After giving birth, my body changed so much but I wholeheartedly believe that with June's classes, I'll gain my self confidence again + pre pregnancy body back. The only reason for a 4 instead of 5 star is the location moved to Commonwealth and Pomona, and I'm not fond of the new location. Usually parking is not bad, but during the holidays, or when the bars have parties, parking can be a pain. Its located next to the bus and train depot, so I'm a little cautious about my surroundings. As for the yoga, Maria is great. She gently pushes me to increase my learning, and I'm learning its about stretching not about chanting. I'm getting better with each new week. I've never been to a studio where the instructor was late to their own class. I arrived 15 minutes early so I could get changed, but ended up changing in my car because the instructor never arrived. I left exactly 20 minutes after the class was supposed to start and the instructor still hasn't arrived. I understand that things can happen, but that's a total of 35 minutes of time wasted, not including travel time. On another visit, I brought a friend with me and there was a cockroach inside the studio. The instructor bravely picked it up and took care of it while trying not to disrupt the class too much which I appreciated, but honestly, it was still an unpleasant experience. I've had some good instructors here and there, but unfortunately, this latest experience was the last straw for me. I won't be returning and, based on my experiences, I wouldn't recommend this studio.

When I called regarding a billing issue, Shawn welcomed me warmly and immediately made me feel recognized and valued as a member. He listened carefully and assured me that my concerns would be directed to the appropriate person so the matter could be properly addressed. Prisma, the supervisor, then took the time to thoroughly understand what had happened. She investigated the issue, explored every possible remedy within the scope of her role, and made sure my concerns were not dismissed or passed over. Her professionalism, patience, and willingness to help were truly appreciated. Margarita, the assistant general manager, reviewed the situation in full, identified the error, and took complete accountability on behalf of the company. What impressed me most was that she did not simply blame a system or make excuses. She recognized that the team represents the company and treated the issue with the seriousness and ownership it deserved. She also went a step further by making sure the financial discrepancy was addressed and that I was appropriately compensated for the inconvenience. When I came into the gym, the team carefully removed the outdated payment information, cleared the billing setup, and helped me establish everything correctly from the beginning to reduce the possibility of this happening again. Kevin continued that same level of service. He was gracious, apologetic, attentive, and reassuring. He made it clear that the team would continue taking care of me moving forward. Mistakes can happen in any business. What reveals the quality of an organization is how its people respond when something goes wrong. This team listened, investigated, accepted responsibility, corrected the issue, and treated me with kindness and respect throughout the entire process. The entire Fullerton Chuze Fitness team consistently creates a welcoming and high-performing environment. As someone who has experienced premium fitness clubs where memberships can cost hundreds of dollars, I can honestly say that Chuze has raised the bar for what an affordable fitness center can offer. The quality of the facility, the culture, the cleanliness and especially the customer service demonstrate that an exceptional experience does not have to come with an excessive price. I am extremely appreciative that my concern was not merely acknowledged, but genuinely heard, taken seriously, and fully addressed. I would confidently recommend the Fullerton Chuze Fitness location to everyone I know. Thank you again to Shawn, Prisma, Margarita, Kevin, and the entire team for your accountability, professionalism, empathy, and outstanding service.
