I took my car here to get it fixed, and after 4K it's STILL leaking fluid, among other issues that they claimed to fix but have yet to be resolved. I visited this place about 4 times in a short time span because I kept on seeing fluid pooling in my driveway... Yet they always claimed that it was fixed or that a new problem that has arisen. I felt like my car was progressively getting worse with each visit to this place. It took weeks of going back and fourth and trying to give these people a chance I decided to cut the loss and find another mechanic that will be honest with my needs. I understand that my car isn't a brand new 2018 vehicle, but the response I got from Jonathan wasn't the best. In his words, after I felt robbed and cheated out of my money, 'You can't expect your car to get all it's issues fixed, there is a lot going on the underpart of your car that our computers can't pinpoint'. HAD I known that they weren't competent enough to pinpoint the issue with my car from the beginning I wouldn't have taken my car here. Side note: The first time I went to pick up my car from the dealership they had left my keys inside the car, which automatically locks. It has now been 6 months since I was told my car is "badly leaking oil" and guess what-- the oil level is still at full!! what do ya know-- they made this up! absolute thievery in the service dept here. I never thought it was possible, but I have now been "wowed" by a car dealership! I live in Nashville, but I found the vehicle I was looking for online at Brickell Motors. I reached out to them about the vehicle and Tony Suarez responded to my inquiry... and then the "wowing" began! We negotiated a deal right over the telephone... and I was able to give him a deposit to hold my vehicle until I could make the trip down to Miami a week and a half later. Tony asked me when I would be arriving and he let me know that he would pick me up at the airport. To add to the wowing, I flew into Fort Lauderdale Int'l Airport (because that's the only airport that Southwest Airlines flies into) and Tony drove all the way there from their location in Miami to pick me up. During the ride back, Tony told me about himself and all about the dealership. When we arrived at the dealership, he kindly carried my bag for me and showed me around the lots and various buildings as we made our way to the vehicle. Then we arrived at the vehicle. It was cleaned and ready to go for me and looked even better than in the pictures. We went for a ride and when we came back he told me he would even get it filled up with a full tank of gas for me. Tony then asked if I was hungry and grabbed me some food from their on-site cafe and even got me an amazing Cuban coffee. The food and coffee was so delicious that I would actually go back and order it again when back in Miami! Then Tony introduced me to their finance guy (whose name I have quite embarrassingly forgotten) and this man was as genuine as they come. He explained the warranty options and printed up the paperwork for me to sign. That was it! Quick, easy, and super painless (and actually quite enjoyable)! Called about a specific car, gave them its stock number (which was actually 6 letters), was told it was definitely available. I stressed on the phone I was only interested in that one because it was the only one they had that had the one feature we cared about. Drove down, the car sales person I was assigned had no idea what car I was there for, wanted to show me all. I told him we were looking for the exact one only. I gave him the stock number he tells me that number doesn't exist! It should be numbers not letter (I now know it's the last 6 or so of vin, following the M) Then the manager approaches me and tells me the vehicle has been sold. They could get me one but it'd be $1500 more than the advertised price that let me to them. Well, I went down to a different GMC dealer and got the pick up we wanted, for $1500 LESS than Brickells original advertised price! ($3000 savings from potential bait and switch they tried to pull!). If you go there, expect to buy what they want to sell you and pay top dollar for it. Staff doesn't care to actually listen to what you want, or to find you incentives to be able to make a deal. Also, I learned at the next dealership that the stock number w letters is the in transit stock number... so that car hasn't been sold, it's on it way to them. After purchasing/leasing a litany of cars In the last 35 yrs, I have to say the most painless, better yet, easiest lease process just occurred this past weekend. The wife was interested in the Cascada (convertible) and it seemed the right time for our first convertible. We had seen it at the Nov auto show and the car stood out on its rotating display. So 4 months later it leads us to this dealership. We were met by sales associate Jose Ignacio Denis in front of the showroom Cascada. All I can say that the words "pressure sales tactics" never crossed my mind in all the time we spent there. He was pleasant, professional and patient. Since the new car would be my wife's car she had to be completely happy with whatever she chose. All being said, Jose took all the time we needed to assist in the decision making. He even allowed her to take a test drive on another type of car (2 hours into our visit). After all was said and done, we left with our beautiful Cascada, top down, on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. I regret buying a car from this dealership and would not recommend them to anyone. While the sales associate was a nice guy who seemed to care it became clear to me in time that this dealership in general is filled with a bunch of people who will just tell you what they think you want to hear, will flat out lie to you, and then go out of their way to avoid you if there are any issues once the sale is complete. I have been nothing but professional and courteous with them during and after I bought a used vehicle from them in Oct 2013. Prior to the sale I asked for specific maintenance and inspections to be performed on the vehicle I was looking to purchase. Each time I was told the maintenance and inspections were complete. Upon taking delivery of the vehicle it was clear that my requests were not taken seriously. It was then realized that after I paid for the car they actually left off the deposit I put down so in essence I ended up paying that twice. Since I live in Massachusetts and bought this vehicle while on a business trip I have tried to recoup the deposit and get some of the maintenance concerns addressed via email and certified postal mail. All of my attempts to get in contact with anyone have not been answered; I have also sent text messages and called the associates, no one calls me back. I am considering my legal options at this point, but it is clear to me these people could care less about you either before or after the sale. Be careful here. read more

Bought a 2021 truck, sales went smooth, however, at that time i needed my current tag till I sale my old vehicle, financing guy Joshua said no problem, we can issue a temporary tag till you sale your old vehicle, then call me and I will transfer the tag to this new truck you are purchasing, i said no problem! So i sold my old vehicle about 10 days ago, and since then I have consistently trying to reach Joshua, called dealer several times every day, called Joshua's cell phone, emailed Joshua, left voice messages, and no answer! When I called the dealer and asked if Joshua was there, the attendant answered yes! But he never picks up the phone or refuses to attend me. Guess what, upon reviewing the bill of sales, they charged me already for the tag transfer and a bunch of other fees. I am few days aways to have the temporary tag expiring, and will problem have to go to a tag agency and pay again a transfer fee to get this situation resolved. This makes me so mad at this particular dealer, the pos-sales is just ridiculous, you represent only numbers, once they get paid, you no longer matters. You don't expend $100 that you already charged me, then you will lose a customer for life time. read more

The service manager for Buick in this location (Arturo) is great. Unfortunately, that is all. They wanted to charge $500 for one rear light assembly. Yes. $500. GM parts in the internet offered the part for $164 (list price) I brought my '13 Encore for a recall and a couple of other things. They did not bother to sweep the carpets or wash your car before they give it to you. Just like everywhere in Miami, expect to be tricked and fooled.
