I had the misfortune of purchasing an expensive part, found it did not fit my car, went through the process of contacting them, shipping the item, getting a verification letter from my postal office stating that after an investigation, it was found that the item was DELIVERED AND RECIEVED by QE. They still refuse to refund. I would not do any type of business with this company. They are dishonest in the manner of which they serve their customer who they know have little recourse. Their rating is dubious at best if they handle their customers like they did me. I have six months of emails from them that are 80% horsepoop and 20% lies. Ebay is helping this company by providing them with a platform. I will devote my energy to placing this feedback on every forum I can find for the next 12 months. THIEVES! SCAMMERS, BOLD FACE LIARS...I separately purchased two reusable respiratory masks from this DORAL company and they, QE AUTO PARTS, FRAUDULENTLY PROVIDED FAKE SHIPPING LABELS TO BOTH MASKS! (Exactly like everyone else on YELP says!) Truly unbelievable, they continuously sent polite messages stating how sorry they are that the shipper misplaced my item and I should expect to receive a refund in a few days, but, many days later, there still wasn't any refund and with every request, the polite messages keep coming telling me to just keep waiting for the promised refund. I then saw the reviews here and on the BBB about them and I got pretty mad that they stole my money like that. I called EBay over a dozen times to notify them of this crooked company, but, with the pandemic, Ebay sent all of their employees home, so I was on my own. I was pissed and forced to act. I hit the return button on the items and the return process started automatically. They refused to send me prepaid return labels, stating politely that they would surely issue me a refund in just another few days. I went to my post office and generated a tracking number, which I then entered into the system.. guess what? Within 10 minutes, both fraudulent mask purchases were refunded to me! I followed the exact directions to return, they acknowledged receipt of such product and accepted it, as it was returned correctly. I still hadn't received my refund so I emailed them about it. Their reply was that they apologize and will look into the issue. Then received another email that I should receive it in the next few days. Nothing. Emailed again - received the same 2 responses. Nothing happens so filed complaint with Paypal so wait and see for now but should get refunded by Paypal for purchase price less taxes which Paypal says are taken out by ebay...so need to file a claim with ebay as well. QE likes to list items online at cheap prices. Unwitting buyers, like me, purchase the item. QE then sends a bad tracker going somewhere else. And they don't refund your money. So you file a claim with the intermediary, Paypal in this case. Paypal sides with the Seller because there is a tracker and the Paypal computer is not smart enough to see the tracker is bad. So you have to call Paypal and sit on the phone waiting for a person. A search for this company on the internet will show they do this a lot. Based on a lot of these reviews QE either keeps your money or refunds only when forced to do. Don't make the same mistake I did. read more
