Ggiata still is my favorite spot for Caesar wraps. This was my first time trying the Brentwood location as I have had the ones in Venice and the one on Melrose many times. The wrap here was good and still better than most wraps from other shops. However; I felt as if the wrap was a bit smaller with less chicken as it usually is and the tortilla was pretty cold/soft which is unlike the other locations. The dressing however is still amazing. The chicken was crispy and paired really well with the thin wrap and salad inside. Over time it does get a little dry though, so I'd recommend getting an extra sauce on the side. The portions are massive and one wrap is more than enough for one person. I'd actually suggest coming with a friend, ordering two different items, and splitting them so you can try more of the menu. I wanted to share feedback on our experience today. Everyone who works here was so kind and it was clear they were very busy. The restaurant has a very welcoming vibe but limited seating. We came in and ordered two sandwiches but it took over an hour to receive our order. I'm not sure how it happened but several people who ordered well after us received their food first. After waiting around I watched our ticket get pulled down and attached to a bag with my husband's sandwich and then it sat for about 20 minutes before my sandwich was finished. When we were finally handed our order I did appreciate that they let us know our order had been refunded. Unfortunately by the time we were able to eat the food it was cold and soggy. Honestly, much as I want to love it - and there's a lot to get excited about when you look at the menu - i'm just always disappointed with my meal. We've tried Ggiata twice and honestly wasn't super impressed both times - a bummer since they're super close by and would've loved to have a nice sandwich place to go to. Went for breakfast the first time and got the breakfast burrito and the BEC. By 10am, they were all out of hash browns (kind of confused how you run out of hash browns, which are on your breakfast menu, before noon) so the burrito didn't come with it. The burrito was neither great or bad - just good. The BEC was nothing special and the bagel was way over toasted. They also only has 2 other customers when we arrived (finishing up their food) but it took 25+ minutes for them to prepare our to-go order. Seemed like they were prioritizing UberEats orders over people in their store. We returned a couple weeks later for a sandwich, getting The Antonia, and again were not impressed. The sandwich was bland and had way too much lettuce. I'm not one for overly sauce-y sandwiches but this was just like eating lettuce, tomato, and turkey. Sadly will not be returning. read more
