Went here for dinner last week with a friend. When I first arrived I let them know I was waiting for someone. She showed up a few minutes later. We then waited over 10 minutes for someone to seat us. All the seats outside were taken so we sat inside. There were a few other tables seated as well as people at the bar, so it was not super busy. The positives: The food was really good. I have been here for happy hour before, but had not got the chicken. We ordered a 1/2 chicken with Brussels sprouts, side of sweet potato fries and the couscous salad. It tasted great and we really enjoyed it. The negative: The service. Our server came to the table right away before we even had time to look at the menu. They came back a few minutes later and we ordered some drinks, but weren't ready to order food yet and asked for a little more time. Our drinks arrived quickly. After receiving our drinks our server never came back again to take our food order even though we told her we planned on ordering food. We waited 25 minutes and weren't having any luck flagging anyone down, so we ended having to go up to the bartender and ask for someone to take our food order. We ordered our food about 20 minutes before they closed. By the time we got our food it was 7:55pm and they close at 8:00pm. It was very apparent the staff wasn't super happy as they put the chairs on tables all around us. We felt pretty pressured to finish up and leave. I get that we were there after closing, but if they would have seated us when we arrived and taken our food order in a timely manner we would have been out of there before 8:00pm. I will probably be back for happy hour, but likely not for a sit down meals. read more

Every time I eat here I am reminded how FANTASTIC Brider truly is. The fast-casual rotisserie restaurant deserves every ounce of praise. Mainly because the execution of the food is picture perfect. Every single time. Who grew up going to Boston Market? I sure did. It was always a treat when my grandparents took me there. If you thought that rotisserie chicken was good (it probably wasn't looking back) you need, NEED, to check out what's going on in Brider's kitchen. During the pandemic we ordered from them about a half dozen times. Even taking advantage of the outdoor patio twice. Right off Platte St. in LoHi it's a wonderful place to dine on a nice day. Anywho, last night post workout I placed a pickup order on DoorDash. I ordered the 1/2 Rotisserie Chicken w/ Brussels and a side of Mac. Now, I find myself ordering the sandwiches from Brider more frequently because of how damn tasty they are. But wow. WOW. The herb-rubbed rotisserie chicken is phenomenal. Juicy, moist and fall off the bone tender. I went full caveman and pulled the whole bird apart with my bare hands, burning them. Sweet Mother of Moses, I was in rotisserie utopia. The Brussels are some of the best in the whole city. And the Mac was creamy and delicious. Take advantage of the Yelp check in offer for the free Chocolate Chip Cookie! You'll be surprised how good they are. A+ from me. Consistency is the most important thing when it comes to a restaurant's success. Had a fast, affordable and tasty lunch here yesterday! I visited right at noon and even with the lunch rush, I was able to order at the counter and get my food within fifteen minutes. At first I was taken aback by the price but the full size salad was huge! I was able to save it for another meal, so definitely get a half salad unless you want a big portion. The dressing was so tasty and the chicken was delicious. I sat on the patio with my dog and there were plenty of picnic tables available. It is also under cover so you can still dine here with your furry friend in the rain or heat. There is also plenty of indoor seating in the modern style dining room. I'll definitely be back before a Rockies game to get a fresh meal and a free beer! They make it super convenient to visit. read more

