First and foremost, I am very happy and pleased I can pick up certain medication from here rather then wait for it to get shipped. My dogs' vet office communicated my dog's antibiotic would be ready for pickup same day but to call Brava first. I called and was displeased with someone who told me they have certain pick-up times and that it was too late for same day pick-ups, in addition the medication needed to be processed and also they had to figure out the cost of it, which minutes later she found out and charged me for it. Due to her telling me I could not pick up the antibiotic because their pick-up times was over (after 1 PM) I made plans to take my niece to her soccer practice. While at practice at 5 PM a man from Brava calls and informs me the medication is ready for pick-up. They close at 6 PM, there was no possible way I could have made it in time from Berkeley to Novato, at the peak of traffic on a Wednesday. I probably wouldn't have cared as much for a random medication but an antibiotic, in my opinion, is a stat. read more

Brava (now Wedgewood) Novato CA mailed me an eye drop prescription for my dog that had less than 30 days on the expiration date for a batch that should last over two months. The batch was compounded 2/26/24. Expiration date 8/24/24. Sold and ship date 7/25. I opened the box on 8/4 because I still had drops left from my last order. When I called the Brava (Wedgewood) customer service agent in Novato CA, she said "the medicine will last longer than the expiration date so don't worry". I advised that is not acceptable and she would not provide me with any contacts at the office email or phone and advised they don't have phones at the lab. I asked her for her full name, and she hung up on me. When I called back, her supervisor said we'll give you 15% off your next order. I said how about a new batch that is not expiring in less than 30 days, she said "sorry, but our policy is 15% discount on next order". What a joke! read more

I'm a client in 2 ways. I use them for my own pet's compounded medications and also for my clients at the vet hospital I work at. Their prices are comparable, if not better, than most compounding pharmacies. Turn around time is great! I ordered on Wednesday and got my delivery by standard USPS mail Friday (no shipping cost!). Wow, I am very shocked to see the negative reviews for GGVC. I have had nothing but positive experiences with them over the past four years. In my experience they answer their phones very quickly, leave detailed phone messages, and have also been super helpful. I am in Berkeley and I have driven to Novato twice to pick up meds that I needed ASAP. GGVC has always worked with me to expedite the order whenever it is possible. Of course, this is not always something that can be done because of staffing, supply chain, and alot of orders, but they have always been polite and willing to help me whenever possible. My cat is super picky and I have had many things compounded by GGVC and appreciated them sending me a sample (free of charge and no shipping) of the different flavor chews they can compound. My experience has been that it takes about a week to get my meds after my doctor has called in the rx. Usually they can fill in 2-4 days and then ship out and the meds are delivered in 1-2 days. I am leaving a review because I had to search online for their contact number and I saw the low Yelp reviews on the search results and needed to add my experience to the page since it is so wildly different than the most recent reviews. I would also suggest you check out the reviews on the "other" search engine site - they are much higher and much more accurate, imo. read more

I have been a loyal customer but NO MORE. Ever since this company was sold their downward spiral has been a quick descent into the worst customer service and greedy representatives that act more like used car salesmen than a pharmacy in a medical setting. If a company refuses to give the name of their CEO or Regional Manager - beware! I see more than a few reviews expressing faux shock to read the negative reviews - no doubt planted by this unethical company. Brava sent medication in a particular size bottle and misprint the quantity - no accident here. When you call them up and provide the proof - all they can do is devise every single creative way to avoid responsibility, even lie, to steal from their customers. There are so MANY compounding pharmacies out there - Professional Village, Sacramento, is fantastic and --- all pharmacies ship FedEx and UPS. With a very sick dog, I have been very thankful that the people who work here seem to genuinely care about getting me the medication my dog needs!! They answer the phones quickly. They either have an answer for me when I call or they call me back! (Usually people who are supposed to call you back never do) They call when my dogs prescription is ready which is always on time. STAY AWAY!!!! If the CEO doesn't even show their email address for you to contact them, they are not the right company and they are not focused on customers! I used to use them and they were great.They are very expensive and you can find much cheaper prices at mixlab.com. The one thing that you will despire with them is that they are super slooooow! They need 48 hours to hear back from a faxed prescription refill to even call the doctor. Their staff is super lazy and refuse to call the vet and ask you to do this. I placed a $300 order with them and they refuse to expedite by calling the doctor?? They don't realize that they are the business and this is THEIR JOB!!!! Also, they then need 7 business days just to fulfill an order and then you have to wait 3-5 more days to get it. So be prepared to wait WEEKS just to get your medication refill. They don't realize that in the business of medication, people need meds for their pets immeidately and don't have weeks to wait around. And some meds we have are only good for a month or two so we can't always be re-ordering weeks ahead of time. We can't wait around and then if you need a rush they charge a very expensive RUSH FEE. