Workout in a sauna…read more.. Ive done Hot yoga and a few 90°+ degrees HIIT workouts. I thought this would be a good high impact amazing workout. All workouts are in individual/family size saunas. But it's all virtual. Meaning no personal feedback. Coaches dont even know your name and all positive shout outs are embarrassingly generic. At the end of the day, I didnt get a workout, I just got Hot. However, I will say, if they were to add a cold plunge, this would be an amazing recovery gym.

Also, because the saunas are so small, if you see that someone has booked the room, you don't want to be that second person who filled out that tiny space with someone you don't know. And you'd never book as the third. This means that you can't actually get the work out you want cause it's booked by that one person a lot. I give it a two stars cause they do try but their tech is broken and the concept doesn't fully work. We canceled our contract early and we regret ever signing up.

The only reason for a 4 instead of 5 star is the location moved to Commonwealth and Pomona, and I'm not fond of the new location. Usually parking is not bad, but during the holidays, or when the bars have parties, parking can be a pain. Its located next to the bus and train depot, so I'm a little cautious about my surroundings. As for the yoga, Maria is great. She gently pushes me to increase my learning, and I'm learning its about stretching not about chanting. I'm getting better with each new week. They provide mats and props if you don't have your own, and the students are friendly, willing to lend a hand during class.

He listened carefully and assured me that my concerns would be directed to the appropriate person so the matter could be properly addressed. Prisma, the supervisor, then took the time to thoroughly understand what had happened. She investigated the issue, explored every possible remedy within the scope of her role, and made sure my concerns were not dismissed or passed over. Her professionalism, patience, and willingness to help were truly appreciated. Margarita, the assistant general manager, reviewed the situation in full, identified the error, and took complete accountability on behalf of the company. What impressed me most was that she did not simply blame a system or make excuses. She recognized that the team represents the company and treated the issue with the seriousness and ownership it deserved. She also went a step further by making sure the financial discrepancy was addressed and that I was appropriately compensated for the inconvenience. When I came into the gym, the team carefully removed the outdated payment information, cleared the billing setup, and helped me establish everything correctly from the beginning to reduce the possibility of this happening again. Kevin continued that same level of service. He was gracious, apologetic, attentive, and reassuring. He made it clear that the team would continue taking care of me moving forward. Mistakes can happen in any business. What reveals the quality of an organization is how its people respond when something goes wrong.
