The bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel with AMAZING! I have never had a sandwich with scrambled egg (inconvenience at other places). The coffee was ok, the prices were a bit high for pretty much everything [[HIGHLIGHT]]Atmosphere was great, relaxing clean "artsy" feeling to it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]A mix between Panera and Barns & Noble[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

The egg and cheese on a cheddar bagel is so yummy. I love to get it with scallion cream cheese. Creative environment on Main Street good coffee, good smoothies and really fabulous breakfast sandwiches and other lunch options.

The first time I came here was years ago. I remember I really enjoyed the veggie panini and side of Brussels. I've since ordered breakfast a couple of times with my husband via DoorDash. I had the pancakes with a pineapple coconut smoothie, while my husband tried the corned beef hash omelet wrap. We both liked our choices. More recently, we both tried breakfast bagel sandwiches - mine was with sausage and his was with bacon - plus a side of home fries. The sandwiches were bulky and flavorful. Typically I like some crunch to my home fries, but these were well seasoned that it was fine without it. I plan on ordering from Brew Bakers again!

Great egg sandwiches. The place is always packed so be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes for your order. Coffee is pretty good. The customer service is good for the most part. Nice ambiance if you are able to get a table. We typically just grab food to go when we are in route to an event or whatever. Unless you are there super early, they are usually out of the popular bagel flavors. It's rare that we get there in time for an everything bagel. I do enjoy the cheddar bagels though. It's overall a nice place to grab a quick-ish bite.

Ordered the special Caprese with prosciutto and VERY DISAPPOINTED especially for the $13 they charged me. This sandwich has 1 slice of prosciutto and is not what anyone would consider a grinder. It's more like a bite size sandwhich. Be cautious as you'll be over paying for minimal amount of food.

Great spot for breakfast all day or lunch. Specialty coffee drinks and a variety of bagels, wraps, panini sandwiches m, burgers and wraps. Kids menu available. The egg bagel was fresh and lox spread was creamy. My berry white latte was flavored well.

homemade bratwurst and sauerkraut with potato salad and a perfectly cooked piece of bacon

For me, coffee is the first and most important item a restaurant coffee shop needs to get right, and Brew Bakers nails it. I liked it so much I asked about the beans, and they use a local, family owned roaster and they source their coffee daily. I had not been back to Middletown for some time, but remembered how good the food was at this family owned and run restaurant. I had the Bratwurst with homemade sauerkraut and potato salad and it was perfect. The soup of the day was bean and bacon, and it was chock full of bacon and fresh vegetables - perfect for a winter day. Prices are very moderate and the staff was friendly and cheerful - highly recommended!

I'm not sure why there's such low ratings but I had a nice breakfast here. I ordered the cheddar bagel with sausage egg and cheese which was so delicious. Their menu had a lot of options from various flavors of bagels and coffee drinks. I would definitely come back if I'm in town for a breakfast sandwich. The service was fast also! My sandwich came piping hot as well.

This place is right on the main strip in Middletown. With so many menu options it's almost overwhelming. It is the kind of place where you walk up and order at the register then sit down with a number and they drop it off at your table when you're done. The food is amazing and the prices match the quality. Cute outdoor seating too My wife got the buratta salad today and said it was the best salad of her life which means a lot coming from her.

We were seated quickly at a nice table with a white tablecloth, which gave it a more polished feel right away. There were TVs around showing the NFL Draft and UFL, which was nice to have to keep up to date on sports. The person I was with did wonder why the Knicks playoff game wasn't on, though. I ordered the Oven Roasted Norwegian salmon, and it was excellent. Really crisp on the outside while staying moist inside, it was exactly I like it. It was served over a bed of fresh vegetables with a salsa verde sauce that tied everything together really well. For dessert, I got the cheesecake. It looked small at first, but it was very filling. It came with a strawberry and a side of fresh whipped cream. The flavor was a little unique, not as sweet as I expected, but it worked really well. The service was good throughout the night, too. Our waiter was very friendly and kept us updated throughout the meal on when our food would be coming, which I appreciated. Altogether, this was a really solid experience and I would go back.

