I have been in Rehab before for other medical reasons, but have never experienced the quality of care that I received at PPAR. From the admin staff to the nursing staff to the physical and occupational therapy teams to all their associate staff, they treated each patient with a personal interest in their well-being. Whst's more, they were always available 24/7 to meet your every need. I have never experienced the quality of care as I received at Petaluma Post-Acute Rehabilitation. Obviously, I highly recommend both the establishment and the totality of its staff should you ever require the many types of post-acute services they provide.

It took him and three CNAs to hold down my father and completely terrorize him in an effort to look at his skin. I can't imagine a routine procedure done with less care, sensitivity or competency. We're so grateful he's out of this place, traumatized, but out. In fairness, the day staff is likely better, but the night staff needs far more training in professionalism and care practices for the vulnerable elderly.
