Service, ambiance, and the best food in town! We have been there several times and very happy with the food and the service staff. Yesterday we had Liver and Onions, mashed potatoes and gravy and fresh bread! It was amazing; and my husband had Chicken Fried Steak, hash browns and eggs and stated "it's the best I've ever had". Becca, our hostess and waitress took the best care of us while there. Even though they were extremely busy, no one had a complaint about the service and food. we would recommend this restaurant any day of the week if you never want to be disappointed. We've been patronizing the Leesburg Breakfast Station, usually at least twice per week. since they opened. Good food. reasonable prices and great staff that is friendly and who make you feel welcome. The Breakfast Station is a throwback to breakfast diners I remember as a kid. The specialize, obviously, in breakfast items. They offer several egg dishes with various sides. One of their specialties is the cinnamon swirl pancakes. There are burgers, salads, chicken, and other sandwiches also available. Everything we have had has been good. The waitresses have always been friendly and set a casual atmosphere. They are quick to check on you and fill up your coffee. The restaurant itself has nods to trains and railroads throughout. Very busy on Sunday at noon. We had a party of 10 and called 30 minutes ahead to get on a list. We had to split up as 4 and six. All understandable and expected for that time of day. They have a broad menu of both breakfast and lunch. Reasonable prices and quantity was good. Our server was super friendly, but not good with checking back on refills. I was alone and went for some breakfast. First time for me at a Breakfast Station, but won't be the last. My server Becca was very nice and helpful which made the experience great. I hade an omelette with a side of sausage gravy and one biscuit, fried potatoes, coffee and a mimosa. The food was fantastic and Becca was on top of it. I never had to ask for anything. Great Job. Really not sure what to say... Just called to see if they offer gluten free options and the answer was 'no'. I'm not sure if she was the owner or if they value those with gluten allergies as my wife is. They will loose more than just the gluten free person as they usually are with others not allergic. I then said, well do you put flour in your eggs? Or in your potatoes and heard a 'no' reply. So, maybe this isn't our kind of restaurant as they really don't care to have our business. I'm sure that someone there could figure out what my wife could safely eat, but is it worth it when over the phone they basically say, don't bother coming......looks great for me though. I have dined in, ordered out, and eaten at different locations. I have always been satisfied with the staff, the speed of service and food. GREAT hamburger. However, this time we got delivery and ordered stuffed French toast. Which is 4 pices of bread stuffed with strawberries and cream cheese topped with whipped cream. Very delicious. Outstanding breakfast diner that I've visited at least a few times a year the past few years.. Very busy most days though weekdays can be a slower. Not open for dinner, but breakfast and lunch are both executed very well. It's not a fine dining establishment but it's clean food made well, well above the standard of most breakfast restaurants. This is not a fancy place but your typical old school diner eatery. It is located in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking. Upon entering, a server will seat you. Coffee is offered but it is basic with regular half and half creamers (tip for the bougie coffee peeps like me :) The menu has many options for the breakfast lovers and lunch seekers. The prices are great and the portions are big. I love the cinnamon swirl pancakes and their sausage links. Sooo good!! They have great cinnamon rolls, sausage gravy and biscuits too! My husband loves the captain crunch French toast. The service is fast and the food is always good. This is definitely a great breakfast spot but is good for lunch too! Service was great, ambiance was a breakfast cafe, but the biscuits and gravy were very good. No one should pass on good biscuits and gravy. And no a lot of places don't do good biscuits and good gravy. The biscuits were perfect, good made from scratch and not dry but not doughy. The gravy was spot on also, just the right consistency and good texture, with right amount of sausage. I have found a new favorite place for breakfast. It's a bit hard to find the place, but it's in the Aldi's shopping center in Leesburg, tucked away in the corner of the strip mall. First of all, a shout out to the staff who are always super friendly and efficient. Mo, Bride, Tina and Taylor are wonderful! The place has a "train" motiff with old pictures of Grand Central Station on the walls. But it is the food that is the star. Portions are generous and I think they have the best home fried potatoes in the area. With most entrees you can also choose dollar pancakes as a side at no extra cost. Unfortunately I got a onesy table right by the restrooms so people were whirling by me during my whole meal to use the dumper and well that gave me the skieevees especially when one guy came out the the dumper and asked a waitress for toilet paper! yuck!! Just had breakfast at Breakfast Station the other morning. We used to eat here regularly and mostly enjoyed it... but the last few times -- it's changed (and not good). We don't recognize anyone anymore... they must have completely flipped that wait staff. Noticed this 2-3 months ago. I ordered the Southern skillet with hash browns and no peppers (it comes with country potatoes and peppers). The first skillet had the wrong potatoes... the SECOND skillet had green peppers. My partner also had a skillet and his was prepared correctly. Sooo he's eating this entire time. Obviously we don't eat together. Service was "ok". Nothing spectacular. They did remove incorrect skills from the check which was very nice but the entire meal was fiasco. It's probably the last time we'll be dining here. My mother and I have been going here for a while now, and I decided it was time I do a review. The decor is fun. As you might have guessed by the name, they are very train oriented. Even some of the food options names are train oriented. The food is always good. Today my mom had the Denver omelette with home fries and toast. I had scrambled eggs with cheese, home fries, bacon and toast. Everything was really good. The omelette and my eggs were cooked perfectly. Some may say the home fries are over cooked, but I actually like mine on the crispier side. I have to say, their portions are huge. We both had some to take home with us. They are only open for breakfast and lunch. I hear lunch is pretty good too, so I will try that out next. So, with that, I recommend that if you are looking for a good breakfast place, Breakfast Station is definitely worth giving a try. read more

This place serves an average diner-style breakfast - but the kinda sloppy, messy type. It definitely has a strip mall vibe (it's located in a strip mall) meets diner full of regulars with interesting, and decent, service staff - but it's pretty hands-off service mostly. The food is all just ok, and it probably really matters what you get and what cook is there the day you go. My biggest complaint about the food is probably the inconsistency - and especially the potatoes and biscuits, which should be my favorite parts. Unfortunately, some of the warmish potatoes are mixed with cold ones. Biggest disappointment was an old biscuit reheated on the griddle to the point the bottom was burnt, soaked in random grease, and flat-out inedible. The top was pretty bland, so I didn't miss much. You should probably just avoid the biscuits altogether and opt for a better side. Overall the food comes off very cafeteria-ish - the kind where it's made well in advance and then slapped together in a few minutes when your eggs are ready. The prices are decent for the portion size and what a breakfast out costs you now. There can be a wait, but it seems to go fast. Everything is decent overall, and if you're in the area you'll get an OK, fairly quick breakfast or lunch. read more

Great little family place! My kids love the food because their breakfast is very kid friendly. But you can get breakfast all day. Staff is so friendly. One waitress make us laugh so much when we have her. Food is hot and cooked how we ask every time. Relatively affordable. The decor is all train related and my kiddos find a different train or something new every time. This last time they found their riddle board. Us as a family we're able to talk about it and solve it together. Makes for a great electronic free atmosphere. read more
