The quality of service started at the top. I requested to have some packers to help prepare the house. They sent Ashley to sort, donate and prep the house. Ashley worked with my friend. Ashley's empathy, kindness, guidance and outstanding work ethic has saved the day. She will continue to help at the new place making it a smooth transition. It truly takes someone with heart to help in the middle of chaos. The move turned out to be a long and rough move. Caleb and Jaq started the move and then was joined by Ben and Jacob. Caleb was a very knowledgeable and Outstanding leader to his team. Each one went above and beyond to the end. I saw and heard great respect for one another that showed in their teamwork. They also listened with great empathy and made it easier for my friend to embrace the move. I will request the same team when needed. I highly recommend Grace moving.

Unpacking at destination left mess with missing screws and incomplete assemblies…read more Bedframe damaged, desk, coffee stand are missing long screws that you can't buy in market. so basically I have to throw it off. In total I lost approx $1500 worth of goods. They will take payment before unloading. After that good luck if you get everything done right. Can't do anything about it. I am going to add in blacklist and won't recommend for any employer moving services in the future.

Our 2nd move we called them again. 2nd move was not great at all. We moved into a new home and our fridge which we spent over $2500 for was dented because they never wrapped the fridge. Our washer and dryer which are over $3000 combined were scratched and scuffed up because they were not wrapped up or covered which we paid extra for. Walls scuffed which is to be expected but fridge dents and scratched washer & dryer is not to be expected. These are permanent damages that we have to live with and look at everyday. You keep telling us that the couch is against the wall, so no one will see the hole. Guess what, I see the hole. You say the safe still works, I just has a little scratch in it. When the scratch goes to the metal below, it becomes a gouge. I've moved more than 24 times & this was easily the MOST frustrating thanks to Wheaton. The driver & loader arrived full of attitude about items that "should have" been broken down further, like tables, exercise equipment & bookcases. This info could have been conveyed to us BEFORE the move by the agent & not left to the last minute when everything was packed up, including our tools. Within minutes of meeting me & being at my home the driver made a gun with his hand & comments to the loader in front of me about killing my "stupid" (his word) pets. I later learned that he was allergic, but this begs the question, who would say something so AWFUL in front of a customer? And what kind of company sends this person as a representative into peoples homes when most homes in America have pets?? Wheaton had weeks ahead of time to figure out how to pack an especially large painting & it was still unpacked on moving day & had to be taken back to their warehouse. They ignored any marking of items as fragile & to "keep upright" as many boxes were delivered upside down and/or crushed. A white chair was not wrapped to keep clean & instead "protected" by greasy moving blankets & arrived with black smears on it. An actual hole was punched into the side of a desk. They slid an antique secretary across the floor & broke the leg. Their inventory system is a joke. They write down that they used certain sticker numbers but not what items those numbers pertain to. If you want one less headache, use someone OTHER THAN Wheaton & McGrath to help you move.