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this company! Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service. I have spent at least $5-$10k with them on medication for my pups and they don't appreciate the business that is being sent to them. Worked with Golden Gate (now Brava) for 8 years for multiple pets and have nothing but excellent experiences. Was worried when they changed their name, but customer service has become even better ! They called promptly with questions, friendly customer service and very fast shipping (even if not paid for expedited shipping). Having my cats medications compounded makes the entire otherwise stressful task to give meds actually a joyful event as they are getting their 'special treats'. Thankful for having this option. Wish I got the lady who answered my phone call's name but let it be known she was very patient and kind. She was golden. She understood my concerns, she made sure to check on it as well. On Tuesday, March 9 around 11:20AM was we had talked about the medication for my dog, Remy. I hope to engage with her again one day. Thanks for your greatness! As for the medication itself, I give her one dose a day and the tumor has gotten smaller. The meds are working & it's a blessing! Con: I called in Wednesday for a refill. The person who answered it, got it down & I thought processed it. Saturday, I looked at my account online and nothing had gone through. I finally placed on online order and they're processing it right now. I think that placing an online order is a better alternative to placing a refill through the phone. Also, having updates (emails) with the whole process on when it is being shipped would be a great idea to knowing when/where our medication is. Over the years, with 5 cats, we've had to get special medical treats and such from here. So, we are in their system. One of our cats has been very sick. We called in to them for transdermal meds and gave them our new vet's contact information. We moved recently but have maintained the same phone numbers. I waited a few days and no med delivery. The week before they had shipped meds for a different cat using a credit card on file. They had the financial info and our new address. When I called about the transdermal meds they told me they called back to confirm but didn't hear back from us. We had no phone messages. They had the wrong phone number apparently supplied by the new vet. Yet, we were in their system. I was so disheartened because our cat Chloe has been very sick. They would not deliver the meds in a timely manner and charged me $22.50 for delivery when it was clearly their error. They don't really care about sick animals nor do they understand the concept of "customer service." It's shameful. read more

I had a great experience, in an otherwise unfortunate event (sick pet). They were beyond accommodating and provided great service and price value. The product was a liquid medication that they flavored to make it palatable. The medication came in a bottle that had a self-sealing mechanism to accept the oral syringe for dosing, making for no-mess usage and spill prevention. The medication came with a well marked oral syringe and clear instructions for use with the container. I was provided the option to receive the prescription and syringe via delivery (US Mail, FedEx, UPS I think). They also facilitate pick-up at their location and followed COVID protocols during pickup. Regarding cost value, I received a full months supply that cost half the price that I paid my vet for a 5-day supply!!! Their pick-up location is easy enough to get to off 101, however they are in a business park that is not at all well addressed or signed, and it took me a bit to find them. I expressed my difficulty finding them and they were humble, expressing an apology and explaining that someone had removed/stolen their signage at the street entrance. I still found them and received what I needed so, no harm no foul. Great place that I hope I do not have to use again. If needed though, I will use them again without second thought. PLEASE train your employees to give accurate information! Yesterday, when my dog's usual pharmacy couldn't refill her pain medication because of supply issues, I called Golden Gate. I specifically asked them about this prescription medication, told them my usual pharmacy had a supply issue, and asked if they had the same issue. I was told EXPLICITLY they could fill the prescription, no problem. My vet called them just now with the prescription, and they told her they cannot fill it - you guessed it - because of a supply issue. The woman I spoke to yesterday just made up the "information" she gave me without even checking. I don't remember her name, but I hope she realizes what kind of a person she is. This is probably the only compounding pharmacy local vets are going to use, which makes any problems MORE of an issue. They HAVE to get their act together - or else we would need to pressure our vets to go out of the area and pay attention to their quality of service. I had to call 3 times. Between