We started with a stretch class, where I learned I wasn't very limber, but she still knew how to work with my body and make sure I was still getting the most out of the class. I then took a Pilates class where we got on the machine, and though it was intimidating, Amanda always made sure I was able to keep up and use the machine in the correct way to not hurt myself. The classes have made me fall in love again with moving my body and all the instructors are incredible. Every single one. It makes you concentrate on your muscles and focus on what you need to do instead of having to check mirrors. If your form is incorrect, that's what the instructors are there for. I calmly explained the situation, but they still charged me a $15 late fee and showed zero flexibility or understanding. For a high-priced class, I expected at least a little human decency and customer care. Instead, it felt rigid and honestly like a straight money grab. Good workout or not, the way customers are treated matters. I won't be coming back.

For Yoga: don't need to bring anything . They provide yoga mats What kept bothering me was the amount of ants on the ground near where I was. It was super bothersome. I couldn't even concentrate on the class. Even though I killed some ants, there were still more crawling on my mat and around my area. I told the instructor who said she'll let the owner know. I hope the owner cleans the studio. Parking is around the building and free parking. The location of the entrance of the building is on the street side so you'll have to walk to the street side to enter the place.

The best part is I don't feel like the workout is one size fits all. She's extremely tuned in to meeting me where I'm at and will adjust the sessions as needed.