First off, the ambience of the place is fairly nice though you would not know it from how many of the other patrons choose to attire themselves. If you're looking for a upscale, dining experience, other patrons would suggest this is not the place for you. They started off by attending to put us at the wrong table per our reservation. The table was apparently filled, and they moved us to a different table, which was perfectly fine as it was a nice booth with a window right next to the table. They then gave us several menus from which to choose, which was confusing as there were so many different menus with similar food options, including brunch, menu, a burger, menu, a dinner menu, a Mother's Day, special menu, and the regular menu. There were also two separate drink menus. We started by ordering some drinks and an appetizer of the meat and cheeseboard for the table. We put in our full order at just before 12:59 PM and the meat and cheeseboard came out fairly quick. Overall, it was the best part of our time at the restaurant. With regards to our main meal, we had ordered an eggs, Benedict, a children's pancake and bacon, special, and a steak and eggs meal. That was apparently a mistake as it took them over one hour six minutes before the food hit the table and when it did, it was a mess. The medium rare steak was cooked to a well done with the eggs being extremely messy and not very runny for over easy. The potatoes were dark and charred in places, but we're not crispy by any stretch of the imagination. The Canadian bacon had not been rendered well on the eggs Benedict and one of the two poached eggs clearly had not been poached appropriately. Also, my daughter indicated that the syrup was way too sweet, which was especially surprising as she is someone with a sweet tooth. The pancakes themselves were extremely dense and unfair and served on a plastic tray missing one of the size that was supposed to come with the order. It is clear that the kitchen does not know what they are doing as I was the second person in a row to have issues with the cook temperature on my steak, a problem that appears to carry over to other aspects of the meal as well. At the one hour mark, I've been so frustrated. I had requested to speak with a manager and he was actually the one who brought out the food to our table. There was a good four minute gap between two of the meals being brought out and the third meal, which is what my wife had ordered for her Mother's Day brunch. By the time the eggs Benedict came out, I showed the manager my stake and eggs, and he agreed that it was cooked to a well done rather than the medium rare I had ordered. I had overheard the exact same issue on the next table over where the older woman had not gotten her meal until nearly all seven others at the table had completed their food. At that point, I sent back my steak and indicated I did not want it to be remade as I was done with the place. Shirley, thereafter, I was clear the rest of the family was of the same mind as the meals were a mess and cooked improperly. The manager eventually came over and indicated that he is going to take care of the entire CHUCK which makes sense sense more than 75% of the food ordered had been uneaten or inedible. The service was no better as waiters and waitresses would walk by and failed to refill empty water glasses, even though they would look right at the empty water glass and would have pictures of water in their hand at times. One waitress went to five separate tables around us, including table she was not serving and failed to fill our water, but filled water at other tables. Our waiter was also missing an action for a good portion of the meal. Despite having the meal taken care of, I did leave a small tip for the waiter, though nowhere near what I would have had the service been even somewhat competent. This is a major disappointment as the last experience I had at this restaurant for dinner had been so positive it convinced me to book the place for Mother's Day brunch. I'm not sure if this was a one off situation but I would never recommend a return to this place based on the experience I had this day. What's worse, our reservation appeared to fall between two rushes as we were the second table in the rush that showed up about 10 to 15 minutes after our arrival at the place. As such, our food should've been fairly quick and coming out but others who ordered their food more than 20 minutes after our table received it with no problem. I have to say that the Taco Bell we had as result of this poor food service was Myles and Myles better than the food experience at the restaurant itself.

My friend and I were out shopping and wanted to grab lunch. She was craving a sandwich so we headed to Cotton Hollow. We were pleasantly greeted at the door and seated in the bar area at a high top. We couldn't decide between inside and outside so when we were seated at a window table over looking the patio, we had the best of both worlds. Both the dining room and bar are lovely. There are tons of GF options, but I always go for the choices I normally can't have elsewhere. They have a dedicated GF fryer so I opted for the fried fish and sweet potato fries. The fries were crispy and lightly salted. The fish was tasty and crisp, but a little dry on the thinner piece. The coleslaw was an Asian style slaw, which was not my thing. It was a bit odd for me. My friend opted for a chicken wrap and it was insanely large and she said it was delicious. The photo is only 1/2 of the sandwich which she took home. I had the red sangria. It was drinkable but had a bit of a sour taste and no fruit. My friend had the Hugo Spritz, which was perfect and refreshing. I have been here a few times and they are consistent and have a wide menu. It's on my list of regulars. Hint, if you go to Sayulita and can't get in, this place is right across the street and a good choice.
