I have been a good customer for Classic, and generally had positive buying experiences there, but what really stands out about the business is their delivery services, specifically from Chuck and Brian. They are, and always have been, courteous, thoughtful, careful and professional. We have two severely autistic children, and the guys always treated them kindly and with the utmost empathy. I hope they are being paid what they are worth! Most movers of their caliber get minimum $25-30 an hour.

He successfully repaired two of my wife's irreplaceable heirloom pieces consisting of an ancient wooden Chinese wash basin stand (more than one hundred years old) and a unique Ching Dynasty porcelain figurine. He restored both to absolute perfection! We are so grateful for Gerry's superior craftsmanship. We wanted 2 of each but they only had 1 of each in stock. No problem, they said. Paid the deposit on the furniture and was told we'd be hearing from them confirming our order and giving an approximate delivery date - wouldn't have a firm delivery date until shipped. 3 weeks later, no confirmation, no contact at ALL. Decided we'd buy elsewhere since we had no idea of when or IF we'd get our furniture. Hubby went down to cancel and was told it would be 20% fee. For WHAT? They never DID ANYTHING! Flat out theft, in my opinion, since they failed to fulfill THEIR portion of the contract. NEVER AGAIN.

I may not work for these companies anymore and do my own thing, but I will not tolerate a SALES-PERSON who thinks it's okay to belittle people AT ALL! I've worked hard from where I came from and others are still doing it. Not only did this woman think it was okay to do it with just me and my family even though we clearly thought it wasn't a joke AT all! She proceeded to go to the sells desk and poke fun at the situation even more and belittle the situation even more up-front of her co-workers. We were paying customers that walked into this place to buy in the first place with or without a "Good" salesperson. Do better!!! Do not make fun of your competitors and be-little them!
