I first tried Neaumix Fit in Orange using the first time member offer. I really liked my first reformer class here. Afterwards, I was contacted about a $99 intro they were currently offering for 2 weeks of unlimited classes. There are many instructors here and I've taken classes with Miranda, Mia, Ashlyn, Gaby, and Camryn. All of the instructors have been excellent especially with newbies. They are all great at explaining each exercise clearly and working with you on your form if you need to make corrections. Each of these instructors have challenged me and made me feel welcome at the studio. I also liked that the studio owners weren't too pushy when trying to sell their memberships as I've been to other studios that were way too aggressive. One con about this location is that the parking lot is pretty small and you may not always get parking directly in front of the studio however, there is nearby street parking. I recently tried a class at Neaumix Fit and overall had a great experience! Heads up if you're new like me...bring your own grip socks, or budget for the $20 pair they sell in-house if you forget (like I did). The instructor was warm and welcoming, and clearly knowledgeable, she walked us through a variety of moves that gave my body a solid, calming workout. I really enjoyed the flow of the class. My one hesitation: as someone still learning Pilates, I could've used more individual direction and correction. I got through the class mostly by following the experienced women in front of me, which worked out, but I left wishing I understood the terminology and proper form a bit better. I think I'll build up my basics elsewhere before coming back, so I can get more out of the experience next time. I am trying out different Pilates locations around north OC and I just had my first reformer class with Zhynah. I am still very much a beginner at Pilates but the class flowed well and her cueing was good. She explained the exercises in detail and gave options for modifications which I appreciated. The studio itself is really nice and clean. Although it is on the small side, it doesn't feel cramped. There are cubicles for your belongings and water. I came on a weekend morning and the lot was already pretty full so I can imagine that parking will be harder to find during the evenings. I would definitely come back again. read more

Today was my first Pilates class with Coach McKenzie, and from the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a big smile and made me feel genuinely welcome. The studio is the perfect size, intimate enough that the instructor can give individual attention to each client whenever help or guidance is needed. The overall environment is incredibly calming and relaxing, which immediately sets the tone for the session. As a strongman lifter, this was a completely different experience for me. Using the Pilates machines and equipment challenged joints and muscles that I don't typically engage during heavy lifting. The focus on controlled movement and breathing was challenging at first, as it's the complete opposite of how I usually train. As Coach McKenzie emphasized, the goal is to connect the mind with the body truly, and that concept really stood out to me throughout the class. One of my favorite parts was the Christmas ornament DIY activity. It was a thoughtful touch that brought everyone together and created a strong sense of community. Great workouts if you've done reformer Pilates before! I love trying different studios and this one had me trying unique workouts I haven't done before. They were challenging but doable. I found some of them a little too time consuming to set up and confusing at first. It wasn't my first time doing reformer Pilates but I can see people brand new to the reformer having a harder time. One of the girls in my class had never taken Pilates before and she needed a lot more assistance and time to set up. I feel like that takes away from the workout because it is a timed class. I attend 3 other studios (2 of which are other Neaumix franchises) by my work in Irvine; however, I wanted a studio by my home as well. After trying several studios in Orange, including Studio X nearby, I can say Neaumix is the best of them. I love the location being so close to the Circle, and while the lot is small, I've never had an issue finding a spot (I normally go to the 8:30 am, 9:30 am, or 4:30 pm classes). Mariana is my favorite instructor by far, but she only subs in this location. I've tried a few instructors that I've liked, like Jenn and Miranda (both are easy to follow and deliver a killer workout), but I'm still trying other instructors to determine whose classes I like best. Looking forward to taking a class with Camryn when our schedules align, as she was highly recommended by two other girls I met in class recently. It appears they wait toward 20th of each month to drop their class schedule for the next 30 days, which is both good and bad. It's good when they first drop the classes as you can book 30 days out, but as you get closer to the middle of the month, you're not able to book more than a week in advance. It would be nice if it were on a 30-days rolling window like the other Neaumix studios I attend in Irvine. I also prefer the slightly smaller class size at the Irvine studios (9 vs the 11 here), as it allows the instructor to be more attentive to each individual. Owner was very friendly, helpful, and informative on the single occasion where I had some trouble applying my passes. This review is for Ronit! I'm a mom of 3 so every second alone needs to be worth it lol! I've been here before with a different instructor and decided not to go back. Didn't break a sweat! Felt unaccomplished. One day, everywhere else did not have the time I wanted. I decided to give Neaumix Orange another go. This time it was with Ronit! First time, amazing! Went again second time AMAZING! Third time, AMAZING! She challenged me to keep going even when I wanted to stop. I always get that sense of accomplishment and the sense the I kicked-butt after! lol. Ronit is so great I went ahead and dove into the unlimited membership! For me, if I don't feel like giving up mid-session, it's not worth it. Lol If you want a good workout and those "spicy" feels. i am still new to pilates, so i was hoping the instructor would be more hands-on with correcting my form. it was also my boyfriend's first pilates class so i wish the instructor explained the reformers to him or corrected his form to help him in the future. usually the instructors ask about injuries, but this one didn't. i liked that she demonstrated some of the exercises on the reformers! parking was also a hassle since the lot is small. we had to make laps around the neighborhood multiple times. the closest neighborhood requires parking permits. i'd recommend going a little early in case there's no parking. i think we went at a bad time because after class ended, more spaces opened up. overall, im glad i got to experience a class at neaumix with the free intro class offer and will definitely give them another shot in the future. read more