the second and third time there was a message (I'm working too so I can't be checking messages all the time) but get this: After I said the first two calls the rep should have had all the information ready THIS girl says "oooookay" as if that's a crazy idea. They mentioned they don't have a record of my call - that's because I called from my OFFICE phone. If I had to guess I think they have no awareness of how they work or don't and look for ways to blame the customer. So I called back and asked for Anna a supervisor, gave her the number I called from and the time stamps, twice, she said she would listen to the recordings and that's the only reason this is 2 stars instead of 1, but it remains to be seen if it improves or not. I guess one or two people can drive a businesses reputation into the ground and they may either not care or bother. This is MEDICAL - there is no room for this kind of "whatever" attitude, it has to be done in a timely matter. Fortunately, I was pleasantly surprised to receive such professional and efficient service. Folks were pleasant and helpful on the phone and my pet's medication was prepared earlier than expected. It was hard enough that my older cat Bella was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism but I knew I couldn't afford the transdermal medication from my veterinarian. I tried the oral medication but I had to crush it, mix with a bit of water and totally stress out my cat because I had to use a syringe to give her the medication twice a day. I decided to look for a way to afford the transdermal form. That's when I found Golden Gate Compounding Pharmacy. They were able to provide me with a 3 month supply of the transdermal for under $100.00. The cost of the medication from my veterinarian would have been $180.00. I ordered the medication from Golden Gate, after my veterinarian called in the prescription the same day. I received the medication around 4 days later. I felt that was very good because I know it takes time for the pharmacist to make or compound the medication. I have always been treated with respect, customer service was very supportive. I am sad to say my Bella crossed the rainbow Bridge almost 2 months ago. That was a difficult decision to make but I knew I was able to treat her with less stress and I was rewarded 2 additional years of her love. So thank you Golden Gate for your awesome service and very reasonable pricing. I couldn't have done it without you! I know it can be difficult to ask your veterinarian to call in the prescription and not purchasing from them. I happily used Golden Gate Veterinary Compounding Pharmacy for years, but the transition to Brava last year has been bad. My prescription/account information was not transferred as they said it would be and even after I phoned in a refill to Brava months ago there is no order history in my account to request a refill. I also noticed the transdermal cream I have been ordering for my cat for years looked different when filled by Brava. The cream was white, rather than the cream/yellowish color it has always been. I feel like they may have missed including the medication because I've noticed a regression in my cats behavior, more like before she started the medication. I'm extremely happy with this vet pharmacy. I originally found them online when I was looking for the lowest-cost way to get my dog's medication. Not only were they the best value, but they offer the medicine to be made into flavored chews which I find is the most convenient way to get my dog to take his medicine. I literally give him the medicine after his walk as a treat. I also got the medicine in two different flavors (one beef, one salmon) so that they are color-coded for me (beef = darker, salmon=lighter). Another trick I do is that I get a higher dose of the medicine and just cut them all into 4ths on the day I open it so that I can save money on my order. They even helped calculate the right amount of medication I would need to get to have the best value if I was willing to cut the chews in fourths! But what really does it for me and makes this place stand out for me is the customer service. When I first placed my order, I wanted to get it in bulk to save money but when they noticed, they called me back to tell me that I'd be ordering too much and the medicine would expire before I finished it. They literally had to do the math, including how I cut the chews in fourths, to catch this. I can't believe they noticed. I didn't even notice! They could have gotten a larger order from me but they were more concerned with making sure my dog was taking his medication safely. I feel like their staff is like a concierge to make sure you really are getting your order right. They now have a loyal customer for life! read more

