I took a free first time class here last week. I usually frequent YogaSix but thought I'd try…read moresomething new. Everything in the studio just felt dingy and dirty. The instructor was nice and upbeat. Gave MANY hands on corrections which was appreciated but a bit uncomfortable at times. I did not know she would be touching places such as my chest and butt. Usually in my yoga classes we are asked if we are comfortable being touched and given corrections. However that was not communicated at this studio and the hands on nature was immediate and a bit uncomfortable for someone who was not prepared for it. Especially in more private areas such as the butt. Class was great- very hard and may be tough for beginners. Overall I do not think I will return given the price and the atmosphere.

The lady at the front desk said she didn't know how to use the computer and just told me i could sign after the class , which I should've arrived earlier but I did book like 10 mins before (didn't know there was papers to sign). Okay, and then I'm taking off my shoes and she tells me if I have grip socks, I say no. The only reason I didn't have them was because on ClassPass it says please wear socks , grip socks RECCOMENDED. Okay so which one is it. Now I'm charged a fee for not going because I didn't want to buy their overpriced grip socks, I have enough at home. I can't even view their location anymore or else I would screenshot.

I cannot recommend The Dungeon enough!!! I had never tried lagree before and thought it would be…read morejust another Pilates class. Boy was I wrong!!! Lagree is a whole different ballgame and challenges you like no other. If you want to shake like a leaf, lagree is the way to go. And especially at The Dungeon. Their staff has always been so friendly, their instructors top notch. There's been mentions of no mirrors being a bother - I personally LOVE it. It makes you concentrate on your muscles and focus on what you need to do instead of having to check mirrors. If your form is incorrect, that's what the instructors are there for. No looking in mirrors to see what others are doing or even causing you to be mis-balanced. You are concentrating on YOU! give The Dungeon a try. You won't regret it!

I'm extremely disappointed with how this was handled. You offer appointments through ClassPass, I…read morepurchased credits specifically to book this service, and I scheduled my day around the confirmed reservation. To then have my appointment canceled because priority is given to your direct members is both misleading and unprofessional. If appointments made through ClassPass are subject to being displaced by members, that should be clearly disclosed before customers purchase credits and book appointments. Otherwise, customers reasonably rely on those confirmed reservations when planning their schedules. Unfortunately, this experience has caused unnecessary disruption to my day, and I won't be returning. I hope you'll reconsider this policy or, at a minimum, make it transparent to future customers. I'll be reaching out to ClassPass to share my experience and ask them to review whether this business's booking practices are consistent with their partner expectations. I hope they take appropriate action based on their policies.

Just took an intro Pilates class here this morning with Aaliyah and loved it! If you're new to…read morereformer Pilates or want a class that's more focused on form and stretch, this is for you. They do fill up the entire class so the instructor isn't demonstrating how to do the moves, but she does walk around and correct form/help you transition. I appreciated this class was so much more focused on making sure you nail the basics because too many trendy studios try to "push" students do harder moves than their core is ready for. I already weight lift so I like Pilates to help me recover and practice good form (especially because I'm prone to not engage my core enough when I lift!). I'm sure their non beginner class is more challenging, but this was a perfect, restorative Saturday morning work out. I also liked the intro course because there were students from all age groups and no pretentious vibe that I've had at other studios where students judge if you're in aesthetic clothes or not (people ranged from cute fits to comfy gym clothes so you can totally do both here). Looking forward to coming back whenever I need a good recovery stretch and to perfect my core strength!

I like their Reformer classes that uses the machines like Pilates. It is difficult if you haven't…read moredone Pilates but the instructor tells how the correct form. It really engages the whole body and working one muscle group. For Reformer: bring grip socks or else you'll have to buy it from the studio. I also took a yoga class. You can grab 2 yoga mats to make it more cushioned. The class itself was ok, I'm new to yoga so some of the exercises were hard esp holding the position with your abs. For Yoga: don't need to bring anything . They provide yoga mats What kept bothering me was the amount of ants on the ground near where I was. It was super bothersome. I couldn't even concentrate on the class. Even though I killed some ants, there were still more crawling on my mat and around my area. I told the instructor who said she'll let the owner know. I hope the owner cleans the studio. Parking is around the building and free parking. The location of the entrance of the building is on the street side so you'll have to walk to the street side to enter the place.
