Gelee was fancy hut didn't add much and only 3 small half slices of grilled bread wasn't enough for the amount of toppings. 3.5 stars - Mashed potatoes with marscapone and egg yolk: rich but not too rich snd super creamy. 3.5 stars - Scallops: 3 decent sized along with 3 hunks of pork belly. Needed more flavor on scallops and belly fat was a bit tough. 3.5 stars - Staff: very attentive in refilling waters and clearing plates. Midlights: - Gnocchi: ok pesto and sausage flavor with a bit of crunch for texture, but gnocchi was too firm for my taste as I prefer the pillowy soft style. 3 stars - Waitress was fine but seemed to be spread thin responsible for lots of tables so service was inconsistent. - Reservations only for indoors: patio seemed more casual and maybe it's more for daytime as later it was cleared out. - Vibe: trying to be upscale casual but place didn't have much life to it. Lowlights: - Bistecca: we've had some great ones and was excited to see it on the menu and this is worst we've had. There was no seasoning so very bland. I needed to add salt to it and I tend to think things are over salted. 2 stars Was a decent meal, but with the high quality Italian and steak restaurants in the area, we left unsatisfied. After a long hard week we treated ourselves to a nice dinner at Brezza. It was definitely the highlight of our stay at Resorts World and one of the best fine dining meals we've had in a long time. Our hostess who gave us a nice spot, just inside but also on the edge of the mall so we could people watch. Our server and her assistant were both amazing, keeping our water glasses filled and making some great recommendations for dinner. We started with the octopus appetizer, which was generous and delicious. Some of the most tender octopus we've ever had and the white beans that came with it were so hearty. The next time, I might just have that as my entree! My husband had never tried dry-aged beef so he decided to give it a go. Our waitress was really helpful describing it; she wanted to make sure he knew what he was getting into and how it should look and taste when it got there. It has kind of a funky-blue cheese aroma - he loved it and he loves blue cheese so we were all good. I had the bolognese. While it was good, it was a little heavy for me after the appetizer. If I was at home I would have taken it home and had it for lunch for sure. My husband had the cannoli for dessert and they did not disappoint. He's usually complaining about them whenever he orders them, but these were just as good as some we had recently in Italy. My affogato was beautiful and the perfect end to our meal. Just a short walk from our rooms to a fancy Italian dinner - can't go wrong with that. Our party of 6 was seated in a round table in the middle of the restaurant. Perfect ambiance for an intimate dinner. For starters, we got their Chef's Salumi & Italian Cheese AKA charcuterie, calamari, & oysters to pair with their house vino. Appetizers were great. They serve complimentary bread sticks & bread with their own butter. The whole Branzino was good. Perfectly grilled & deboned, served with grilled lemons & herbs. But as expected, way too overpriced. We got their caesar salad - delicious anchovy vinaigrette! Can't do Italian without indulging on a few pasta dishes to share - Rigatoni Arrabiata, Beef Cheek Raviolo, Lumache Bolognese, & I forgot what the pasta with clams was called. Not sure if they make their pasta in house but it was cooked al dente & the sauces complimented it well. Coming from a huge carbivore... you can never go wrong with Italian food. Loved our meal at Brezza! The food was top notch and the staff was incredibly accommodating. Highly recommend getting the beef cheek ravioli and pesto gnocchi for the table to share. When in Vegas, it can be hit or miss with regards to bringing kids to dine at a fine dining establishment and Brezza did not miss. My girls were more than welcome and even left with flowers from the hostess. Btw, don't skip the chocolate ice cream. I even went back to get it to go the next night. read more

We ate at Brezza (inside Resorts World) on 02/19/2024 at about 11:45AM. It was open for lunch, and it got slightly busier as the lunch hours progressed; however, we were certainly the first ones in for the day. The restaurant ambiance is beautiful and is located on the Las Vegas Blvd side of the property on the North end. We had a wonderful and lovely server. The service was great, the staff was friendly and the food was wonderful. The fresh rosemary bread they bring out is lovely as well. We first shared the Caesar Salad. They were kind enough to split it up and bring us out separate plates. The salad was dressed beautifully. For lunch I had the beefcheek ravioli which was simply to die for. It had some kind of just absolutely incredible melted butter and WOW! My Husband had the Farmhouse Tart, which was also incredible. I believe it had Sausage, Mushrooms, Walnuts and Cheese. YUM! As for our food, it was good but I wouldn't put it on the "top 20 best Italian places in the US" list. The beef cheek ravioli was probably the best of the pastas. Melt in your mouth light and airy. We came here on New Year's Eve where everywhere in Las Vegas was doing a pre course meal for $150 to $300 plus tax and tip. This location was doing a three-course meal for $150 and automatic 20% coming to $200. We ended up tipping 25% because Sam our server was great. Everywhere around the restaurant, there were signs that said Snail of