I joined the free orientation class that Live Metta provided and came out paying for a 2 week class pass. I like that there are different levels for each class depending on what you want to focus on. Since I'm still beginner I tried out several reformer foundations classes which I thoroughly enjoyed. Each instructor is different so I was able to try out different ones to see who I liked more. I like that the app is easy to use and that you can pick a reformer assigned to you. I do recommend signing up for classes ahead of time because they do book very quickly. I've been coming here for two months (after quitting my last studio after 9 months due to not liking how things were being run there) on an average of 4x/week so I can undoubtedly say that I love this studio, the instructors and the classes. Mind-body connection and form is very important here and all the instructors do a great job at observing your alignment and ensuring that you are doing the moves correctly which I very much appreciate. My idea of the perfect exercise is staring at a blank wall while nursing a beer but, since being delusional is not ideally healthy according to everyone, taking these Pilates classes comes in at a close second to perfection. I appreciate that there are no free first class, no Groupon deals, etc. because if you are serious about taking Pilates to strengthen your core and improving your flexibility then you'll need to invest in the workout. This studio does offer a starter package of 4 classes for $49 which is a great deal if you want to take it for a test drive. The bf even approves since he is now taking these classes with me on the weekend to supplement his weight training workouts during the weekdays. The workout is good for everyone since the instructors will adjust the resistance based on your ability. read more

Without hesitation, my experience in this studio has been the best.
