Still had the errors afterwards and I was told that it would away . Had a clunk when I test drove and power steering noise was told he didn't know what the issue was with the power steering without checking it out and the clunking noise was a tie rod needed replaced but he couldn't check anything else out he was only checking out the oxygen sensor . So what was the $160 for? The tie rod ended up being a bad strut that broke going down the road if you enjoy throwing $160 away for absolutely nothing and not getting your vehicle fixed properly take it here

After driving two hours I was surprised to find there was 12500 miles showing on the odometer. Surprise, the owners wife took a little joy ride... I negotiated a better price. All was signed sealed and delivered--wait, another SURPRISE! This one year old Certified Cadillac only has one key fob. I protested but was told I would have to purchase a second key. Fast forward a month--I purchased a second key and had it programmed at my home dealership. SURPRISE SURPRISE it's $400. Cadillac has left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I was willing to put my trust in you and you disappoint. I gave you a couple extra stars because I was too foolish to walk away from the deal when I should have...

Absolutely, absolutely phenomenal experience. I don't think most people give dealers five-star…read morereviews (I'm pretty sure it's unheard of, really), but Witham has been amazing. When we first went in to see if a VW was for us, we made it clear that we only had 40 minutes for a test drive and to see if a Jetta would be our type of car. We worked with a sales associate (Dragos) who was fun, explained things quickly, but thoroughly, and made sure we made it out with 5 minutes to spare - absolutely no attempts to hard sell us or disrespect our schedule. He was easily the most friendly, laid-back, and comfortable sales associate we've ever worked with. After we'd decided a VW would be for us, their sales manager (Tim, I believe) was fantastic about getting us a fantastic price without all of the "negotiating" back and forth. He was clear and upfront about what he would be making from the deal and where he had a bit more wiggle room on price. He talked to us about all of the various rebates, and when he quoted us an amazing price, I had assumed it was *with* dealer financing as any other similar amazing offers from other dealers had required us to use the dealer financing instead of our own credit union. Our sales manager, Tim, said "Nope! Use whatever financing you want!" He was happy to rerun numbers for us multiple times without looking frustrated, and he made us feel like valued customers without pushing us into packages that we didn't need or want. I never once felt pressured. When we said we couldn't take possession of the car that particular day, he was happy to take a deposit on the vehicle so he could take it off the lot, and he said to give him a call when we were ready. We did and the car detailed and filled with gas. They didn't quite have all of the paperwork done and ready for when we got there, but it was less than an hour's worth of wait and paperwork (all while being friendly and taking time to answer any questions about the car and explain any features), and we were driving off with our vehicle! Absolutely no fuss, no frustration, and we felt extremely valued. I feel like we got a fantastic deal too - one that other dealers weren't going anywhere near price-wise. I don't think this is how amazing car purchases are supposed to be. I think I'm supposed to feel annoyed and gypped over the whole experience, but I don't. Witham's customer service really sealed it for me. I even brought in a batch of Scratch cupcakes for the staff when we purchased the car to thank them for being so awesome.
