atmosphere of the store is nice; some interesting and unique items for sale; however, while I was…read morethere I could not help but overhear a very loud conservation occurring in the middle of the store where an individual was loudly complaining about another customer; it made me think what she might say about me or other customers out of their earshot or once they left the store; when I realized it was the manager/owner acting this out in front of two other customers (sitting in a soft/chairs in the middle of the store, I was shocked; the rant carried on the entire time I was in the store (so loud, I could hear it in detail wherever I went inside the store); I really feel for anyone who overheard this (whether it be other staff or other customers); it was not professional and did not encourage me to stay and browse more; I hope this awareness of how her actions reflect negatively upon her business are taken to heart and not dismissed; If I were the owner, I think I would care about my public image and also the possibility of embarrassment if the same customer came back into the store,.
