DO NOT GO HERE!!! This is the worst shop I've ever been to. First they gave me two completely different tires in every aspect. Wrong brand, wrong size. Then they scratched my rims happening the bolts and acted as if it was already there. They did not have the pair of tires I needed so I needed up leaving with only one tire. The tire they gave me was terrible, the next tire place had to replace that one too. To top everything off they tightened my wheel locks so much that when the new tire guy when to remove it, it snapped. Spent two hours there to get two tires and still have to go to a new place to repair what they originally had to do. Terrible service. read more

Don't go to this place. I was in a work meeting and my pregnant girlfriend had a flat tire, and this shop was the closest option for her. A Dominican lady who works there saw her situation and took advantage of her, charging $75 for a simple tire repair when the usual price is $30--just because she was driving a BMW. They're scammers, don't go there. When my girlfriend asked why, she said it was because it was a "special car." Shop opens at 8 am, I got there early to be the first one in and out. There was a homeless man sleeping in front of the door while I waited in my car. the guy strolls in, occasionally at that at 8:18 am. I let him know I'm here for an oil change and he lets me know he will need about 45 min to set up. How does this become my problem? Aren't shops supposed to already be set up when they open. I asked about how long would the oil change take to verify if I would have time before my next appointment. What's worse is he tells me not only may it take 45 min to wait while he sets up but he can't tell me how long the oil change may take because it depends if anyone else comes in to get serviced. I went for an oil change. I needed special attention to 2 things. My vehicle needs the filter turned an extra quarter by wrench, not common but neither is my car. I also was losing air from the right rear tire. I was told nothing was found wrong with the rear tire so it needed replacing because it was losing air by magic or something, then told the other rear tire needed replacing because it had scuffing where it was driven about 1000 feet with low air, to a repair shop, a year ago. I decided I'd wait and take them to my own shop instead of dropping $350 more on tires. I took it to my shop. They were the ones that patched the scuffed tire the year before. They found a nail in the "nothing wrong" tire and patched it for $11. They put in writing that there was nothing wrong with the scuffed tire. After that I thought I had better check that oil filter. Sure enough, it was about to come off. Pingas disregarded everything I said and tried to hook a dumb gringo up for $350 in unnecessary tires and also didn't care about my knowledge of the oil filter problem which could have destroyed my engine. Great to find a local oil change shop near my house and at an affordable price. They advertise 15 minute oil changes, but they were actually finished in 10. It was $39.99 for synthetic blend and 59.99 for synthetic. They also topped off my windshield wiper fluid and checked all of my tires. They even offer a loyalty program where you can get 5 oil changes and the sixth is free. Not many places honor loyal customers anymore, but they should. Because of the quick service and the potential to get a free oil change I know where I'll be going next time. read more

I have zero respect for man like that. A man that is not a man for his words is not a man. Also, the guy did not even put a sticker for the oil change, didn't even reset my car, didn't check anything. And it's not a matter of 20$, it's just a matter of principal. So I found this place by pure luck. I had been at another shop a month ago and they broke one of my tires sensor and refused to fix it. Long story short I needed to get this fix and was looking for a place where I could feel that I will be taken care of and not taken advantage. Let's be honest not all of us really know about the whole physics behind this things... So! I was going through some reviews on Yelp and even though this placed only had 3 reviews (all of them exceptional)I decided to give them a call and a try. Soo lucky I came not only the owner Owner Omar helped me but he was so genuinely nice and courteous that I immediately felt at ease. He not only took care of my sensors by replacing them but also took care of the error message on the computer of my car, gave me warranty documents for his job, check the air on all tires, etc. He went above and beyond I was expecting and for that reason I can highly recommend him and giving 5 stars. Horrible experience The owner is a nice guy. But honestly they are not fully equipped. I bought brand new tires I dunno if he say me as a dummy but tried to sell me used tires. Arrived at thIs location TODAY 5pm, for an oil change. No workers in sight. No manager. One man who did not work there, came out of one of the rooms inside the office. Said he called the worker, he's on his way. 5 mins later 3 more men who don't work there, came from inside. Then another man who doesn't work there comes from the back of the building. 20 more mins, still no workers. The place close at 6. This is unprofessional. And unsafe. I just moved to the area where this shop is located. But I will NEVER stop here again! I hope no one else does either. read more

Came in to fix a small leak (i guess i ran over a nail) they checked all the tires and turns out i had two tires with a nail in them. Smh Miami construction. Courteous staff, job was done in about 40 min. Not the cheapest out there but definitely not busy so they can take care of you right away. Prices are posted so you now what you're getting into.
