The CVS pharmacy is small, as most in Target are. It's closed 30 min for lunch a day, but I forget what time that is. I think it's like 1 or 1:30, so not a traditional 12pm. Just a heads up! The service is kind. Understandably, they seem a bit slow but I think every pharmacy is short staffed right now? Idk. The CVS Pharmacy is always near the vitamin aisles. I miss the bigger CVS pharmacies that offer flu shots etc. I wouldn't try to get any flu shots or vaccines here, only because it's a long line and most folks are after their medicines and then want to bounce. However, if they have more staff, or promote the space where that can be done, maybe!

Two other pharmacies in Novato have closed in recent years and it seems like everyone has come here now. Lines are long and if you have any issues at pick up they direct you I er to drop off meaning you cannot get one stop resolution. You have to wait in line again. If they have an issue filling your prescription they won't call to ask you anything. It just won't be there when you arrive at pick up time. The Costco pharmacy and either of the other cvs stores in Novato would be a better choice at this point. I'm hoping to get all of my prescriptions transferred out asap. It would be great if cvs corporate would increase staffing and review customer service protocols with existing staff here.

Anyway, Charley, is my favorite pharmacist because he is a gentleman and he is straight with you about your medication if they have it or not, or if they have to order it and how long it might take! I like that because it gives me options about maybe trying another pharmacy if I have to wait a long time! A lot of pharmacists are not so straight with customers and it can screw up their medication plans for the month, especially if you need a ride to the pharmacy! Try Safeway pharmacy if you are having a rough time in lower Marin. They also have a Quest, blood draw lab right in the grocery by the pharmacy! It's great!

The receptionist and she was lovely! She was very welcoming and polite. She told me about the services and helped me update my account with MCC. She checked me in and Carlos quickly came out and called my name. Carlos was also very polite and happy to do his job. He made me feel very comfortable and began setting up the room for the dentist. My dentist James Preble was also happy to be there and ready to work. He began by explaining what we would be doing today. During my procedure he was polite and conversating. By the time we were finished I felt no pain and was glad I came in today and received excellent service! I hope I get Carlos and James again when I return! This visit is hands down the best treatment I've received from staff. Thank you MCC for hiring excellent people to provide for us service.
