I first visited this optical shop last year to get glasses for my two children. The owner was incredibly welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain which lenses would be the best for kids, considering both durability and eye protection. What impressed me the most was how reasonable the prices were--I ended up saving a significant amount of money while still getting high-quality glasses for my children. Today, I returned because my daughter accidentally broke her frames. Once again, the owner was just as friendly and helpful as before. He quickly found a replacement frame that fit her lenses perfectly and took care of everything with great attention to detail. His kindness and professionalism made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I'll definitely be coming back soon to get a new pair of glasses for my son. This shop truly offers outstanding service, great products, and fair prices. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for eyewear--you won't be disappointed! read more

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Brighter Optical! I brought in my own DITA frame, and after visiting several optical shops, I kept hearing either "we don't work with customer frames" or "we don't carry Zeiss lenses." Thankfully, I found this place. They specialize in Zeiss lenses and were incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They even offered the latest Zeiss DuraVision Gold UV coating, which many places either didn't have or weren't familiar with. The staff took the time to explain the lens options and made sure everything was done properly with my frame. The finished glasses turned out perfect--great fit, excellent lens quality, and outstanding attention to detail. If you're looking for a shop that truly knows Zeiss products and can handle high-end frames like DITA, I highly recommend Brighter Optical. I'll definitely be coming back for my next pair! read more

I originally came in planning to buy a Gentle Monster frame, but I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they carry CARIN as well. After trying both, I ended up choosing a CARIN frame because it was noticeably lighter, more comfortable, and offered better value for the price. Nolan was patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Nolan took the time to help me compare different options and find the perfect fit. The entire experience was smooth and professional. If you're looking for quality eyewear and want more choices beyond the mainstream brands, I highly recommend this shop! read more

I was visiting the city and unfortunately lost my glasses in the hotel nearby. I came here because I remember passing by this place after getting The Alley milk tea. I needed the glasses quick and Tom helped me get my new Zeiss glasses ready in an hour! The Zeiss glasses price is much lower than China by the way. Now I'm back in China with new glasses on and finally have time to say thank you to Tom for saving the rest of my US trip. read more
