Friendly reminder that Brider is a winner. Friendly staff and potentially the best happy hour in Denver!
Went with girlfriends for hh and it had some great deals! The brussel sprouts were so good off the hh menu. The curry was flavorful but the portion was HUGE! It was essentially 3 meals! The service was great at first but after we got our food we were ignored and had to chase down a waiter to get boxes and our check.
I ordered through a third party delivery app, but everything looked and tasted so great that I wanted to come here to share. I can't attest to the in person dining experience, but it will not be long before I go in to see for myself. So far I am a big fan!
This place is such a gem!! It's a casual spot, but they focus on high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. Our group ordered several things and everyone enjoyed their meal! Standouts were the mac & cheese, sweet potato fries, chicken & pesto sandwich, and wagyu french dip. Lastly, you MUST try their chocolate chip cookie!!! We ended up going back to get more, because it was amazing. Will definitely be back when I'm in town.
What a fantastic lunch this was at Brider! Love the environment and the dedication to scratch made, fresh food, at a very reasonable price. They have options running the gamut from super healthy to indulgent. Speaking of indulgent, they have a sign that Yelp named them the top chocolate chip cookie in all of Denver. While I am not from Denver, and haven't had lots of chocolate chip cookies there for sure, I can absolutely say this one was one of the best I've had in my life. So, it surely has to be up there. My meal at Brider consisted of their french dip sandwich, and a side salad (which was very well done, lots of fun ingredients), which the owner highlighted as one of his favorites. The french dip was a really big sandwich. The bread was excellent, the meat juicy and plentiful, and of course the dipping gravy just gives it that savory pop. I was tempted here by so many excellent options on the menu, so I would probably try something else next time but... first timers, this would be a great choice for you. I loved Denver, and can't wait to visit again. When I do, another lunch at Brider is probably on deck!
Woot! Hi Yelp Fam! This was a pleasant find. Pardon the pics of half eaten food. It's quite good. Showed up right at happy hour which is daily 3-6 pm. Lovely space. Wide open. Low lights. Good music. Great overall concept. Fantastic food. Sandwiches, salads, bowls, and more. Lovely and helpful staff. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Patio is available!
This place is dope!!! We ordered the family style dinner and it was awesome. It includes appetizers, two different salads, rotisserie chicken and their famous cookies.!! Service was friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend.
At first when we arrived, my husband was disappointed because he thought it was going to be a bunk dining experience. However, we ordered the charred sesame brussels sprouts, which were a definite yes after, do get them! Then we shared the huevos rancheros bowl, and a yummy Chicken Banh Mi sándwich, a side of half order sweet potato-avo salad with a delectable Thai dressing. Everything was delicious! Definitely worth the trip over there. The service staff was also super friendly and made great recommendations.
Stopped in for happy hour on my recent trip to Denver. They offer happy hour M-F from 3-6pm and have various deals on food and drinks. I selected the falafel pita, Brussels sprouts, and a mule. They make their ginger beer in house so I was excited to try one of their mules. Everything was fresh. I really enjoyed the Brussel sprouts. They were well seasoned and crispy. I appreciated the fact that they weren't soaked in a sauce. Oh! If you check in, you get a free cookie!! Apparently they are well known for their cookies too. And I now see why. It's a chocolate and white chocolate chip cookie. My first time trying it and I can see why it's so popular. It's delicious! The vibe is very chill and they have indoor and covered outdoor seating. It's located in downtown Denver so I can imagine parking may become challenging. Otherwise, it's worth checking out!
Finally got to try this place out. I work down the street and it is delicious! There were multiple items I wanted to try from breakfast foods like juevos rancheros to chicken and meatball sandwiches. I went with the meatball sandwich and it was so good! The service was fairly quick, the place was clean, and they have Gatorade in a can. Can't wait to go back!
