The food here is DELICIOUS!!! We came here for breakfast three times while we were staying in Annapolis. It's inexpensive and everything we had was yummy. My husband got the burrito con carne with chicken every time we came. I got this healthy breakfast scramble the first time and then the biscuits and gravy the next 2 times. Went here a couple weeks ago on vacation and I am getting around to sharing my family's experience. First off, food was nothing special. But finding a hair in the meal of my picky daughter that was clearly not ours, color and texture doesn't fit any of us, was beyond when the owner barked at my husband and myself about said hair. It's hard enough finding places kids will eat, so adding to the hassle with the trauma caused by my child first finding the hair and then yelling at our table that it could not possibly have come from your staff is ludicrous. You must not have kids to know your behavior was completely inappropriate. Shame on you. My family and friends in Annapolis and Serverna Park know our story and needless to say, you lost a lot of business by being such a nasty person. Learn some customer service skills, Lady. We just went for a drive in Annapolis, pulled into the chart house parking lot, and took in the beautiful dockside view. Tables were set up outside, inviting us to sit for a while. Instead we noticed the restaurant, small and quaint. The staff was kind. Even the amenities were considerate and thoughtful (offering toilet paper was a great touch). No line inside because they'll bring the food out to your table. They also have a star program to encourage repeat business. The food was delicious. Today was my first time at Bread & Butter Kitchen. I will definitely go back. I am looking forward to trying their gluten free options. I went with a friend to celebrate her birthday. We each had salads. The sizes are perfect, you don't leave hungry but you are not stuffed. You have room if you want to have soup and a salad or a treat afterwards. The staff was friendly and helpful! There are disposable disinfectant cloths on each table so you can wipe the tables down. The staff does wipe them when people leave. read more

This was a great find and the customer service really did it for me. The location is on a smaller size we had a party of 6 and it was still comfortable and cozy. It is bright on the inside very clean and you are able to on look the dock as you eat. We got a couple of dishes I got the egg sandwich on wheat and I substitute the bacon for deli turkey (because I don't eat pork) and a side of Blueberry Yogurt. I normally eat my eggs over easy but I was so in galloped on the whole E that it slipped my mind to ask. The eggs where Scrambled with american cheese on wheat bread. I ate half the sandwich and was satisfied. The yogurt was a blueberry flavor. It was smooth and creamy not full of sugar- it was so good. We also got a chicken biscuit and when you think of a chicken biscuit you think of a small biscuit with a small peice of chicken well you have another thing coming, they don't serve this entree with a knife for no reason.. My oh my this sandwich was so well put together. This I would definitely go back for it had a sauce on it that at first thought it was grease but it's not. We also had the homemade chips and a side of French Fries. The food came out hot and ready Both dishes where a win. If I could give them more stars I would. Today I wanted to find a spot in Annapolis that was small, intimate and great views to sit and work on my book. Bread and Butter totally fit that bill. It's small in stature on the inside, but I am currently sitting outside overlooking the marina, putting final touches on my memoir. (Awesome use of space in the back!!!) It was a perfect choice for the atmosphere I was looking for. I came for breakfast based on reviews and of course after seeing the video on their website. I ordered the make your own omelette and a side of the cinnamon pancake. The omelette was plentiful but not overly stuffing. The pancake was like eating a cinnamon roll with syrup. I was instantly mad that there was only one pancake on the side order, wish I had more. I will definitely come back if for nothing more that those pancakes and the view. Follow your GPS because it is a little off the main road in the back of other businesses. Staff was very accommodating and professional. There was good parking as well. The service and view were a plus but what was even better were the precautions taken during this pandemic.
