It really engages the whole body and working one muscle group. For Reformer: bring grip socks or else you'll have to buy it from the studio. I also took a yoga class. You can grab 2 yoga mats to make it more cushioned. The class itself was ok, I'm new to yoga so some of the exercises were hard esp holding the position with your abs. For Yoga: don't need to bring anything . They provide yoga mats What kept bothering me was the amount of ants on the ground near where I was. It was super bothersome. I couldn't even concentrate on the class. Even though I killed some ants, there were still more crawling on my mat and around my area. I told the instructor who said she'll let the owner know. I hope the owner cleans the studio. Parking is around the building and free parking. The location of the entrance of the building is on the street side so you'll have to walk to the street side to enter the place.

The ambiance is peaceful and zen. I like that the lights are dim. It's a vibe. Rosalinda is also super nice! I encourage you to take one of the classes they offer. My favorite class is the reformer Pilates class. What are you waiting for? Health is wealth!

I haven't had a chance to take every class or meet all of the teachers because of my schedule and pregnancy limiting what I can do, but Rowan's gentle yoga is amazing, Stephanie's Restorative and Meditation and Sound Bath classes are a must, and the owner Tina's Meditation and Sound Bath classes are fantastic. Those are just some of my favs that fit my schedule and limitations. I've only heard positive reviews of the others from other members. They have a great selection of classes for all levels and will help give you modifications if you need (they've all been super wonderful at helping me navigate the positions I can't do carrying the baby). I've made so many friends in the classes who I look forward to seeing and talking to and really look forward to coming in. A wonderful place for community!!

It's beautiful, super clean, has a little reading / chill nook, the person at the front desk was sweet and helpful, and the instructor I had today was phenomenal! I was also very impressed by how kind and non-judgy the other people in my class were. My first experience with this studio exceeded expectations, and I'm looking forward to becoming a "regular."

The instructor was nice and upbeat. Gave MANY hands on corrections which was appreciated but a bit uncomfortable at times. I did not know she would be touching places such as my chest and butt. Usually in my yoga classes we are asked if we are comfortable being touched and given corrections. However that was not communicated at this studio and the hands on nature was immediate and a bit uncomfortable for someone who was not prepared for it. Especially in more private areas such as the butt. Class was great- very hard and may be tough for beginners. Overall I do not think I will return given the price and the atmosphere.

The lady at the front desk said she didn't know how to use the computer and just told me i could sign after the class , which I should've arrived earlier but I did book like 10 mins before (didn't know there was papers to sign). Okay, and then I'm taking off my shoes and she tells me if I have grip socks, I say no. The only reason I didn't have them was because on ClassPass it says please wear socks , grip socks RECCOMENDED. Okay so which one is it. Now I'm charged a fee for not going because I didn't want to buy their overpriced grip socks, I have enough at home. I can't even view their location anymore or else I would screenshot.

Since it was my first time at the studio, I came early. There was plenty of parking in the plaza. Upon entering, the studio had a lot of plants. They also had a great tea selection in front. I checked-in with my instructor Tina and she gave me a quick tour of the studio. We went to the aerial silks to pick one that was the height for me. I also recommend coming early so the instructor can adjust your silk to the height you need. Tina had an amazing south bath set up, more equipment than other studios I have been to. She has a peaceful and intuitive energy about her. I am familiar with silks so I didn't need directions to get in, but I heard her give really helpful instructions to the students who were first timers to aerial. When it was class time, we all got into the silks in a cocoon pose. Tina mentioned students usually like to be on their backs or their sides. I normally lay on my back but that intrigued me so I also tried laying on my side during class to experience the difference. The sound bath was so soothing, I emerged from my cocoon a beautiful relaxed butterfly. There were definitely students who dozed off and fell asleep passed the end of class. A great restorative class led by a great instructor. I would love to come back to this studio when my schedule permits for more classes with Tina. Until next time!
