Took my first class here today (first ever Pilates done in a studio setting) and had the best experience! The employees and teacher were so nice and helpful, the space is super clean and peaceful, and the class was taught with lots of options and catered to all levels, which is my favorite. I'm definitely coming back asap.

I have a current membership to another Supersport club down the road, that I'm not even using; but I'm a regular at this gym. Here's why; The gym is very clean and well organized. There are spray bottles of cleaning solution and towels. People constantly wipe down the equipment as they use it. No piles of sweat left on the bench from the last patron!!! There are enough machines and equipment to have a complete workout. The wait time to get on some equipment is fairly minimal. I love to work hard with minimal rest time between sets. Get in, then get out. You can actually come in and work out at all hours, 24x7! It's almost like having your own gym. The people are warm, friendly and fun. Kim, the owner is very attentive and caring. She does a wonderful job maintaining the premises. She is also a fitness trainer and does an excellent job motivating her clients of all ages, to be their best selves. If you are interested in a great "no frills" gym where you can get into great shape, check out Fitness Of America. He's incredibly attentive during our sessions, correcting my form and pushing my goals each week. I'm a competitive person, and I thrive off challenges and raising the bar. I feel super comfortable with Braedon, knowing he will challenge me in a safe and supportive way. My goals with TWD have been to gain weight and gain muscle, and for the first time in my life I actually see and feel the results of my hard work. One of the many perks of working with a trainer is having someone to hold you accountable and help guide you with both the workouts and the nutrition. I've struggled with my own fitness journey throughout my life mostly because I travel so much for work, and I don't have a consistent schedule. Braedon works with me and my hectic schedule regardless if I'm home or on the road. If you're considering getting a personal trainer, I cannot recommend Train With Dave enough. The combination of in-person accountability, tracking my workouts and food in the app, and Dom's constant encouragement (yes, even texting me on weekends to remind me to stay on track!) has made all the difference. In about 5 months, I've lost 20 pounds and gained back muscle I'd been missing for years. As I get closer to 40, it was really important for me to rebuild strength for long-term health -- and Dom has helped me do exactly that. The 6 AM sessions are perfect for my schedule, and having others there training alongside me keeps me motivated. If you need structure, accountability, and results, this is the place to go.

I tried doing it alone, but I quickly realized that I had no clue what I was doing both at the gym and with my diet. I needed someone to help teach me what to do. I found Coach Nate on Yelp, read through his reviews, and decided to give it a try. I am so happy I did! Nate does an awesome job of teaching you how to do an exercise no matter what your starting point is. He's very patient, constantly checking in with you and asking you questions to make sure you feel comfortable with what you're doing. He pushes you to your limit, but makes sure you have all the support you need to get past it. By the end of my 3 months, I felt comfortable and confident enough to do the workouts on my own. I knew what I was doing, I knew how to correct my form, and I knew just how much I could push myself without losing my form. Nate also helped me create a meal plan that worked with my lifestyle and met my protein goals. I remember at one point I felt like I was not making any progress until Nate started asking me questions about my diet and cooking. We both quickly realized my mistake (using way too much oil when cooking), we fixed it, and we very quickly starting seeing results again! I was able to lose 5% body fat and gain about 7 lbs of muscle within 3 months of working with Nate. I don't think I'd ever be able to accomplish that if it wasn't for his mentoring and constant support! I highly recommend you work with him, you won't be disappointed! From the first time I walked in to get more information from Francis, everything was straightforward, honest, and no-nonsense. It's a solid space to work out without pressure. The recent expansion has added another level of real functionality and appeal, making the space even better. You get high-quality equipment, a clean and well-designed space, and great coaching without paying for hype or trends. It feels like a smart investment if you're serious about training. The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and non-judgmental--people of all levels are there to work out, and it's easy to feel comfortable whether you're new or experienced. It never feels chaotic or overcrowded, which makes a huge difference. The biggest reason this place stands out is the ownership. Francis and Justin are genuinely good guys. They are friendly, approachable, and actually care about the people who train here. You can tell they've built Axiom with intention and pride, and it shows in the atmosphere and the community.
