I recently went to Brezza for my second time. My first visit was in 2022 and I couldn't stop thinking about the delicious food! The menu has changed slightly in the past few years, but the pasta is still amazing! I had dreams of the tiramisu. It was one of the best I have ever had. The waiter was very friendly and answered all of our questions. He did advise me that the Cacio E Pepe was not the typical noodle, but I still wanted to try it. "Dude, this is an Italian restaurant" to which he replies "you don't know what you've been missing". Note: This is a "steakhouse" dinner review. Brezza specializes in true, 100+ day dry aged USDA Prime beef. Tender with extremely pronounced nuttiness and bleu cheese funk, truly what dry aged beef lovers crave. This is an entirely different flavor from the typical 28 day dry aged cuts. The flavor is polarizing. Raw seafood lovers, start with the scallops dressed with a delectable, sweet, sour, earthy agrodolce that makes the natural sweetness pop. No complaints on the 18 month aged prosciutto or fresh shucked oysters. Then again, the restaurant had nothing to do with the quality. The 130 day dry aged, 42oz porterhouse is outstanding. Good trim. Well seared. Properly seasoned. Kissed by the wood fired grill burning white oak and olive branches that adds to its complexity. The more delicate filet has become flavorful, even beyond the strip section whose fat has picked up a nice nuttiness to round out the funk. Sides of mushrooms plays off the umami while the acidity of the pistachio vinaigrette and lemon of the roasted cauliflower adds brightness and readies the palate for another bite. Do consider the barrel aged negroni. Otherwise, well chosen selection of mostly Italian wines by the glass. Italian centric wine bottle list. Typical high Vegas resort markup. Italian service. Came on a Thursday night F1 weekend, ambiance is very relaxing, soothing trendy music and the perfect mood lighting. Brezza has an open feel with rustic, modern Italian aesthetic and plenty of mixed seating. Service was excellent and staff was attentive and very helpful. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the dishes as well as wine pairings. For drinks we ordered sanguinello ($20) dirty martini, quintessential (barrel aged) ($25) , red Volpolo ($25) Appetizers, we order the Brezza "Caesar" ($26), charred octopus ($34) and east coast oysters w the mignonette sauce ($34). My favorite out of the appetizers, was the Caesar salad was not a classic Caesar, it was prepared very differently but delicious. Entree, pasta Bucatini alla amatriana ($34) and filet mignon ($82) and for the price 4/10 compared to other steaks restaurants on the strip, side of roasted Brussels sprouts ($21). Have wanted to come here since we found out the owner was from B & B! That was one of our favorite places for Italian food. We came in on a Wednesday night and it was pretty empty so we were seated quickly. Our waiter was Tyler and he was very nice, friendly and helpful. They had a few specials and I decided to try the new white truffle pasta with English butter sauce. They said the truffle had just come in! Brezza Caesar was very good and very large! It had anchovies on it and the dressing was anchovy as well, so you need to love anchovy to enjoy the salad. Luckily I do and thought it was delicious. My wife had the Speck and burrata and it was very good as well. Wasn't sure what spec was and turns out it's like prosciutto. Burrata was very good, very fresh. For her main, she had the Bolognese. It was very good, make with shells not spaghetti but she enjoyed it. I tried some and it was yummy I had the White truffle pasta and it was amazing. I added chicken to get some protein and they serve it on the side. I used it to mop it the butter sauce. The pasta was rich and delicious and I scoffed most of it down, save for what my wife ate! For dessert we had the lemon curd, it was good but I was so full I didn't eat much of it. Had a double espresso to wash it all down. Service was excellent, Tyler was cool, very helpful. The sommelier was Wayne and he was very knowledgeable as well. Offered guidance on the wine to match with the pasta and gave us a little amaro lesson at the end of the meal. Really enjoyed everything. My wife always said she hated amaro but after Wayne let her try several she's now a believer! Located in the Fine Dining wing of Resorts World. We came here before the Janet Jackson concert on property. We had a reservation and got seated around 6 pm on their small front patio. Service and food were great! The menu is small, but they serve elevated classics like pizza, spaghetti, and various styles of pasta. Their pasta is handmade, and you can taste the freshness. As I've noticed in other reviews, the