They do not call back in a timely fashion. If you have emergent prescriptions, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. So I advise you to do one of two things: 1.) Don't send your prescription to this pharmacy. 2.) Drive over there, wait in incredibly long lines, and experience the same frustration in person. I highly recommend the Walgreens Pharmacy in San Rafael instead. The pharmacists are available via phone and the line is always small or reasonable. Once again that's the Walgreens on 830 3rd St. in San Rafael.

9/20/26 Update - I had a very bad experience again with pharmacy tech AnaLynn. I thought I could…read moregive directions by messaging but AnaLynn is incompetent, gives bad service and is mean. After messaging the pharmacy, AnaLynn calling me and not leaving a message, I called and talked to her and she used Insurance Terminology incorrectly and in a stupid fashion. I did talk to pharmacist Cynthia after waiting ten minutes and the issue after talking to her is not resolved yet. She came up with possible reasons why the insurance is not yet okaying the transaction. I just have to see how long it takes for this matter to be resolved and laugh at their incompetence and bad service. 9/21/26 Update - I had another bad experience this time with horrible AnaLyn and horrible Zilma telling me lies about the pharmacist Elizabeth has a line about six vaccines and she will call me. And she doesn't call me and has four vaccines. I finally talk to the pharmacist after waiting and hanging up and calling back. I am told one of the problem prescriptions is ready for pick up and the other has been ordered. And then after I get off the phone, I get a text that the prescription is not covered by insurance. It has always been covered by insurance in the past. That means I have to call again and get the horrible pharmacy staff to do a satisfactory job.