I've been coming to this studio for almost a month and discovered them through Classpass. The studio is very cute and clean. As others have said, the parking lot is pretty small. This wasn't a deal breaker for me, but just make sure you give yourself time to find parking. I took my first class with Miranda and she was great. I've never been one to exercise regularly so I was nervous and intimidated, but Miranda was very kind and encouraging which kept me motivated to keep working out. I had a total mom brain moment tonight. I thought I booked the 6:30p class with my friends but I arrived late after an evening nap (newborn exhaustion is real) only to find the class that I thought I booked was fully booked LOL my bad, must've got caught doing something else and thought I finished booking. Anyways Miranda was so gracious in letting me know that the class was full even though I was so embarrassed. Since I was already there, I decided to sign up for the 7:30p class' wait list (which was also full) to see if there were any last minute no shows. After laughing at my mistake with my friends after their class, and tentatively waiting by the cubbies for the first five minutes, Miranda came over and let me know that I was in luck with the very last spot open! I was so relieved and ended up having the best workout I've ever had at this studio! First off, the playlist was fire - good mix of the stuff I grew up with lol some JLo, some Beyonce, some Ludacris, some Nicki Minaj (you try working out to Super Bass and not rapping every word), honestly felt like every song was a banger so much so that class flew by and I hardly noticed! I also made a new BFF tonight bc I fell off my reformer briefly (postpartum hips be too damn loosey goosey hahah) and the girl next to me was so sweet and helped me up! We really hit it off talking about what a playlist this was lol The workout itself was challenging as well which I love! I lived in Portland, OR briefly and one of the things that I hated about most studios up there were that you could pretty much count on having the same pilates class over and over. I get so bored of the same routine everytime, but here every instructor does something different and everyday the class flow is different depending on who you get, sometimes other people sub as well. My fav so far have been Miranda on Mondays, Jenn (I had her in the HB location but she's always so early at this location I haven't been able to book), and Mia on Sundays. Bonus that the owner, Ana, sells the cutest pilates socks in the front for $20 each and members get 10% off! There is also a kids dance studio next door so I forsee in the future, dropping my kiddo off for her class and mama going to pilates PS one advice is to arrive 10 min early so you can get a parking space otherwise you might have to park on the street or the adjacent parking lot and then spend the whole class worried about being towed, just my two cents read more

Updating and adding on: Took my second class with Mariana and for the love of god, I STRUGGLED getting off the reformer. This class was the only class where I felt the least sweatiest but also felt the most pain in. For the love of all strengths, I thought I was going to die. First class is free & is any class of your choosing (not like club Pilates where it's only for new clients and abbreviated/basically no work out). I've rotated through 4ish instructors and they all have been fantastic. Each workout has been different, which I appreciate a lot. I can't praise Neaumix Fit Orange enough, especially Jenn Dike! As a beginner, I always feel in control during her classes. Jenn's unmatched cues, coaching, and encouragement make all the difference. She does an incredible job explaining positioning, movements, modifications, and how I should be feeling to ensure I'm doing each movement correctly (if you know, you know!) I love this location! It is in a good distance to everything and I can proudly say I have tried 10 different instructors, and they are all great!! My favorites are Ronit & Michelle Kummer. I can not praise them enough! They are both so welcoming, willing and wanting to correct form, and I always have a good time and the BEST burn in their classes!! I can not forget to add I really enjoy Jen's classes too as she touches base on full body work outs and feeling the burn too. I used to be a gym girlie but never knew if I had good form for the basics, until coming here.