service was really slow, despite the fact that there was only one other table in the restaurant. My daughter ordered a coke that never came. After about 20 minutes I had to ask another waiter for my Tanqueray and Tonic. I ordered one of the specials but forgot to ask the cost. They didn't offer but the cost was astronomical compared to the other items on the menu. My daughter ordered Steak and Eggs. Nothing special there, not even plated well. My dish came and it was a mishmash of seafood. Typically the server explains the dish. It was plopped in front of me served on a high platter so I couldn't even see what was on it. It was very disappointing. The bread was good however. I asked for water but the waiter brought a bottle of water. I believe we were charged $12 for water! This should have come free. I brought this up with the manager, but he was very lackluster in his response. Minimally he should have provided a credit for the water. Nothing. Whenever you see a restaurant with nobody in it, it's a bad sign. I should have paid more attention. Nicole Brisson should pay more attention to what's happening at her restaurant. Our last night in town, we wanted a nice dinner. So my bf and I loaded the toddler up with an iPad and his Mickey Mouse doll and came here. It was fantastic. Service was excellent- attentive, not rushed but definitely not lagging with a small child. The ambience was nice and inviting. The food was amazing! My son loved his pizza. The restaurant has a great atmosphere. Music could be a bit quieter. The server we had was a bit pushy and stayed around our table while we ate which made it a bit uncomfortable. We ordered the lasagna rotolo and rigatoni alla grappa. The waiter said the lasagna was easy on the meat sauce, but it was the opposite. In addition the ricotta has too much lemon, and there was nothing that tied the dish together. He later said he didn't try it before and was surprised it wasn't enjoyed. Pasta with the alla grappa was good in my opinion, but not worth the price. But it's Vegas. The server offered to give my friend another dish since she was not happy with it, but opted out. He then offered dessert instead. Guess what, we had to pay for that too. Probably won't be returning. Tip for the server, please don't hover over the table when people are trying to pay the bill and calculate the tip. We came here for dinner and to enjoy each other, we can't do that when you keep coming up to the table in the middle of our meal starting conversations and telling us stories. My family and I went to Brezza on Easter. We had such a wonderful experience. The ambience of the restaurant was lovely and welcoming. Our waiter Cody and the whole wait staff was very helpful and patient with all of our questions. And the food was just outstanding. We are a family that tends to share everything and we all ate ourselves under the table by the end of the meal. Besides the quality of the food, it all came out at the right time. And we able to slowly enjoy our food without ever feeling rushed, but also the wait staff for service was always there when it needed. And special shoutout to Mark. Chicken was grilled through the pan and became rock solid to the point where my fork couldn't pierce through. Pasta was still hard and not el dente. My fiancé ordered the Beek Cheek ravioli and that was dog food. Tasteless, no flavor, and the beef was so dry inside. We also ordered the caesar salad and house wine. Charging for ice? really? I'm still trying to wrap my head around why we were charged for ice at Brezza. We didn't order anything unusual--just basic drinks--and somehow ice was an upcharge. That's not just petty, it's tacky. Add that to the manager's response and defensiveness about the additional charge and the whole experience just felt like a cash grab. Also, the "who cares" attitude by the manager was surprising and disappointing. For a restaurant in this location with this price point, it left a sour taste. I was craving some Italian food as my last meal at Resorts World before headed back home. I decided that we should visit Breeza which is in The District. Right off the bat, I got a bad impression of this place. I get that it is Saturday night so there might not be open seating, but there are so many restaurants in Resorts World that finding an empty spot would not be so difficult right? Well, it was actually difficult. So, this rude hostess said that they had reservations all booked up until 930pm. That was such a lie. We could see that many tables were open. We sat at the bar for dinner instead of sitting at a proper table. The complimentary bread was nothing to write home about, but at least it was warm. We ordered a shared appetizer and main dish. We shared the charred octopus. It was