We went here today for lunch and planned to meet a few others. We told the hostess we had 5 people and a baby and she asked us to wait while she checked on an available table. We were the only people waiting to be seated and there were plenty of empty tables. About 10-15 minutes later, the hostess came back and was ready to seat us. The manager stepped up and asked if all of our party was there. I told her they were in the parking lot and she told us we would have to wait to be seated until they walked in. I told her we had already been waiting and it was a little crazy since they weren't busy and the rest of our party was literally getting out of the car. My daughter pointed to them and said "That's them right there. They just got the baby out." The manager once again told us we would have to wait and that it was their policy. She went on to explain they "could fill up again before our party was all together". Seriously? Was their a packed bus that was going to unload in front of them as they were literally walking across the parking lot?! Needless to say, we left and spent our $67 plus tip at the Cracker Barrel across the street where we experienced immediate seating while the same couple unloaded the baby again. We'll never go here again. You need a new policy and a new manager...or at least one with a little bit of common sense and a small amount of customer service skills. read more

Tried this based on recommendations from Yelp, and it was spot on! One of the best breakfasts I have ever had anywhere! Arrived at 10:00 AM on a Saturday to find the parking lot completely full. I actually decided to go to Cracker Barrel instead, but made a wrong turn trying to get there and came right back past Breakfastime, so I checked again and found a parking spot. I'm glad I did! I had the Healthy Veggie Omelet, and it was delicious; you would never know it was a healthy version. The fruit cup that came with it was delicious and super fresh...it even had sliced kiwis, which were a surprising addition. Service was quick and attentive; coffee and OJ were both really good. I will definitely return, and would recommend everyone try it! read more

Haven been to both locations in Concord, but this one at Copperfield is my favorite. The atmosphere seems more lively and the staff seems more on point. Great coffee, eggs are always perfectly cooked, and sausage links are delicious. The most surprising find was the Home Fries. They are the most delicious I've ever had in a restaurant; crispy outside, soft and delicious on the inside, and not greasy at all. I eat there at least once a week now. Finally found a really nice breakfast place in the Concord/Harrisburg area! It seems every other place we try is a greasy spoon. This place has really nice decor, a very welcoming atmosphere, beautiful decorations and colors, and is clean!!! Not to mention that the service was excellent, and the food came out extremely fast. Not sure if this has to do with the fact that it was a Wednesday at lunchtime. Have not been there on a busy weekend. But we will definitely be returning on a regular basis! The omelet was basically scrambled eggs mixed with whatever fillings and folded in half(which didn't do anything for the taste). A good breakfast restaurant would know to cook the fillings and place inside the scrambled eggs- delicious! I was super excited to try Breakfastime . i ordered the combo with pancakes and i added strawberries. two scramble eggs which they gave me a extra egg free , crispy bacon and i order 1 gravy biscuit . My eggs were a little overcooked and i was super disappointed with the frozen type mushy (not fresh) strawberry. it made my pancake very soggy and not as fresh. The gravy biscuit was amazing . i will return again to give it one more try and order something different from there very large menu. read more

On our drive thru NC we stopped here based on yelpers. They did not disappoint! Good, fast breakfast, friendly and good service! The pancakes were nice & fluffy, we got the extra 3rd egg at no charge, french toast was really good with cinnamon & powdered sugar. Price was very reasonable for a good breakfast! This place has good food and service. However, when you work children under 18 for 7.5+ hours a day without giving them a break of any type, I don't think much about you. Then to top it off they make you stay for mandatory meetings they say and you don't pay your employees for that. They kept my daughter today for an hour and 40 minutes and didn't pay her for her time there. If you miss a day of work your fired. My family goes and eats there all the time and I can promise you that we WON'T BE BACK. They don't know how to treat their employees and it's sad. Don't let your children work here. read more

Greek omelet was huge, but under seasoned. Hash browns seemed like a precisely cut pre-prepared portion controlled serving. My wife thought the pancakes were better at Cracker Barrel, but she says that about every breakfast place we go to. Service was very attentive, no complaints in that regard. I'm not sure what all the fuss is about,but the food was average. Being from North Carolina I love liver mush, and this place had ok liver pudding not liver mush. The portions were not very big especially the grits. The frozen biscuits were good, but the gravy was made from a mix or at least if tasted like it. Recently became overwhelmingly ill after biting into undercooked chicken served to me at the Concord location. Finally received a call from owner Alex Kazakos, after 2 days, only for him to infer that my food poisoning did not come from his undercooked chicken. Then proceeded to badger me about what I ate in the days leading up to become sick from the undercooked chicken at his establishment. Great Consumer service Mr. Kazakos! My wife and I have been here many times, I get eggs Benedict. its perfectly cooked and the Hollandaise sauce is awaome. My wife usually gets a very well done omelet its is cooked to perfection every time. Forget Cracker Barrel and I hop this is the place to be. not over priced like others and the portions are great.