My #ThankYouThursday goes to Brider! #1, They have a grrreat happy hour! There are reduced-price food items and drink specials ranging from $4 to $7. #2, the service has always been excellent when I've gone. People seem pretty happy to be working there and that does a lot when they're in the customer service business! Happy workers often lead to happy customers, I think! One time when I was there I was telling the bartender I wanted something to eat but not heavy or fried. He suggested the chicken and veggies on the kid's menu. I said "I can get that?" He said I could, that it wasn't a big deal that I wasn't a kid and he put my needs over the technicalities. It was super good and just the right light meal I was looking for. Stuff like that goes a long way, it's really not always that hard to please people and when I was a server I thought of it that way, too. If I can do it, I will, so I can make people happy with their experience and have nothing but a good time. The space is very open and there are some tables on the patio when Denver weather permits. Across the street is Denver Beer Co. as well as several other establishments in the area. It's a cool neighborhood. If I didn't live on the other end of downtown, I'd be here a lot more often!!
Overall, this place had a great location, seating area and menu. The chicken sandwich was very good, however it was pretty light on the chicken. The meat on the sandwich was also pretty dry, as if it had been sitting out for a while. The salad had a similar vibe, being very light on the avocado. The dressing was very spicy, which wasn't mentioned on the menu. Service was quick and friendly. I will have to give this place another shot.
Torn between 3 and 4 stars. My son (14) said 6/10. So I guess that's equal to 3/5. I liked it a little better than that. We tried the Nashville hot, banh mi and then for sides we upgraded to the sweet potato salad and kale and apple. It was $3 to do the upgrade from the potato chips that normally come with. A bit steep for a sandwich and salad ($18). Anyway...the banh mi had great flavor. The bread was soooo good! The only complaint is that it really like a lot of chicken. More bites lacked chicken than had it. My son felt the same about his sandwich. Too much bread to chicken ratio. My apple kale salad was apple and spinach. I don't know if they ran out of kale or what the situation was because they didn't say anything. I noticed a few bites in that it was supposed to be kale. I would have said something but I'd had a few bites before I remembered. I would have preferred kale. The sweet potato salad was really tasty but it's not a traditional salad with a lettuce base. I liked it but my son (who ordered it) felt like it was ingredients that would go in a salad, but he was wanting lettuce with it. I didn't mind because then I got to eat some! I brought the Rey home and will make a salad out of it with some greens. The staff were super friendly. Don't forget to check in on Yelp for a free cookie. It was also just okay. Super buttery and almost too many Choc chips - I can't believe I even wrote that!! I definitely think they are not made from scratch in house.
We came here for lunch on the last day of our trip. We were immediately welcomed into the restaurant and asked if we had been there before. Since we said no, we were given a quick run down of the menu and how to order. What we ordered: -Chicken and Pesto Sandwich -Meatball Sandwich -Mac and Cheese -Chocolate chip cookie Both sandwiches were amazing and full of flavor. Really loved my chicken and pesto sandwich! My favorite side dish is mac and cheese. This mac and cheese was a huge disappointment and something I would not recommend or reorder. There was so much liquid once you started to spoon it out, so it was more like a mac and cheese soup. It was not a very cheesy mac and cheese either. Essentially needs work. The chocolate chip cookie had good flavor, but was overcooked, it was a bit too crunch for my tasting. It would have been great if it were baked a little less to give it a soft baked cookie. Overall I would recommend this place and would go back if I lived in the area. read more
Had a fast, affordable and tasty lunch here yesterday! I visited right at noon and even with the lunch rush, I was able to order at the counter and get my food within fifteen minutes. At first I was taken aback by the price but the full size salad was huge! I was able to save it for another meal, so definitely get a half salad unless you want a big portion. The dressing was so tasty and the chicken was delicious. I sat on the patio with my dog and there were plenty of picnic tables available. It is also under cover so you can still dine here with your furry friend in the rain or heat. There is also plenty of indoor seating in the modern style dining room. I'll definitely be back before a Rockies game to get a fresh meal and a free beer! They make it super convenient to visit. read more
This place was great - service was patient and helpful, food was fresh and flavorful, and the ambiance was inviting (trendy music and ample seating options). The cookies (rated best in Denver by Yelp) were average - a nice mix of vanilla and chocolate chips. Prices were slightly high for the quality of food, but service was appreciated! read more