amazing. It was quite flavorful, especially with the charred after taste in my mouth. After the octopus, we ended up waiting for a very long time. In retrospect, it was not okay to have to wait for our food for so long. I believe that many people around us left which we were just waiting and waiting. We were not offered anything to compensate for our wasted time due to the kitchen misplacing our order! Anyhow, my main dish which was the pasta with various meats sauce. Unfortunately, the sauce was inedible due to it is extremely high sodium content. Again, our waiter seemed to not care that we were kept waiting due to their mistake and that I didn't enjoy my meal. Overall, I had a very unpleasant experience that I'd like to forget. Not worth the price that I paid for my meal. To add injury to insult, when we got back to the room, it appeared that they were trying to charge this meal multiple times which resulted in us having to call to have the multiple charges removed. It's the kind of place where you order a glass of wine and suddenly feel like you own property in Tuscany. Let's talk food. The calamari? Meh. It was giving background character--definitely not stealing the spotlight. The fennel sausage pasta was solid though. Flavorful, hearty, but not something I'd write home about. Now the cauliflower pasta? Star of the show. Creamy, rich, and packed with flavor. Easily Zendaya energy--elevated, effortless, and probably underrated. The service was great. Staff was friendly, on it, and made the whole thing feel easy. Bathroom was clean and nicely decorated--always a green flag. They also have a gorgeous outdoor setup that's just begging for a date night or something main-character worthy. All in all, it was a good time. We came here after hanging out at the spa all day so we were walking around and found this gem. It wasn't busy because we came on a weekday during the day. But we chose to sit at the bar. Anthony was our bartender and he was very helpful and friendly. But let's talk about the most important thing. The food! The house bread and butter was so good but I'm such a sucker for bread and butter so it doesn't take much to impress me with carbs! Can we talk about the Caesar salad though??? This by far is probably in the top 3 best Caesar salads I've ever had! It is heavy on the sardine taste but I was good with that because the fresh lemon helped balance that out. I honestly would come back here JUST for this Caesar. We also ordered the Chicken Milanese sandwich and the Beef Cheek Ravioli. The chicken sandwich was tasty. The ravioli was so unique, definitely a different texture inside since it's made with beef cheek. 5/5 Came to Brezza specifically because my friends insisted I had to try the octopus appetizer -- and wow, they were absolutely right. At $33 it's definitely on the pricier side, but worth every penny. I was honestly a little nervous because I usually expect octopus to be chewy, but this was the complete opposite. Whoever prepared this dish clearly knows exactly what they're doing. The octopus was incredibly tender -- almost a chicken-like consistency -- and had none of that strong fishy flavor that can sometimes come with it. It was delicate, perfectly cooked, and just astonishing. The dish comes together beautifully with white beans, pickled radish, fresh sprouts, and a light, flavorful dressing that ties everything together. The combination of textures and flavors was unreal. Quite honestly, this is one of the best dishes I've ever eaten in my entire life -- and it was just an appetizer. If you're even remotely curious about octopus, or you're already a fan, this is a must-try. I'd go back to Brezza for this dish alone. read more

Located in Resorts World, you can expect that this place is going to be quite pricey and you also hope that to service will be top notch. The service was very good and very attentive. We were checked on a lot by various servers throughout the dining experience. They were very knowledgeable about their menu which I would have expected and happy that they were! The ambiance is a little loud if the place is packed - which it was. The decor is upscale but casual dress will suffice. In my table of four, we ordered scallops, rigatoni, tomahawk steak (ordered MR) with a sides of mashed potatoes and mushrooms. The tomahawk steak comes sliced and it's enough meat to share with another. The steak was a bit fatty, more fatty than other tomahawks I have had. It was a very good steak but for the cost, I have definitely had a better tomahawk and it was less cost. The sides were a highlight. The mushrooms were delicious and the mashed potatoes, while the description by our server may have seemed odd, it was very good. It has an egg yolk in it that is stirred upon arrival.
