Although the bread's outer-layer has a nice crunch, the bread's inner-layer is quite dry and lacks any sponginess. I wouldn't dare say that eating a sandwich of theirs is akin to eating fillings & fix-ins between two crackers; however, it comes close. I am all for breadhead at this location. I've made some online orders while traveling to and from the hospital for the past 2 months and it's been a gift. I love Bread Head sandwiches, so I decided to try their breakfast menu. I got the smoked salmon sandwich with capers, the Cowboy burrito, & the vanilla iced coffee with oat milk. The smoked salmon sandwich was great - on the traditional Bread Head bread, so it was a great crunch on the exterior but soft on the inside. IMO, the format was better than a bagel exterior. What was really good in the sandwich was the radish sprouts. They gave a heftier crunch than a thinner sprout and helped balance out the smoked salmon. Next time, I might try with avo.