approval snail food. They explained that that meant the work at a solar pace to make sure everything is at a higher standard. It took maybe 10 minutes for a server to come around to introduce theirselves after being seated. Eventually halfway through at 10:00 p.m she said thanks for the patience that the restaurant was starting to slow down and she could be a little more attentive. Overall she was great for how busy it was. In the beginning it did seem like they were short-staffed We asked for a sommelier, came around to pour our wine and did not do a tasting, poured the whole glass and walked away. He did not seem like he knew what he was doing. The food runner that brought our first course out, put our food in front of the wrong persons. I had to tell them. Not a huge deal but it's attention to detail. Overall the food was a really good. I would come back on a normal day. The 3 pre fixe meal for $150 was not worth the price. We mainly chose Resort World because if you were doing any of the pre fixe at any of their participating restaurants you would get a ticket to the of rose rooftop. All of the other participating restaurants had an online NYE menu to show what your options were but Brezza had no info. The waiter gave us a ticket to go to the 5th floor rooftop but no one at Resort World was checking tickets. Tons of people were on the deck, where there were only two space heaters and maybe four bartenders for hundreds of people. I wanted to get a New Year's Eve drink but the line was massive. We made dinner reservations for 3 people at 7:30 pm. As we arrived, the host greeted us and seated us promptly. Our table was near the windows, so we could see some of the lights from the Las Vegas Strip. The dining room is very comfortable, dimly lit, and not noisy at all. I noticed that the tables are placed comfortably far apart from each other so nobody could hear other guests talking besides our own table. I found that very pleasant. Our server (unfortunately forgot his name) was very knowledgeable about the menu. Both servers (drinks and food) checked on us quite often. The red wine, Contucci Vino Nobile Di Montepulciano, my personal favorite, is outstanding! We also had some Mocktails, and I loved the Saturn (Lyre's American Malt, Lemon, Ginger syrup) garnished with a dried lemon slice. The appetizer, Fried Calamari (Pickled Peppers, Guanciale, Calabrian Aioli) absolutely delicious. Our waiter suggested the Whole Fish, and it was amazing! Perfectly grilled, very tasty. The Asparagus and Almonds with brown butter are lemon, and the Spinach and Baby Kale with shallots, garlic and chili, just amazingly completed the grilled fish. The "Cacio E Pepe" Agnolotti with parmigiana, pecorino and ricotta, just melted in the mouth. The Gnocchi with Fennel Sausage, Arugula-Basil Pesto ... omg ... it's mouthwatering, delicious! Our waiter was extremely rude, his name was hector r. He was rude to his coworker as well for a miscommunication. Did not explain things he was charging us for. My daughter already ordered a 30 dollar caeser salad and innocently ordered a side of shrimp. Without telling us, the server charged us 40 dollars for 3 shrimps at 13 dollars a piece. This was a scam. My other daughter's butter noodles were 30 as well. The food also tasted like "poop" in my daughter's words. I've been having a lot of Italian lately... Carbone, Amalfi, Esther's Kitchen and now Brezza. Hands down Brezza is the best I've had this week. Hot seafood platter $75 - was really good. I'm not a huge fan of cold seafood so I usually don't order seafood towers/platters. But they had a hot option here and it's amazing. Corn agnolotti $31 - if I see a corn pasta on the menu I'm going to order it. It has not let me down so far. No exception with the one here. Sweet fresh corn filled pasta is fantastic. Lumache bolognese $32 - everyone raves about the spicy rigatoni at Carbone but they haven't had the lumache bolognese at Brezza. Truly amazing. Panna cotta $17 - best Panna cotta I've had to date. Often times Panna cotta comes out gelatin heavy. Not the one here. It's super creamy but light at the same time. The only let down was the focaccia. It was a bit dry and hard. Absolutely loved this place! My husband and I stopped by for a drink in the afternoon and had an excellent espresso martini at the bar. The drink was so good and the bartenders were so nice that we decided to make dinner reservations and I'm so glad we did. They had THE BEST gluten free pasta I've ever had. When they first put my plate down, I was sure there was no way it was GF and so even tried to send it back, but was assured that their fresh tagliatelle was safe and was so amazing! I ordered the rigatoni dish with the GF pasta and it had SO MUCH flavor. My husband had the bolognese and tuna tartare and said his was excellent as well. The wine list had some amazing Italian wine picks that you won't find anywhere else. House made and tasted just like regular gluten noodles - very hard to come by! And dessert was delicious too. I had dinner at Brezza within Resorts World Las Vegas on 12/31/25. They offered a Prix Fixe dinner menu only for $165.00 per dinner. The Prix Fixe dinner was not, however, a fixed price. Nor was it worth $165.00 if the "fixed" price had been honored. I was billed $256.00 for strictly dinner, (not including the tax, beverages or tip)! The service was deplorable. The first course was great and served timely. The second course was very poor, and served much later. The third course did not get served for over an hour after the second, and was not the course advertised on the menu. The last course was desert which I had to take with me because I had already been at the restaurant for 2 1/2 hours, and had plans at midnight! The desert was not even edible a few hours later when I tried to eat it. I was by myself, and I sat at the bar which should have sped up service. The bartender was extremely prompt with great drinks. However, the bartender took my order and never mentioned that a course would cost more than the price listed on the Prix Fixe menu. I was unable to talk to a manager while there, and did not care to spend another half hour or longer attempting to discuss these problems. read more

