They cut corners on the repairs in 2015 to my 2013 Impala. They left metal shavings every where that caused rust on the door hinges and caused issues with the windows rolling up and down, they didn't install the front windshield correctly and now there is a whistle, sliced the weather stripping on rear quarter glass and didn't admit to it, the roof molding pieces weren't installed in the right spot, there is a vibration from the sun roof cover, after repair there is a rattle in the rear end (same thing happened after taking my previous car there). After taking my husbands truck for repair after hail damage, they didn't realign the hood correctly. When all these issues and problems were brought to their attention, they refused to correct them and were very dismissive.

Tried to open my truck for about 2 minutes and left. They didn't call me but called the insurance company to send out a locksmith, which is super expensive and not covered by insurance. 30 minutes later Insurance called another provider scheduled to arrive in an hour. They were able to open the truck in under 5 minutes. I'm sure McCanns has some great qualities but in a pinch I wouldn't suggest them for opening a locked car.