We've been so happy with Golden Gate pharmacy. The medications are affordable and available in a variety of flavors and formats (chews, pills, etc.), so we know our dog will actually take them. They expedite the first order, so it arrives in just a few days, and you can order refills in advance. It seems like others have had issues when calling to place an order. I always order online and haven't had any problems. I've called their customer service a few times, and the wait is usually short, and the representative always kind and helpful. This place is literally the worst. If you value your money, time, sanity or your animal's well being, avoid at all costs. Whomever is running customer service is either comically inept, or doesn't care about their customers AT ALL. Our cat needs 1 pain med, which requires a signature at the time of delivery. Uh oh.... Heres a list of services this business will "do for you". Our credit card has been charged without our consent long before we call for a refill. Our order has been lost after calling to reorder. We only found out after calling for a refill status update a week later. Currently, we are waging a war on 3 fronts in an attempt to reorder 1 med, and have it delivered to a location occupied by humans (it turns out our cats can't sign for deliveries?). What follows is a comedy of errors, which I am at a loss to explain- WE NEED THE MED DELIVERED TO HER WORK ADDRESS. SHE VERBALLY (IN ENGLISH) RECITED THIS ADDRESS AS THE PACKAGE DESTINATION ON THE 3 DIFFERENT PHONE CALLS, WHICH SHE HAD TO PLACE, AFTER EACH FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT, TO OUR HOME ADDRESS... Guess how many times this business got the delivery address wrong? If you guessed 3, you are the winner! Your winning include having to place another call to this place, and roll the delivery dice. What delivery address did they give FedEx? Who knows! When will the delivery attempt happen? Its anyone's guess! Will the cat get his meds before he passes away? Maybe, maybe not. Our vet's office has even called them, with the same instructions, to no avail. We're tired, frustrated, and honestly if they can't get something as basic as this right, they shouldn't be in business. Life is too short to put up with this kind of "service". Hard pass. read more

I'm sorry to say I can no longer use this facility due to lack of reliability. I don't write bad reviews. This might be my first. I've come to the conclusion the problems are likely tied to their computer system. You just don't know if the meds are coming or where they're going. My cat is on a med that needs to be signed for. The medication itself has never been an issue. But the amount of time I've spent having to accommodate for their errors can't be counted. Multiple times, I've paid extra to have the facility expedite because of issues on their end. The last time I called to check on the status of a med (I always wait to handle refills over the phone with a live person), they said that the order was never received. Even if you wait to speak with someone during the refill process, the order might not get placed, or it might go to the wrong place (where there might be no one there to sign for it). Also worth noting- I received a notice that I had a balance and that it would go to collections soon. I had no idea I had a balance with them. I immediately called to pay it. I called back at a later date to double check on the payment (intuition told me to) to learn that they had never processed the payment. Not only am I unsure if my cat's meds will show, but I'm concerned that there will be an issue with my credit if I use this facility. Like I said, I suspect serious computer system issues. Either way, trying to receive medications has been stressful. Until they fix their processing issue, I recommend finding a different compounding facility. This is especially the case for those who have a pet who requires a specific med to live. I would like to give this facility 2 stars because the meds that arrive are sound. My vet raved about how amazing this place is and I'm truly disappointed. I called Golden Gate Veterinary Compounding Pharmacy (GGVCP) on 2/24 @3pm to get their email so I can send them my cats prescription. GGVCP told me to have my vet call them personally to give them the prescription. So, as soon as I hung up with them, I called my vet and told them they needed to call it in. Then we hung up. A few minutes later, my vet (because they are awesome) did a follow up to let me know the prescription was called in to GGVCP. My vet continued saying that, in a few minutes I will get a call from GGVCP. GGVCP needed some information from me to start the order process. Honestly, this part was a bit annoying since I had GGVCP on the phone in the 1st place, and they could have had the prescription (which my vet emailed me and I could have forwarded to GGVCP) plus given any other information they may have needed from me personally at that time. No call from GGVCP on 2/24. Mind you, they close at 6PM, so I should have received a call that day since the prescription was called in at 3pm. So on 2/25, I call GGVCP at 8am to make sure they received my cats prescription since I haven't heard from them. The receptionist was a bit unfriendly and seemed annoyed to be taking calls. I explained in detail my situation, and would appreciate the medication to be ready by noon that day. The receptionist explains that the lab technician doesn't arrive till 9am, but she will make sure the lab tech gets this prescription, and it should be ready by the afternoon. It is noon, and I haven't heard anything from GGVCP. I give them a call. The receptionist goes to check on the order. When she returns to the phone, she explained that the lab tech just NOW received the prescription and it will take minimum of 2 hours. I again explain that I'm in a time situation, and that is why I called this morning to have the cats medicine ready by noon. The receptionist, again, assured me it will only take 2hrs. I don't live near by GGVCP. Trying to manage my time correctly, I drove 35 minutes plus toll fee and arrived at GGVCP at 130pm. It's now 1:45pm and I'm waiting out front as directed by GGVCP. I called to let them know, I'm at their curbside for pickup. The receptionist said it is not ready, and that they haven't even started it. At this point, I asked for a manager. She said she was manager. I didn't