It's a lot harder to find one that is not only willing to help you work through injuries and limitations but also has the tools, knowledge and experience to do it successfully. Annette is that trainer. I've known Annette for years but only went to her for help a few months ago. Doctors told me I need two new knees and a new shoulder. I also have an aneurysm so no heavy lifting. Plus a few other old injuries and medical issues. It (I) was a big challenge but Annette took it (me) on without a second thought. It's been a few months and the knee doc basically told me to go away and call him if I ever have knee pain again. The cardio doc said the aneurysm is shrinking and the pain and stiffness in my shoulder are greatly reduced. I feel better. I'm walking farther, lifting more, have better balance and endurance. Oh yeah, I also lost a few pounds. So yeah, Annette has helped me a LOT.
