Revised review: I've revised this review From 1 star to 3 stars because this business was extremely quick to respond to my previous negative review with an apology. This leaves me to think my experience here was probably not the norm, and the other reviews are good...but a simple, "hi, let us know when you're ready" or "we'll be with you shortly", or a similar acknowledgement of my presence would have been awesome. Original review: 9am, 9/16/2017 NO CUSTOMER SERVICE For 5 minutes (I timed it) I stood in front of two employees who were both helping one customer. Then a 3rd employee showed up and the employees were instead focused on talking to each other. All this time, none of them said hi or even acknowledged that I (a customer) was waiting to order something. I decided to leave after 5 minutes and to never visit this place again and to never recommend this place to anyone I know. I don't know if their shave ice is any good but I do know they should at least learn to acknowledge the presence of a customer. read more

Best shave ice ever! We tried this shave ice and it was light and creamy and absolutely delicious! A friend who used to live in Maui recommended this spot as the best shave ice in Maui. It lived up to its reputation. You must get the ice cream surprise at the bottom. We got dragon fruit and passion fruit "natural" flavor with coconut ice cream. ***Note to owner - my parents stopped by in the evening and the server said it closes at 4pm. This Yelp listing says it closes at 2am (and the guy who helped us said it closes at 3am). Please either update your listing, or educate the staff at the restaurant. A very tasty shaved ice! I grabbed the strawberry guava daiquiri one during happy hour, replaced the rum for vodka and it still came out really well. Super fluffy, a large amount with a "just-right" portion of syrup. The small was a good individual serving size. Heads up though: Due to open container laws, the adult shaved ices have to be eaten in-house, meaning in the patio area or at the counter.
