I went the other day to get some stuff for an oil change. I get there and there's customers…read morestanding around in no obvious line. I start to ask people if they are in line. Everyone says no. I go up to the lady that's at the register and she immediately and rudely says to go to the back of the line. I tell her there is no line. She says to me rudely again, to make the line. I laugh at her and tell her again in Spanish, that there is no line, that I have already asked everyone so I guess that would make me the first one in line. She stares at me and ignored me. So I walk away to another employee and I ask him if he can help me. He ignored me as he slouches on the counter looking through the computer and says absolutely nothing to me. I wait about 15 seconds and out loudly say, this is ridiculous and I start to head out to the exit door. He then starts screaming across the room. "Hey you don't have to leave come back I'll help you!!!" I was furious. I completely ignored them and right before I walked right out, I turned back and said. It's ok if you don't want my money the advanced auto Patty across the street surely will. Good bye and he yelled byeee!! I have never seen such lack of professionalism and it's just incredible that having a competitor across the street they would still treat a customer like that. I went across the street and spent $150 on everything I needed to give my car a tuneup. Money and client list to this particular store. Simply unacceptable. This is why I mostly shop online and don't have to deal with rude and unprofessional people. These people looked like they did not care and did not want to help or work for that matter. Truly disgusted.

Skip this place. They bought an item on Amazon and had it sent to me to fulfill my order. The…read moreitem I got was not what I ordered. The item I order cost 170 dollars. The item I got cost 62 dollars. I have no use for the item they decided to send me. I have no confidence I would get my money back so I will have to take a big loss on this order. This is the first and last time I will do business with them. I specifically wanted to stay away from Amazon to purchase my item. I NORMALLY DON'T DO REVIEWS BUT IN THIS CASE I THINK IT IS THE BEST THING I CAN DO. IF MY WARNING TO YOU IS ENOUGH TO STEER YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE THEN PERHAPS, I WILL HAVE SOME KIND OF SATISFACTION.

20 days waiting, finally nothing.... Not recommended. I made…read morethe Order on Nov 6th via PayPal. I got a confirmation email from USA tools, and PayPal on Nov 6. I also got an email that said: "The status of your order #XXXX has changed to Manual Verification Required." Which I did not understand the meaning of. I emailed USA Tools on Nov 16th asking about the status of the order. Since I had not received any shipping information. I got no reply. I called them on the phone on Nov 24th, and they conformed that my order existed, but did not give me any information, he sort of hemmed and hawed, but non real information, I feel he knew what was up, but did not want to tell me. . He knew my name from the order, he then asked my phone number, and told me he would call me back. I sent another email on Nov 25th, no reply. I also called them on Nov 25th, and they acknowledged my order, said he would check on it, and put me on hold. Finally, he came back on the line, and said the product had been discontinued. The guy was polite on the phone, but I had to request the refund. If the product was discontinued, why did they sell it to me, and why did they leave the order outstanding? The place looks good, but in my opinion, it is not, save a headache.
