    CVS generally deserves three stars but this one's a solid one star because of their crappy bathroom, literally. I had a nice discussion with an employee who I believe was the manager regarding the fact that this bathroom has looked like this for over a week because they don't want to clean it because it'll get dirty again. Look, I wouldn't want to clean it either, but if you're not going to clean it, just put a sign that it's out of service or something. Corporate needs to send proper PPE (personal protective equipment) and cleaning supplies to this store so they can clean the bathroom. Or, if they already have that stuff, they need to reinforce whatever policy they have to clean it regularly. Anyway, the other thing I don't like about CVS is the prices are generally higher than the competition. I prefer Walmart or Target over CVS for sure. They'd probably have a cleaner bathroom, too!

    wow. i have never experienced pharmacy techs so incompetent. can't do a simple task of adding a coupon to a prescription. do better.

    Going back to my original stance. Great customer service from 1-2 people cannot make up for what's…read moregoing on here. I called in three prescriptions on Wednesday, January 28th and one more a few days earlier on the 25th. I am notified that the first prescription is ready, but then wait for confirmation for the other 3 so I won't have to make multiple trips. By February 2nd, I've heard nothing, while simultaneously receiving texts that this is my last reminder to pick up my medication. I call the pharmacy ask about the rest of the medications I requested to refill, and am informed that all 3 were filled, and then PUT BACK without ever informing me. So with little to no medication left, I am then told I must reorder my prescriptions and wait even longer. The reason provided for putting all my prescriptions back was because I lost my insurance and that, "They have to reach out to confirm whether you still want to pay the out of pocket price." I was NEVER contacted. This was met with an apathetic "Okay." So basically, this pharmacy filled all my prescriptions, only kept the ones they thought I could afford and put all the ones over $100 back, without ever contacting me, and then offer zero apology, or any empathy at that. Nothing is MORE IMPORTANT than my medication--I was more than willing to pay the out of pocket costs. The fact that this is treated so flippantly when my medication produces withdrawal effects is so obscene to me. These people DO NOT care about your wellbeing. I cannot imagine the thought process of, "Well these are quite expensive, we'll just put his medication back without telling him." Nothing less than complete incompetence and absurdity. Getting the medication I need then immediately am going to start looking for alternatives. Never again. Side note: You ask before you put someone on hold. This is elementary customer service knowledge. "I need to put you on hold," then slamming the phone down is laughably unprofessional.