believe her, but I explained the situation to her and how her staff has been misleading with pickup times twice. She put me on hold to speak with the lab supervisor. When she returned she said that the lab techs are at lunch and it take 2 hrs since they haven't even started making it. Absolutely ridiculous.. I felt even more frustrated after talking to this person. She continued on saying that medicines they have to make takes 24-48hrs. If that's the case, why is that not explained from the start? Also, if you fail to fill an order within the time frame you set (twice), then that order should be a priority. Especially since GGVCP charges you before they even start making the medicine. So, if you cancel your order, make sure to call them for your refund. When I had to call them for the 4th time because I saw that they already charged my card, the same lady I spoke with earlier had the audacity to ask, "Are you sure you don't want to wait for the medicine?" smh. It seems to me, they are more interested in taking your money rather than making sure your pets get the medicine they need. By the 4th call to GGVCP, I have already called my vet to call in the prescription to another place. How weird, the prescription was called in at 1:45pm. I get a call from the new compounding vet within 5 minutes after receiving the prescription. The order was ready and picked up by 4pm on the same day. Seems like GGVCP told me that it took 24-48hrs to make/pick up meds to cover their own incompetence. This was an absolute terrible experience for me. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. read more

Got an order of compounded Pimobendan (Vetmedin) for my dog which is in very short supply as a branded drug. Incredibly easy to order on-line, they verify the prescription with the vet, and unlike other compounding pharmacies they supply the identical dosages to the branded form and offer pills which avoids concerns about the efficacy of liquid of caplet forms. On top of that their price is about 2/3 of anywhere else. Not sure why they have so many bad reviews. Order was shipped the same day and arrived within 48 hours read more

i used to call in scripts back in the days of Ryan pharmacist (over 20/yrs ago) and it was par excellence! have worked at numerous practices and always told clients to use GGP plus it is much more humane if the animal needs meds. Especially felines with pills. I also offer behavioral help & contracted to do house calls for various reasons so for 25yrs i was an excellent referring person for them. Bc vets still dont use compounding pharms. Although i use holistic, when it's hospice or necessary i will use meds for my critters. I have also used GGP for my pets at different times over the last 20 yrs and always had a very good experience until today. After today's call and 35 minutes with multiple calls, am taking my business elsewhere. Office staff really does not care about your business or pet status bc they are too busy. great for them! I remember the opening days And what a treasure the staff was. Today One of the office staff was likely stressed from orders but found her passive aggressive and very difficult an rx was called in wed, yesterday & she refused to get it out today for my hospice kitty. I would likely not get until next monday, even if overnight according to her. She kept trying to make it sound like she didn't have my info or just putting the brakes on, and mentioned that overnight wasnt worth it since it's now thursday and they won't send it out today due to time but then would change the story I called at 10:19 am (before deadline for day) and left a message to have it approved, When i was finally able to connect i had spoken w 3 separate people and that was 35 minutes and by the time I spoke with her at 12: 30 she refused to have it sent out Thursday. i have time stamp at 10:19am that i left a VM asking them to send it. if they looked in their records, they may realize i am an old client, I then called to tell her to transfer to feel good compounders and she told me to have my busy house call vet call it in To them Legally, she is required to transfer the script, if requested to another pharmacy. I had to inform her of that. Her customer service was horrible. They actually don't want your business bc they have thousands of customers. I am giving 3 stars solely bc of Ryan in past and bc compounding is more humane for animals if transdermal etc . Please. Your comment is ridiculous. I called yesterday and was rudely told it was not your fault, when I asked for a supervisor I was hung up on. So do not yet again tell me it was my fault, Fedex's fault, everyone else's fault. You have been given instructions repeatedly, have been given several opportunities and the last time I spoke to your business I was dismissed. I should have been refunded. We now have no meds, my cat is suffering because of you, the medicine will take another 4 days to arrive from the new pharmacy and I have to pay for it twice. You really screwed us. It is bad enough to have a sick pet, but to watch them suffer because of your lack of diligence and lack of concern is intolerable. read more

