I calmly explained the situation, but they still charged me a $15 late fee and showed zero flexibility or understanding. For a high-priced class, I expected at least a little human decency and customer care. Instead, it felt rigid and honestly like a straight money grab. Good workout or not, the way customers are treated matters. I won't be coming back.

They are all great at explaining each exercise clearly and working with you on your form if you need to make corrections. Each of these instructors have challenged me and made me feel welcome at the studio. I also liked that the studio owners weren't too pushy when trying to sell their memberships as I've been to other studios that were way too aggressive. One con about this location is that the parking lot is pretty small and you may not always get parking directly in front of the studio however, there is nearby street parking. The studio itself is really nice and clean. Although it is on the small side, it doesn't feel cramped. There are cubicles for your belongings and water. I came on a weekend morning and the lot was already pretty full so I can imagine that parking will be harder to find during the evenings. I would definitely come back again.

The classes have made me fall in love again with moving my body and all the instructors are incredible. Every single one. I've brought my bf and my friends here and each instructor has done such a great job teaching them the ropes the first class and it very much feels like being a part of a community here. I drive from Costa Mesa to this location because I love it so much. Workout in a sauna…read more.. Ive done Hot yoga and a few 90°+ degrees HIIT workouts. I thought this would be a good high impact amazing workout. All workouts are in individual/family size saunas. But it's all virtual. Meaning no personal feedback. Coaches dont even know your name and all positive shout outs are embarrassingly generic. At the end of the day, I didnt get a workout, I just got Hot. However, I will say, if they were to add a cold plunge, this would be an amazing recovery gym.

At first look, this place appears like it can really help with fitness. It's high tech and every…read morework out is in a sauna. But after they get you in a contract, you learn that the app doesn't actually work with your Fitbit or Apple Watch. It doesn't actually keep track of all your calories burned. Also, because the saunas are so small, if you see that someone has booked the room, you don't want to be that second person who filled out that tiny space with someone you don't know. And you'd never book as the third. This means that you can't actually get the work out you want cause it's booked by that one person a lot. I give it a two stars cause they do try but their tech is broken and the concept doesn't fully work. We canceled our contract early and we regret ever signing up.