One of the top 5 "sandwich shops" in Denver for sure. Calling it that isn't meant to be an insult to this high-end chef-driven restaurant but really that's what it is. Unlike other competitor sandwich or deli operations that use mass-produced bread and wholesale purveyed meats, Brider either does it in house or uses local small scale providers for its ingredients. And the difference matters. Had the Bahn Mi Chicken today and once you bite into the focaccia-bunned freshly roasted chicken garnished with truly fresh vegetables your mouth knows it's in for a treat. The only reason its not up to the other 5 star such places I've experienced? The bahn mi needed to have a more powerful corresponding pickle punch to off-set the traditional oil-based dressing on the sandwich. And the accompanying potato chips--while clearly locally produced (?)--lacked any real potato flavor like you taste in some of the better small batch chips these days. But those minors criticisms aside, I'm still a great fan of Chef Steve Redzikowski who's made a real difference in Denver-area dining with Oak at 14th (and Acorn before it closed last fall because of C-19) and now for the last 5 years or so at Brider's. So if you haven't tried it yet you really need to head on down to the South Platte Confluence Park area. You'll be surprised at the difference between what's offered there as opposed to what you end up paying almost as much for at your neighborhood sandwich shop. We came here for lunch on the last day of our trip. We were immediately welcomed into the restaurant and asked if we had been there before. Since we said no, we were given a quick run down of the menu and how to order. What we ordered: -Chicken and Pesto Sandwich -Meatball Sandwich -Mac and Cheese -Chocolate chip cookie Both sandwiches were amazing and full of flavor. Really loved my chicken and pesto sandwich! My favorite side dish is mac and cheese. This mac and cheese was a huge disappointment and something I would not recommend or reorder. There was so much liquid once you started to spoon it out, so it was more like a mac and cheese soup. It was not a very cheesy mac and cheese either. Essentially needs work. The chocolate chip cookie had good flavor, but was overcooked, it was a bit too crunch for my tasting. It would have been great if it were baked a little less to give it a soft baked cookie. Lovely lunch spot - walking distance from my work! Just recently discovered this spot and it's the perfect walking distance to come for a lunch during work. Everything was fresh and tasty. I didn't try to rotisserie chicken because it was almost 100 degrees and I was craving salad but I can't wait to come back and try some of the other menu items. We got there right before a giant lunch rush and our food was out super quickly. The Chicken tortilla soup was soo good, even the soup base had a slight tortilla flavor along with delicious hunks of chicken. We also go two different salads - the sweet potato & avocado with shrimp and the shaved apple and baby kale. My 8 yr old daughter (a picky gal) and her 4 yr old sister (who normally NEEDS ketchup for everything), both were elated to eat here (RARE) and ate all their food. The chicken pesto sandwich is good - toasted buttery bread, pesto, which is more like a pesto aioli, chicken, cheese. It's a good combo and reminds me of the chicken pomodori panini from corner bakery. The rotisserie chicken banh mi was good - skimpy on the chicken, but juicy and there are carrots, cilantro, mint, jalapeños, and cucumber inside. The bread is a little dry (it needed more sauce). Looks like they serve alcohol and have hh specials. For a sandwich, I don't think I'd be back. $30 ish bucks for 2 that I could probably get elsewhere for cheaper. However, upon reviewing my bank statement, I was charged $43.10. What kind of overcharging is this? Did they add a tip for themselves? I would recommend avoiding pick-up orders from this place. WOOOOOWZA - best fast casual food around. If you're looking for a quick bite that isn't fast food greasy, Brider is your jam. Not gonna lie, our original plan was to grab a quick bite at a food truck since we were trying out beer across the street, but the food truck closed up early (and we were starving). We were bummed at first, but that loss turned into our gain because we stumbled into Brider (literally and figuratively). So glad the stars aligned because the food was awesome. My boyfriend and I split the wagyu beef french dip and the cajun blue shrimp sandwich. Bonus points that while we waited we could grab a beer. We were really impressed that the food came out so quickly and that the taste wasn't impacted by the speediness. The wagyu beef was perfectly cooked and was somehow improved by dipping it in the au jus. The cajun blue shrimp had just the right amount of spice and great crunchiness. I really like the curry!!!!! Brider does a good job with the fast casual concept, with their open space with lots of tables and amazing staff. The ambiance reminds me of some of the bar/restaurant establishments I go to when I'm feeling fancy. They have a good selection of beers available and a basic coffee shop style selection of drinks as well. Their menu is based around their rotisserie chicken and pork as a base for dishes, and they definitely did quite a lot with their menu. I first came here for a Yelp event after hearing about how good the food was on Reddit, and that evening got me hooked on their porchetta and curry bowl. This is basically all I order. The curry has some spice to it, I've found the spice level fluctuates every time I stop in, but it's delicious regardless. I love the fresh veggies, but I do think the Naan could be improved with some butter/garlic on top. The pork is so tender and flavorful, I enjoy it on it's own with one of their sides or with my curry bowl. I am interested in trying some more of their chicken dishes, so this will make deciding what to eat super difficult. Their staff is amazing. Rob truly cares about his customers and talks to us all individually to see how we're liking the food. Everyone was super helpful during my visits and that's part of why I'll keep coming back. The dishes just aren't anything special. We ate the caesar salad, avocado salad, madras curry, pork and kimchi, and rotisserie chicken. Only the rotisserie chicken was above average. Came here for lunch after spending a few hours at Meow Wolf and shopping at Fjallraken on 08/20/22. We walked here from the store down the street and it was spacious, air conditioned and not crowded at all which was perfect. Upon arrival we saw the sign, "Voted Best Cookie by Yelp & 9 News," in the display case. I got one for dessert and one for the plane ride home later that day. Everyone was really nice and explained the concept of the restaurant to us which was we order at the counter and they bring the food to us. It was great since we were a group of 5 and we all ordered separately. I ordered the BriDer Wagyu French dip and the baby kale and shaved apple salad. The French Dip was SO GOOD! I actually ate half and saved the other half for the plane ride home and I'm glad I carried that thing for hours and it made it on the plane because once we were up in the air I ate it and wasn't hangry when I landed in California. The salad was super fresh and tangy and I couldn't finish it only because I was snacking on everyone else's foods and sides. Sampled the mac and cheese and it was delicious as were the brussel sprouts. We were getting ready to leave when the cashier came up to our table and saw I was taking my half sandwich to-go and packed a little bit of au-jus in one of those dipping containers for me which was so nice!! As we were leaving one of the ladies asked us how everything was and we responded excellent. I loved that the customer service here was so thorough even though we were a small party! I definitely felt the love from the brider crew! Before leaving I went to use the restroom and it was also empty and had a ton of stalls and was super clean. I would 1000% come back here next time I visit Denver and recommend stopping in for a fresh, hearty, healthy, delicious lunch or dinner. read more

Tried Brider for the first time after being constantly recommended by a friend. We did takeout and I ordered the Rotisserie Chicken Banh Mi sandwich! WOW!! I can honestly say, one of the best banh mi's I have ever had in my life! The bread was a crusty bread that was perfectly crunchy on top but soft underneath. I was expecting a traditional baguette but the crusty bread was a nice change! The rotisserie chicken was moist, tender, and plentiful! The pickled carrots and cucumbers were crunchy and fresh, and the cracklin' aioli, just wow... The aioli was definitely my favorite part of the sandwich! All of the flavors and ingredients together was just delightful! The sandwich came with a side of seasoned tortilla chips which were perfect to snack on, and we also ordered a side of sweet potato fries with creamy cilantro sauce which was delicious. I ordered the waygu French dip. It sounded delicious and it WAS delicious. Lots of flavor, tender beef, and lovely bread. This was the perfect "soaking" bread aka it was delicious when dunked in the au jus and it just soaked it in! YUM. The aioli that was on the sandwich made it so yummy without even dunking in the au jus! All around delicious sandwich. I ate the whole thing and I don't regret it AT ALL.
