Very laid back atmosphere and super friendly. I'll definitely call here first anytime I need tires or parts. I even heard the guy behind the desk running through a list of places this guy could get a certain part they didn't have, giving him options that he may not have known about. This is exactly what I do at work, if I don't have it I'll find it for you, it brings customers back.

Bryan at the service desk said they didn't have our size in stock but could get them much later in the day. He didn't want me and my family (with two young, impatient boys) to have to wait all day so he directed me to Tires Plus across the street. The price he could give me for tires if we would have waited was as great as everywhere else but instead sent me where it was better for me and not the company. He aired up my flat tire to get me there at no cost. Bryan and his excellent customer service are the reason we will be doing all future vehicle service at Rydell!

Conscious is something that all humans have a capability of expressing. So I hope when your counting your money at the end of a sale that it sticks on your consciousness, cuz everyone has one, that you are knowingly selling large pieces of metal that will be a death trap for my grandkids. Let me tell you all the things that were found when they started taking apart the engine, along with the things they said they replaced. They said they replaced the spark plugs, that was a lie. The spark plugs were loose. They said they replaced the distributor, that was a lie. There was a bolt missing to the starter. And the bracket to the starter had zero bolts. They were suppose to do all new gaskets. That was a lie. The timing chain gasket was never done. The valve cover gasket was never done. And the bolts were loose on the bell housing. I guess we will see how much more damage they caused as they tear this engine down and put a different one in. My husband drove his truck for one week. And over $5k. And now we're are putting more money into a different engine. Overall poor quality in their mechanic skills. Never again.
