I needed the rear brakes replaced and honestly I was worried about the cost. Tony set up an appointment to first look at the brakes to see just how bad they were, and then worked in a discount for being military/veteran. I was amazed at how much the cost for the repair was. Needless to say, thanks to my fellow veterans for recommending Big A Auto because I will bring my car here for all her needs. At the time I thought maybe the college driver had let someone work on it so I paid it. My mistake as I didn't take time to think it thru. I know the folks I bought it from were honest and long time friends. Big A lied. I picked up there are 3 or 4 people, again they take my payment no explanation, In this situation, I would hope a Service Manager would explain the repairs and the options. I recently called to get my Tiguan appraised to see if the value justified the repairs or need investigate buying a new car. The Service Manager said I could make an appointment online or he would make the appointment. I ended the call. Do I want to work with a dealership that is clueless as McGrath?
