To then have my appointment canceled because priority is given to your direct members is both misleading and unprofessional. If appointments made through ClassPass are subject to being displaced by members, that should be clearly disclosed before customers purchase credits and book appointments. Otherwise, customers reasonably rely on those confirmed reservations when planning their schedules. Unfortunately, this experience has caused unnecessary disruption to my day, and I won't be returning. I hope you'll reconsider this policy or, at a minimum, make it transparent to future customers. I'll be reaching out to ClassPass to share my experience and ask them to review whether this business's booking practices are consistent with their partner expectations. I hope they take appropriate action based on their policies.

I have only done lagaree once before and it was Years ago with YELP so safe to say I am a newbie and clueless in form. Lauren was nice enough but it was a standard class so I felt I had to ask a lot of questions and get clarification. I did ask her after why there are no beginner or intro classes as it would definitely be more beneficial for attendees and instructors. Oh well, not an option. I did like it enough so bought 3 classes for $65. Did not authorize any other charges and had no idea they kept my card on file. I booked a class and life happened and I couldn't show. I just thought, oh lost the class, oh well, but nope got charged a $20 no show fee as well. The only thing that was explained at purchase was the classes would expire in 30 days no otherwise information about no show or late fee. Anyways never attended the 3 classes I bought either, wamp wamp.

Bomi did a good job listening to my concerns and helped me working on specific areas I was having issues with. I felt very comfortable with her. I noticed that a lot of the clients are Korean and even saw a classes led by a Korean speaking instructor. The space is clean and there are locker cubicles and a clean bathroom inside the space. I would definitely come here again if I feel like splurging on private lessons again.

There are many instructors here and I've taken classes with Miranda, Mia, Ashlyn, Gaby, and Camryn. All of the instructors have been excellent especially with newbies. They are all great at explaining each exercise clearly and working with you on your form if you need to make corrections. Each of these instructors have challenged me and made me feel welcome at the studio. I also liked that the studio owners weren't too pushy when trying to sell their memberships as I've been to other studios that were way too aggressive. One con about this location is that the parking lot is pretty small and you may not always get parking directly in front of the studio however, there is nearby street parking. The studio itself is really nice and clean. Although it is on the small side, it doesn't feel cramped. There are cubicles for your belongings and water. I came on a weekend morning and the lot was already pretty full so I can imagine that parking will be harder to find during the evenings. I would definitely come back again.

I started coming here to train for a big summit hike and all I can say is I LOVE Trim and LOVE this location. The classes have made me fall in love again with moving my body and all the instructors are incredible. Every single one. I've brought my bf and my friends here and each instructor has done such a great job teaching them the ropes the first class and it very much feels like being a part of a community here. I drive from Costa Mesa to this location because I love it so much. I was in a car accident a few years ago, and my lower back has not been the same since then. So it's to my surprise that given only two classes with a friend of mine so far I already feel stronger and more mindful of how I breathe and move my body! Sophie has a real passion for pilates. She is very attentive and patient and modifies as needed according to the client. Note that this is not your modern-day pilates!
