They kept my car for weeks after we changed out the first replacement hybrid battery before they refused to do the work they stated they would. To say this shop cost me thousands is an understatement! The cost of rentals alone during the time they were cross diagnosing is shameful! At the very least they should refund the diagnostic fee of $185 for a battery that they could not have diagnosed because it contained no coolant!

Omar rolled his eyes at my rebuffs of him trying to sell me things on top of the oil change. Same rolling of the eyes when I asked that the tires be pumped to 32 which is closer to the factory standard of 30 for my car "We do it at 35 here". I requested he print out the estimates for all the services he wanted to sell me. "Do you need me to actually print it out?" At the end, I pointed out the chauvinist attitude and was told "You're just difficult" and "God bless you!" which sounded like "F*@k you". The fee including tax for oil change had been quoted to me to be $75. I noticed I was charged $79.88. I approached a very nice staff member Tabor who took my receipt and said he would try to help. Out comes out Omar with his bullying attitude spitting out "Do you have a problem with the invoice?" I told him I would like to deal with his colleague. "Here! Out of my own pocket!" he fishes out a five dollar bill from his sweaty pocket and shoves it into my hand. And I get another "God bless you!" that has so much hatred in it. I go back to Tabor and ask him to take the bill and to give me a five out from the register. On the way home, I get a tire pressure sign which I have not seen for many months. I measure the tire pressure: 34.3, 33.7, 36.9 and 37.4. Not only was Omar rude, he was plain misogynist and unprofessional. Tabor mentioned this was not the first time a woman has complained of being treated in a hateful, misogynist way. Their boss Jerry is out on vacation. If I don't get my money back, I'll dispute the charge. Can't believe this just happened.

I took my car to a different auto repair company and it was determined that the wiring harness had a short and numerous wires needed to be fixed. Problem solved and the A/C has been working great ever since. Totally missed by Parker Automotive. Wasted $1160.16 repair cost. ***Original REVIEW: Terrible. Took my Kia Sorento in for A/C problems 09/09/26. $1.1K later and next day, A/C blowing out hot air again. Installed ECV for A/C Compressor. Then, wants to charge me $237+ for another eval and potentially another $1K in repairs. Extremely disappointed and feel ripped off. If the name of your business boldly implies how you treat your customers, you best do it & they do! Their quotes are fair, yet comprehensive, their attitude is (you guessed it) friendly and their work is prompt and well done. What more could you ask for? This year on Yelp I want to find all the good businesses in the area and highlight them and Friendly Automotive is one of the first that came to mind. Find them off of Ina Road, not too far from I-10. They're tucked into a hodge podge of small businesses. In business for 25 years in Arizona and take care of all makes & models of cars. Don't you wish all businesses were named for how they treat their clients? Life would be so easy. TLDR: Honest, friendly, stress free auto repair at fair price. Family yowned for 25 years.
