Pretty bummed that I moved out of Fullerton or else I'd still go here. It is new and kept clean. Not a lot of people come when I go too. Always nice to have an empty gym that's 24 hours. Easy to book sessions on their app. Kit is kind and helpful. Remember to clean after your sweaty selves. N Stay hydrated!

Our first workout.

Ivan helped us out and was great , me and my wife loved the place and workout , I do wish I got offered the yearly pay rate , but other than that , I recommend to workout there ! Plus they have a good vending machine.

I love this place! Body friendly! Great atmosphere! Fell in love with working out! I have always hated working out but not anymore!! Women of all shapes and diversities. The men here are friendly and not the typical "gym rats". Highly recommend

Love this gym! I'm addicted and love the staff and fun inviting atmosphere that it has :)

My favorite gym!! As an ex employee I can not only say that the ownership is amazing, but that they truly care about their members and the space. I love every HIIT and ISO session. Most of all I love the community of members that has been created. Everyone is so encouraging and awesome and I'm so happy to be a memeber here at HOTWORX Fullerton!

How much is membership or drop in classes?

They offer different types of memberships and packages. There are also instances where they run a franchise wide promotion and/or local promotion. The best way to find out pricing is to visit the location and get a studio tour.

Is this location open already? If I'm a member at the Chino Hills Location can I also go to the Fullerton one?

The environment is supportive, and the programming is perfect for people of all ages and fitness levels. The workouts push you to become a better version of yourself. If you're serious about reaching your fitness goals, I highly recommend checking out FIT Brea.

I'm so thankful I found FIT Brea! Over the past several years that I've lived in the area, I've…read morebeen a part of various gyms (both chain and boutique) nearby. Having now experienced FIT Brea, I'm definitely kicking myself for not trying this gym out sooner. I've only done their group fitness classes so far, which range from 8-12ish people in size, and I'm looking forward to trying out the personal training sessions when my schedule opens up! Here are a few ways that make FIT Brea a standout: COACHING: The coaches here are the whole package! 1. They all have stellar credentials, with many of them holding advance degrees and multiple certifications. In short, they know their stuff. 2. At the risk of sounding facetious, I just want to make the point that the FIT Brea coaches actually coach. It might sound like a no-brainer, but it hasn't always been my experience that coaches do much more beyond demo-ing the moves and saying "good job" or "keep going" every few minutes, especially in a group class setting. Here, the coaches constantly move throughout the room to offer individualized pointers on form, differentiated movements depending on individual strength and mobility, alternative movements for injuries, and encouragement and motivation to keep pushing so I can get better and better. 3. They are all super patient, encouraging, and welcoming! PROGRAMMING: The programming for the group classes are thoughtfully and methodically designed. From what I can tell so far, the workouts are structured in mesocycles with a progressive overload pattern. This is important because if we do the same thing over and over, our bodies will adapt and we will not make appreciable gains over time. With progressive overload, our bodies are constantly challenged so that we can keep increasing strength and improving hypertrophy. COMMUNITY: The FIT Brea community is so nice and helpful. I felt welcomed by the coaches and the other patrons from day one. Several people who recognized that I was new introduced themselves and helped me find and set up various equipment. Others even put my plates and dumbbells back during transitions. Just last week, the whole class broke out into spontaneous applause and cheer when I pushed out that last rep of bench press, haha! The mutually encouraging environment really underpins the whole vibe and experience here. It's a special thing. MANAGEMENT: One of the things that I didn't realize would make a difference in my overall gym experience is having direct access to management/owner. In my past gym experiences, the questions/concerns I had would typically have to go up a chain of command before I got a response. Since FIT Brea is owner-operated, the patrons can directly talk to Andrew, the owner, who is so nice and provides exceptional customer service. SPACE/EQUIPMEMENT: It's spacious, well-maintained, clean, and an overall pleasant environment to train in. CLASS OFFERINGS: I'm a busy mom who works full-time hours plus daily commute. I'm thankful that classes are offered as early as 5am and as late as 6:30pm so that I can get my training time in! If you are looking for a gym where you can optimize and maximize your fitness goals (whatever they are), look no further because FIT Brea is it! I'm a serial Yelp sleuther and almost never write reviews, but my experience thus far has so far exceeded my expectations that I felt compelled to share this gem of a place with others!

The gym is completely private and 100% of your trainer's attention is on you. Don't let Paul's serious picture fool you! We came up with a low carb diet regime and he had great tips to give. Without diet, your body will become more toned and lean. With diet, expect to lose weight in addition to becoming toned. If you're looking for a gym where players can get better, build confidence, and enjoy the process, NXTLVL is a great choice. I've appreciated each iteration but for certain the community has really been a wonderful, supportive, and amazing group of people that I have really only have positive sentiments about. Over time, as life would lead me around elsewhere, it seemed to grant me of an opportunity to revisit this gym. I was really amazed at the evolution of it, the facility seems a lot more modern, now there are opportunities to purchase different little beverages and apparel, and the programming seems great! Even looking at the programming it was very impressive, one rule of thumb i grew up with was to "consider the source" and if the owners are fit and that's what you want to do then maybe never hurts to check it out! Well... guess what, the owners are indeed fit. I love the fact that it is a local gym now owned by people I've known over time. As of right now, I am more of an occasional visitor and would be remiss if I did not recognize all of the hard work of the current ownership. I really like the programming, I love the color scheme, I love the options for visitors, and to be quite frank the pricing is very reasonable! So if you're in town and want to check them out maybe give them a try, they're right next to the train station I would say about a half mile away from the Fullerton Metrolink station, and although their parking lot is kind of small there is also street parking that is available. Overall it is a wonderful place to start exploring fitness and I am hopeful that your experience will be as positive as mine has been.
