I started coming here to train for a big summit hike and all I can say is I LOVE Trim and LOVE this location. The classes have made me fall in love again with moving my body and all the instructors are incredible. Every single one. I've brought my bf and my friends here and each instructor has done such a great job teaching them the ropes the first class and it very much feels like being a part of a community here. I drive from Costa Mesa to this location because I love it so much. It def is difficult learning all the transitions and moves the first few classes but you eventually learn and always have your peers & instructors to fall back on if you forget!

It really engages the whole body and working one muscle group. For Reformer: bring grip socks or else you'll have to buy it from the studio. I also took a yoga class. You can grab 2 yoga mats to make it more cushioned. The class itself was ok, I'm new to yoga so some of the exercises were hard esp holding the position with your abs. For Yoga: don't need to bring anything . They provide yoga mats What kept bothering me was the amount of ants on the ground near where I was. It was super bothersome. I couldn't even concentrate on the class. Even though I killed some ants, there were still more crawling on my mat and around my area. I told the instructor who said she'll let the owner know. I hope the owner cleans the studio. Parking is around the building and free parking. The location of the entrance of the building is on the street side so you'll have to walk to the street side to enter the place.

The structured, low-impact workouts have strengthened my body without aggravating old injuries, and I've noticed significant improvement in flexibility and core stability. As I go through menopause, Pilates has also helped me stay consistent with stretching and resistance training, which has made a huge difference in how I feel overall. Workout in a sauna…read more.. Ive done Hot yoga and a few 90°+ degrees HIIT workouts. I thought this would be a good high impact amazing workout. All workouts are in individual/family size saunas. But it's all virtual. Meaning no personal feedback. Coaches dont even know your name and all positive shout outs are embarrassingly generic. At the end of the day, I didnt get a workout, I just got Hot. However, I will say, if they were to add a cold plunge, this would be an amazing recovery gym.

And you'd never book as the third. This means that you can't actually get the work out you want cause it's booked by that one person a lot. After the class is done, I got a wipe to sanitize the machine. There is one restroom. No showers. There is a water dispenser. Lots of free parking in the center.

They have an area with five or six machines in the upstairs loft area. The machines are well maintained and clean. Mark gives a good thorough class. I believe they have several other classes available including weights and other full body circuit type training. Heck they even have a pole for pole dance classes. The best tip o can give is arrive a little early so that you can enjoy one of the full body massage chairs by the front entrance.

Good workout or not, the way customers are treated matters. I won't be coming back.