BriDer is first and foremost a rotisserie, so their roasted chicken is obviously a go to. Their meatballs are also amazing and we love their French dip as well! Consistently high quality but a higher price tag comes along with it - be forewarned. But you do get what you pay for in the best way! read more
Lovely lunch spot - walking distance from my work! Just recently discovered this spot and it's the perfect walking distance to come for a lunch during work. Everything was fresh and tasty. I didn't try to rotisserie chicken because it was almost 100 degrees and I was craving salad but I can't wait to come back and try some of the other menu items. We got there right before a giant lunch rush and our food was out super quickly. The Chicken tortilla soup was soo good, even the soup base had a slight tortilla flavor along with delicious hunks of chicken. We also go two different salads - the sweet potato & avocado with shrimp and the shaved apple and baby kale. You could tell they used really high quality ingredients and the shrimp were cooked to perfection. Seems you can't go wrong with anything on the menu here!! read more

Great location and good food. A solid 3.5 stars. A pricier option for a sandwich and potato chips though, come on, no fries?? The chicken pesto sandwich is good - toasted buttery bread, pesto, which is more like a pesto aioli, chicken, cheese. It's a good combo and reminds me of the chicken pomodori panini from corner bakery. The rotisserie chicken banh mi was good - skimpy on the chicken, but juicy and there are carrots, cilantro, mint, jalapeños, and cucumber inside. The bread is a little dry (it needed more sauce). Looks like they serve alcohol and have hh specials. For a sandwich, I don't think I'd be back. $30 ish bucks for 2 that I could probably get elsewhere for cheaper. But they do have ample seating inside and outside and if you're in the city, it's a quick option. read more

My 8 yr old daughter (a picky gal) and her 4 yr old sister (who normally NEEDS ketchup for everything), both were elated to eat here (RARE) and ate all their food. This is a huge deal in our family, as we nearly always have at least one person still hungry, unhappy w the restaurant, or we have to stay in budget. Not tonight. We all got exactly what we wanted, completely full bellies, and didn't break $75 (insane). We will absolutely be back as soon as we can. My oldest keeps saying 5 stars, 5 stars, 5 stars! read more

I'm so devastated that I cannot give this place 5 stars. It is so cute and service was really nice! We loved the vibes all around! But the food was just SO disappointing. I got the Brussel sprout Cesar salad and added chicken. This came with a sunny side up egg, which I'm not a fan of. I asked if they did hard boiled eggs which I LOVE on my Cesar salad but they didn't have any so I settled so scrambled. I typically love Brussel sprout salad, but this was soooo hard to chew! The Brussel sports were far from tender. I would suggest they mix it with some other mix! My friend also was not a fan of her meal. The food just was not up to our expectations! read more
Welp if rotisserie chicken is the name of your game than this is going to be one of your top shelf go to spots in the Mile High! It's located in one of the hottest parts of town, across from that REI on the river and they have a pup friendly patio with a vibe for all seasons. Their whole chicken meal deal is pretty fantastic and their signature in-house hot sauce is worthy of obsession! Also they have hands down the BEST COOKIES in town! read more
My partner and I stopped by during happy hour from 3-6 pm and it was such a good deal!! We got fries, brussel sprouts, grilled cheese, and 6 wings for $20. All of the food was great, especially the brussel sprouts. They had drink deals as well. Will definitely be back!! read more

The food was incredible; six wings with secret sauce for Krispy, yet moist and tender. They give you the full wing, including the flat and the drum stick, which is very generous. The sweet potato fries were very fresh and delicious!! The staff was amazing, and the food was served piping, hot and extremely fast. This is definitely a must go to place in Denver and they have a great happy hour as well. For my first visit this definitely hit all of the boxes and was five star worthy. read more

Quality sandwiches by the Platte Came here after a long bike Ride on a Saturday morning to refuel! We arrived at noon and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for 2 people. The wait staff were really friendly and always asking how my experience was which was nice. They even walked me through the ordering process, what food was good, and how to get my drinks since it was my first time. I ordered the chicken pesto with chips. The pesto sauce was tasty and not overpowering, the cheese was a great texture and the sweet peppers was the cherry on top. I highly recommend since they are a rotisserie and make great chicken dishes. read more

WOOOOOWZA - best fast casual food around. If you're looking for a quick bite that isn't fast food greasy, Brider is your jam. Not gonna lie, our original plan was to grab a quick bite at a food truck since we were trying out beer across the street, but the food truck closed up early (and we were starving). We were bummed at first, but that loss turned into our gain because we stumbled into Brider (literally and figuratively). So glad the stars aligned because the food was awesome. My boyfriend and I split the wagyu beef french dip and the cajun blue shrimp sandwich. Bonus points that while we waited we could grab a beer. We were really impressed that the food came out so quickly and that the taste wasn't impacted by the speediness. The wagyu beef was perfectly cooked and was somehow improved by dipping it in the au jus. The cajun blue shrimp had just the right amount of spice and great crunchiness. Both sandwiches came with homemade chips which were on point as well. Definitely coming back to check out the happy hour! read more