After an awful experience with another veterinary compounding pharmacy, I am a full-time fan. I haven't had any of the problems with delivery others have mentioned, mainly because I usually go and pick up the one medication my cat needs. During this awful time, they have gotten our cat's required med very quickly, including sending it overnight rather than by mail. And everyone I have spoken with has been kind and considerate. They are also far better than the other pharmacy we used at making the medication in a form that the cat not only will take, but looks forward to. They keep good records and I don't have to pay extra for repeated tries to get the right flavoring and texture. The only reason this is not a 5 star rating is that communication is not always excellent. This is a small issue, but one they may want to look at after this is all over. read more

I found them online on 1/7/2022. I created an account but was surprised there was no field for a password. I ordered heart meds for my dog that is urgent. I filled out a long form with my shipping details, Vet details, Dog details, Credit card info with dates, numbers, CVC #, etc. I clicked SUBMIT. Nothing happened. I searched all over the web page to look for error msgs. Nothing. My info was wiped out. So I filled it in again and clicked Submit. Nothing happened again! I saw a tiny field in green that said SIGN IN. Not red, not highlighted, just dark green and small. I clicked it. I signed in my email and new password. It said 'password not found'! Well duh! I had no way to enter my password when I registered, remember? Dead end. I could not sign in at all. This is like the dumbest website ever designed. I work in Tech. Absurd. The only way is to click FORGOT PASSWORD so they give you a new password and you can change it later. Except.... THERE IS NO WAY TO EDIT YOUR ACCOUNT!!!! No option to edit your name, or address or vet or phone or password. THIS WEBSITE IS ILLEGAL. YOU CANNOT OPERATE A PHARMACY WITH A WEBSITE THAT DOES NOT ALLOW EDITS OF YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT. THIS IS GOING TO BE REPORTED TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL TOMORROW. I also want to hear from these people about whether my order went through twice and I was charged on my bank card. 100% ILLEGAL WEBSITE! We've been getting heart meds from Golden Gate for our aging beagle for about 6-8 months now and I don't have any complaints. We previously lived about 2 hours from the Novato location so we had the meds sent to our house the first time. The second time I was going to run out before a holiday so I requested to pick them up and they put a rush on the prescription to make sure I could get it in time. We moved to the East Bay recently and had a slight oversight the 3rd time we got the refill because when we called we weren't able to update our address or catch the pharmacy before they shipped it to our old address. We were able to get them, it just meant a longer drive to get our pups meds than we would've liked. The reason why I'm giving them 5 stars is because it was the 4th time getting the refill that they really helped us out. I had been trying to get our vet to renew the prescription but was getting the run around from them for more than a week, (I'm beyond annoyed and won't be returning to that vet). I had tried to call Golden Gate to see if the vet had called them but the call wasn't going through, (I think this was due to my cellphone not GG). I decided to email Golden Gate and within an hour I received an email letting me know they hadn't received the request but that they would reach out to our vet to get it renewed. I was able to get through to Golden Gate that afternoon to see if it would be possible to pick up the prescription since we were now out of all our dogs meds. The woman I spoke with was very understanding and updated the info to include my request for pick up and checked to see when the prescription would be filled. She said they would follow up the next day to let me know when it would be ready and sure enough, the next day I heard from the same woman letting me know it was ready for us. I was so frustrated with our vet for not getting back to me on something so important that it made me appreciate Golden Gate even more for going out of their way to make sure I would have a refill by the weekend. The two times I've gone into the Novato location the women have always been very nice and I'm never in there long. I couldn't find my dogs medicine locally early in the Pandemic and so I got online and contacted this vet pharmacy. My pomeranian had been diagnosed years ago with a heart condition and by that point was on 4 medications and she needed that Pimobendan pill to live. They not only would make it but made it in a form that tasted better to her and could be cut up into tiny pieces more easily swallowed by her. For over a year we continued to order that prescription from them getting it in cooler bags in the summer. My pom died recently in her sleep and I called the pharmacy as I had recently called to reorder and I thought they might cancel it if they had not already shipped it. They not only did that, but they sent me a condolence card that many of their staff signed. These are people I never met and they cared enough to sign a card for someone who didn't need more medicine. That speaks volumes to me! I loved that little dog. I didn't give them 5 stars because I did have to follow up every order I called in to check on when it was coming. I never found that it wasn't in the cue it was just taking longer than I had expected. I always found the person I spoke to nice. I'm not sure how they resolve the order issue and maybe it is just communicating more which unfortunately takes time. Maybe sending out an email or a text to the customer that the order was received and that it is expected to be shipped on a certain day and the method would I think solve a lot of the problems that I read and would eliminate the need for people to be calling them.
