It was very easy to get a walk in estimate and they were quick to start work. Everyone was very nice. Unfortunately the quality of the work was bad, the job had to be redone after I refused pick up. Put wrong parts on a part specific car and was told that from day 1 arriving there. Showed proof from Dodge specifically and either they ignored it and didn't read it or think they know it all. Totally messed up my car and changed major parts. Then lied. I have proof of it all. Legal steps are being took now. Check your cars everyone. Did nothing I asked or correct. This was my first choice for repairs after I was rear ended. Years ago they repaired my husbands pick up after he hit two deer. It was like brand new. I called to ask about getting an estimate and they said I could come right in. No appointment necessary. When I entered I was greeted immediately and someone went right out to assess the damage to my car. Within 15 minutes they had a typed up estimate and I had a repair date scheduled. The lobby was clean, had seating and complimentary coffee and water. The staff was excellent. Polite and explained everything. The person who hit me had nationwide insurance and they are a preferred repair location for Nationwide as well as many other insurances. I was able to drop off my car at the scheduled time without any trouble. Less than 2 weeks later they called me and I was ready to pick my car up. When I arrived to pick my car up I was greeted and my car was up front and ready. They went over the repairs and they guaranteed their work and their paint. They even called and lined up the return of my rental car through enterprise so I could leave it right there at the shop. You wouldn't even know my car had been hit. They replaced the bumper, repaired the rear quarter panel and painted. It looks as good as new. They even vacuumed out my interior and washed it. Their service is A+. I had my 2002 F350 in there to have some damage repaired on the door panels and some scratches buffed out that happened at a dealership. The paint job looks excellent and the service is very good. The only reason I gave a four star is because my company decal they replaced on the driver's door did not match the passenger door so I ended up paying $125 to have the passenger door company decals matched to the new style that was put on. I do feel that should have been already done before I showed up. Overall very good service and I would recommend them. read more

My car was damaged in several areas due to a recent accident. Iowa Auto Rebuilders had come highly recommended by a couple of people I know, and I'm very happy I took their advice. I was very impressed with the quality of work performed by Iowa Auto Rebuilders. Unbelievable. My car looks brand new again. I was also very impressed with their quality of service. They called me Friday morning let me know my car was done and I didn't arrive until 5 pm (closing time). Even through it was closing time on a Friday evening, they welcomed me in and ensured me that it wasn't an inconvenience. One of their techs took me outside (in cold drizzle weather) to show me my car and explain what they did to repair the damage. He took his time and made sure I was satisfied with the quality of work, and repeatedly told me that they guaranteed their work so not to hesitate to call if I was found anything that I wasn't satisfied with. And there's more. They cleaned my car, both inside and out, before i picked it up. My car is the cleanest it's been since i bought it. Air fresher and all. I had my Jeep repaired at Iowa Auto Rebuilders and they did an impeccable job. You can't even tell there was damage. And they guarantee their work which makes it even better. I was able to drop my car off easily and they helped me to get a rental. Would definitely recommend them if you need repairs. Only downside is that they are not open on weekends. read more
