I was impressed with the size of this toy store and excited to see that they carry many of my favorite toy brands like Folkmantis, Calico Critters and Ravensberger puzzles. They had a lot of fun sounding games I hadn't heard of as well. Aside from high quality toys and puzzles Shenanigans also had some really nice seasonal stuff like Advent calendars. My husband and I explored for quite awhile and finally landed on a Jellycat branded stuffed animal for a friend. For such a lovely store I would have expected there to be a little bit more in the way of service. For the fifteen minutes we spent in there the only acknowledgement we received was three words when we checked out - twenty-three seventeen. Maybe the employee was just having a hard day.

The selection will waver (as all vintage game stores do). But what they do have is extreme quality. They may be picky on what they will take on trade in but I value that as someone who likes to see some of the rarer items for sale. I truly don't know how they make the business work. You can go in here and look at there prices and a vast majority of the time it's cheaper than eBay. No need to price check/match. Plus you get there honesty that the games have been tested. The owners are some of the friendliest I have met in all of my reviews. Down to earth, nice, and willing to hold a conversation with you on about anything. A true gem of a business and a place I greatly admire. Would definitely recommend.

They still make the experience fun and magical for me. They have a good selection and usually have the new well sought after plushes in stock there. I like earning points to get coupons by using the bear club membership that's free. Build a bear in general is expensive but it's a great place to give someone a good experience and something that will give them good memories. They're also very accommodating for children and make the experience fun for them as well!

Thankfully it was a great experience. Friday and Saturday they were very busy, but most shelves had some inventory. Sunday was a more pleasant customer experience with lower crowds. Also the shelves were not ransacked. There was plenty of staff at every turn to ask for assistance. Checkouts were smooth with lots of staff. This has been an issue for a bit with customers being forced to checkouts. I know that I will be back.

Donna went out of her way to help me purchase some bushes/trees that were on display at the store. I needed help getting them into my car and delivered to my house: she volunteered to follow me to my house and help me unload them. She did this after her shift ended: an extraordinarily kind gesture on her part. This is not a store for "touchy-feely" customers: she and other employees are busy and don't seem like hand-holders. That said, Donna is knowledgeable and practical: proud to offer customer service to her neighbors.

Drove a nicer truck that day and thought the issue would be the height of the truck and getting it loaded without hitting the tailgate. We were assured inside that wouldn't be an issue so we figured we didnt need to drive home just for a trailer (45min one way) the guy loads in then he's gone . They don't help whatsoever in just general guidance or any recommendations they just don't care once they get their money and it's on your truck. So leaving and getting just past Best Buy the safe just fell over, the straps went around the lower and middle part . THE PALLET was smaller then the safe placed on it and wobbly and fell apart! Pulled over and called the store NEVER ONCE did I ask for a refund or my truck payed for!! to try ensure that another person didnt just have a safe fall face first and wreck the mechanism to open it , it hit the side of my truck bed as well . The manager was the biggest jerk he couldn't care any less and instead of just listening to what just occurred and saying how maybe in the future they can help talk guide people better or even just sorry that happened the stupid asshole just sounded like a robot repeatedly saying tractor supply is not in charge of how we strap it. So it mattered none to all our experience and how what if this could have been worse and an accident or death!? Instead of being a make sure my ass is covered he SHOWED NO concern for the customer or the bad experience they had. AGAIN NEVER did I ask for any compensation at all! the girl who answered the phone telling her said "stop! Wait are you ok!?" The manager I spoke with he never had ANY attitude like that whatsoever and is the last person that should be dealing with people. A manager is suppose to care about what's going on and try and offer some solution EVEN IF ITS JUST fully listening , seeMing like you care and at least hoping the next time could be better and maybe we can try and just give you better advice or listen and see the pictures how the pallets are junk. The man kept saying how they have nothing to do with the pallets ....funny because I didn't bring my own . To spend over a thousand in cash and five min later you as a customer and your experience with the product and outcome they care nothing about your a nobody once they have your money. All I wanted was hopefully in the future That no one had this terrible experience and thought tractor supply would have as well.
