Today is Saturday, almost 2 weeks since i first contacted him. Still not fixed. Terrible communication, more broken promises than a politician.

They worked clean and took the time to explain my system to me, how to maintain it, etc. Looking around my utility room there were a couple other small issues that they were able to solve right off their truck and very reasonably. I feel like I really get my money's worth when I call Pineview and that they are capable of solving any issues that I am able to throw at them.

After multiple phone calls and messages left from two different numbers that were provided to me by the builder (and the phone number from their website) I have yet to receive a phone call back. We are going on almost 2 weeks without a working water heater that is clearly under warranty but we cannot get fixed as the company (RHEEM) is telling us based on the serial number of the water heater, only the installer (Pineview) can complete the repair under warranty. We are beyond frustrated and will NEVER use this company and will tell anyone who will listen about the horrible experience we have had with them. Pineview Plumbing, you are the absolute worst and if we are forced to pay for the repair ourselves, we will pursue the matter in small claims court.

They have said that our job was an exception to their high quality of service, but as I have only used them for one house, I have nothing to gauge this by. In my overall estimation, they seem to be in the practice of doing what is fastest, cheapest, easiest, and are good at placation so that they can get paid and move to the next job. If you are doing a low budget spec home or a set of apartments they will probably do a great job for you. I'm just not sure that they are the right fit for custom homes.