I really like the curry!!!!! Brider does a good job with the fast casual concept, with their open space with lots of tables and amazing staff. The ambiance reminds me of some of the bar/restaurant establishments I go to when I'm feeling fancy. They have a good selection of beers available and a basic coffee shop style selection of drinks as well. Their menu is based around their rotisserie chicken and pork as a base for dishes, and they definitely did quite a lot with their menu. I first came here for a Yelp event after hearing about how good the food was on Reddit, and that evening got me hooked on their porchetta and curry bowl. This is basically all I order. The curry has some spice to it, I've found the spice level fluctuates every time I stop in, but it's delicious regardless. I love the fresh veggies, but I do think the Naan could be improved with some butter/garlic on top. The pork is so tender and flavorful, I enjoy it on it's own with one of their sides or with my curry bowl. I am interested in trying some more of their chicken dishes, so this will make deciding what to eat super difficult. Their staff is amazing. Rob truly cares about his customers and talks to us all individually to see how we're liking the food. Everyone was super helpful during my visits and that's part of why I'll keep coming back. Definitely added to my rotation of restaurants in the Highlands. read more

Brider delivers a great overall experience - cool ambiance, terrific service, approachable menu - but the food falls flat. I hope we hit the restaurant on an off night...not sure if I'll be back. Food: 3.5 / 5. The menu is inventive given how basic it is. This is not meant as an insult, rather a compliment - the restaurant gets very creative coming up with new takes on familiar dishes. The dishes just aren't anything special. We ate the caesar salad, avocado salad, madras curry, pork and kimchi, and rotisserie chicken. Only the rotisserie chicken was above average. Butterscotch dessert was tasty. Service: 5 / 5. Great service here. Friendly, attentive staff for sure. Ambiance: 4.5 / 5. Cool fast casual concept that blends a lot of different micro environments into a coherent whole. read more

Not pictured are the warm chocolate chip cookie and friendly service! We often stop by for happy hour to enjoy the deals and quick service, and every time we end up drooling over the rest of the menu. Looking forward to going back to try more! read more
Tried Brider for the first time after being constantly recommended by a friend. We did takeout and I ordered the Rotisserie Chicken Banh Mi sandwich! WOW!! I can honestly say, one of the best banh mi's I have ever had in my life! The bread was a crusty bread that was perfectly crunchy on top but soft underneath. I was expecting a traditional baguette but the crusty bread was a nice change! The rotisserie chicken was moist, tender, and plentiful! The pickled carrots and cucumbers were crunchy and fresh, and the cracklin' aioli, just wow... The aioli was definitely my favorite part of the sandwich! All of the flavors and ingredients together was just delightful! The sandwich came with a side of seasoned tortilla chips which were perfect to snack on, and we also ordered a side of sweet potato fries with creamy cilantro sauce which was delicious. Great quality ingredients, and a very well done sandwich! A wonderful, filling meal and I wish I tried Brider much sooner! Will definitely be back, and I highly recommend! read more

YUMMERZ. We stopped by here on a lovely afternoon for lunch. I am generally not a fan of the fast casual order at the counter then sit situation but they are very efficient and I appreciated that. I ordered the waygu French dip. It sounded delicious and it WAS delicious. Lots of flavor, tender beef, and lovely bread. This was the perfect "soaking" bread aka it was delicious when dunked in the au jus and it just soaked it in! YUM. The aioli that was on the sandwich made it so yummy without even dunking in the au jus! All around delicious sandwich. I ate the whole thing and I don't regret it AT ALL. Also if you check in, you get a SPECTACULAR chocolate chip cookie! Kudos to this place as my friends and I had a wonderful lunch experience here! I will be back soon!!! read more

Met with a friend I haven't seen in nine years! I was half hour late :( but this place being lively with its colorful inside and the parade of people in and out kept him entertained. He was happy when I walked up to him. He read the menu while waiting and was excited to be at Brider rather than his other choice. He went for the chicken salad and I went for the Lamb Sandwich. Both were great choices. The salad was loaded. My lamb sandwich was very good with crunchy bread and well seasoned lamb meat. With some greens. All that matters to me was the amount of meat. This isn't a big sandwich to share by any means but taste wise- let's just say I'll get this again. So no waiter service here. You order. Pay. You get a number. They bring the food to you. Outside seating is limited. Either way you will have fun here and come out satisfied. Metered two hour parking around. There's a three hour parking lot that I have to look into next time. read more
Great dinner deal! $25 for a glass of beer/wine, salad and entree with side. It's a ton of food and it's all delicious. There's a ton of space. You order at the counter and sit yourself. BABY KALE AND SHAVED APPLE - great portion with delicious flavors. The nuts were a great addition. PORCHETTA - delicious. The char was great and it was a nice balance between fat and not fat. MADRAS CURRY - great flavors. There's actually some spice in it and it paired really well with the porchetta. read more
