I'd been to the dealer earlier that day to get an oil change and service, and they recommended I change both these filters immediately and quoted $80 each to do it. I was able to come here to Advance Auto Parts and get the exact filters I needed, and paid less than $20 for both. I used online ordering where I was offered a code for 20% off since this was my first online order, was given a confirmation number and told it'd be ready for in-store pickup in 30 minutes. I arrived about 40 minutes later and my order wasn't actually bagged and ready for me, but the guy behind the counter jotted down the part numbers of the items I'd ordered and quickly gathered them while I waited. Since I'd already paid at the time of order, he printed out a receipt for me to sign, bagged my items and gave me a receipt to take, and I was on my way. In less than 10 minutes, both filters were replaced.

They still refuse to refund. I would not do any type of business with this company. They are dishonest in the manner of which they serve their customer who they know have little recourse. Their rating is dubious at best if they handle their customers like they did me. I have six months of emails from them that are 80% horsepoop and 20% lies. Ebay is helping this company by providing them with a platform. I will devote my energy to placing this feedback on every forum I can find for the next 12 months.