Pepperoni was crispy and cooked perfectly with a thicker fluffy crust that was super light! The flavors meld delightfully with the cheese and sauce. Truly delicious. Service here is first rate, prompt, professional and courteous - always overlapping coverage and an eye for details and efficiency. Charred octopus excellent, and the fried Calamari as well another great appetizer. As mentioned by others, the heirloom Caprese another standout dish of our night and the Gnocchi was very good too. We split plates between us and it was plenty for the three of us to share. This was our first visit to the Resorts World property. The property has a bunch of unique restaurants that we will be trying, but we started with Brezza. We came for dinner and the ambiance was very relaxing. They have an open kitchen that faces the dining room and a very large bar with plenty of seating. We started with the fried calamari. There were zucchini and other vegetables mixed in and the fried coating was different than the traditional fried calamari coating, which was a pleasant change. For drinks we got the Ventosa. Very light and flavorful. For entrees, we got the 16oz dry aged bone-in NY strip and the LUMACHE BOLOGNESE. The steak was cooked a perfect med rare and there were a couple fatty tips, which added to the flavor. The bolognese was amazing! You could taste the veal, pork and beef throughout each bite. I believe our server stated this was a guest favorite and I can see why. For sides, we got the Brussels sprouts and the mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were next level! They come with a poached egg on top that gets mixed in for a creamer consistency. Highly recommend trying them. For dessert, we had a scoop of chocolate gelato, mint chocolate gelato and raspberry sorbet with a waffle cone crisp. That was a good ending to the meal. We will be back! read more

Ordered the dry aged porterhouse medium rare. We came specifically to try the dry aged steaks since that is the advertised specialty dish. It was so overdone and unevenly cooked that we couldn't eat more than 3 pieces before we gave up. The manager told us it was just the dry aging and not improperly cooked. It was as tough as shoe leather and only the center was cooked medium (not medium rare) and it had no flavor and was not tender at all. The pasta was flavorful and salad was nice. Of course highly overcharged because of strip prices. I couldn't tell if it was the cut of meat or if it was just horribly cooked and seasoned but for 165.00 it was definitely bad. I haven't had a good meal on the strip since before Covid. Not worth the cost for sure. read more

Our waiter greeted us quickly, brought us our wine quickly, and went over all the specials and the regular menu with us. We opted for sharing lots of dishes. We showed up 30 minutes early for a two-person reservation at 8pm. We were told our table wasn't ready and that we needed to return in 10-15 minutes. Wow.. I was nervous to spend so much money here with slightly mixed reviews. Especially because we didn't know that it was a tasting menu priced at $95 per person on New Year's Eve. When I saw the choices I called over our waiter and and explained that I had researched the menu and had my heart set on the lobster ravioli which wasn't on the tasting menu. I also told him we neither wanted dessert and could we get 2 apps each in lieu of dessert. Surprisingly he went to check with the kitchen and they accommodated all requests! Thank goodness I got to try that lobster ravioli because it was fantastic. Plus it was a large portion. That plus an appetizer would be plenty of food. Spouse ordered the caprese salad which seemed mundane but the chef makes her own burrata and it was the most creamy delicious cheese ever. I had the steak tartar and I do not order this generally so it's hard to compare but it tasted great. Hands down both our favorites was the grilled octopus appetizer. They tenderize it by using cork from wine bottles which supposedly releases enzymes that break down the meat during the boiling process. It was very tender so I'd say the process works. In fact I would fly to Vegas right now just to order that octopus again! We also got to try the bolognese pasta ... outstanding but we still had our main courses and were already getting full. This tasting menu was far too much food by the way... but we were not complaining. For mains we got the branzino and the steak. Fish was great but steak was served in a sauce that we neither one cared for. But literally that was our only complaint with all the food. Wine selection is good and service was beyond exceptional. Couldn't believe what a fabulous New Year's Eve dinner we had. Will definitely return when we are back in Vegas. Kudos to the chef and all the staff! read more
