from the service department. The work on the vehicle was up to standards, but this is an ethical issue that will likely result in us looking elsewhere for an honest service provider.

Bryan at the service desk said they didn't have our size in stock but could get them much later in the day. He didn't want me and my family (with two young, impatient boys) to have to wait all day so he directed me to Tires Plus across the street. The price he could give me for tires if we would have waited was as great as everywhere else but instead sent me where it was better for me and not the company. He aired up my flat tire to get me there at no cost. Bryan and his excellent customer service are the reason we will be doing all future vehicle service at Rydell!
