They intentionally closed the entire store due to demand. Not just the slurpee machine, or the free promotion, THE WHOLE STORE. All these promotions are while supplies lasts, makes sense to run out. Came in to buy some scratcher tickets for work gifts. Guy behind the counter tells me he doesn't have any tickets (they have about 20 varieties) and then proceed to tell us he is closed and to leave and kicks us out...at 7pm....Zero reasons to go back and this is by far the easiest place to go on my way home. BEWARE OF THIS GUY! HE OVERCHARGES I go to this 7-11 to get soda refills everyday. I use a "single use" double big gulp cup that I get from 7-11. This one guy keeps overcharging me for refills. Every time I go in and argues with me on how he is going to charge me. It is clear that 7-11 has two refill prices, a small and a large refill. This guy doesn't follow that pricing. He will charge me for multiple small refills based on what he thinks is the right amount to charge. This time, for three soda refills he wanted to charge me for 6 small refills because my cups are not small. I asked him why wouldn't charge me for 3 large refills, since they are the large cups instead of the 6 small refills and he said that that's how it is. I asked if he was the manager or if I can have the managers information and he told me to call 7-11. And that I could find 7-11's phone number outside on the wall of the building. I follow the rules. I am a paying loyal customer. I want to enjoy a crisp Diet Coke at the posted price, I'm not trying to do anything else. This guy is just a small bully. read more

Hi everyone, I went into the store not sure of the sugar morning I wanted to create. After about 5 minutes, I opted for a Green Apple Slurpee, instead of the usual Tropicana bottle OJ of my usual early morning liking. Once at the counter, the cashier was very curtious ,as I counted out my 2.18 in small change. What an awesome way to start my day. But, nevertheless, the cashier was friendly and conversational with not just myself, but the others who came and went before me. I was just in there at 11:58 at night I hand the store clerk a scratch off like I do anytime that I have money on a scratch off. It was an older Indian gentleman I'm not racist but this guy he must be racist. Anyways to make a long story shirt I had a scratcher in my hand I put it down on the counter. I asked him can I please have two quick pics one for mega million one for super lotto. He take my $3 dollar scratcher puts it underneath the count. Like it was trash and I have to wrapped meat and cheese that I was buy too. Said he got no scratch's from and I said that a lie check the camera and after arguing for ten minutes. He find my scratcher and has nothing to say. Complete in the wrong the owners should think twice by having this person work he probably is the owner. You shouldn't treat people like that. read more

Whoever runs this place has decided they can save a couple of bucks by switching off the coolers after 9pm (ALL the drinks are housed together: Soda, beer and MILK). Today Sunday December 6th around noon I came in to make my lotto purchase there was a nasty older white lady behind the counter what a awful person. Granted their shelves are stocked, and they carry the products that a consumer wants to purchase. But that is far as it goes. They are very rude and therefore there are other places along my trip to work that I can just as easily stop. To be more specific I needed cash back and needed 1.s and I ask for $10 instead of telling me they were short on ones or trying to accommodate me in anyway at all he just kept saying no, no. So,... I stop by this 7-Eleven location almost every other Friday and never had any issues until last week. Upon my arrival, I was quickly asked for spare change by a transient. I didn't have any as I was planning on making my purchase with a debit card. She then asked me for a cup of coffee, which I thought was rude, but considering the circumstances (it was cold and raining) I decided to fulfill her wish. Once inside, I realized I didn't know how she took her coffee so I purchased a large empty coffee cup and told the cashier it was for the lady out front, I pointed to her, and he said ok. There was another employee behind the counter and the immediately began speaking another language but I was in a hurry and thought nothing of it. Outside, I gave the elderly lady the empty cup, explained that it was paid for, and that the cashier was aware that she would be in to fix her coffee momentarily. I began to drive away when I noticed the lady exiting the door with an empty cup upside down and the cashier yelling something at her. I re-parked my vehicle and asked what happened, apparently the cashier told her she COULD NOT fill up the coffee I just purchased and she had to leave. When I went inside, the cashier yelled at me that I cannot buy her coffee. When I asked why, he repeatedly said you "can't buy her coffee! You can't!". I honestly don't see what the big deal was but this could have been avoided by the cashier if he would have just told me in the first place that I couldn't buy her coffee when I pointed her out instead of saying "ok". I will never step foot in this franchise again, there are too many other options nearby. If you have compassion for the 1%, I encourage you join in the boycott! read more

I had been going to this place for years. It was convenient and on my way home. The other day I went to buy a couple beers. They had Lagunitas 22's marked at $2.99. This is a great price so I grabbed a few. When I got to the register they informed me that that was for another beer. I took the guy back to show him the sign which they had posted and he told me no that is too cheap. He was incredibly rude to me then as he rung me up at the higher price. In addition to that he tried to put a misc. charge for $2 after charging me almost $2 more than the advertised price for each 22. I guess he was hoping I wouldn't notice but I did. I walked out and will never return ever. I ended up going to the little local store in Pengrove and found that they have the same 22's cheaper and they guy who works there is very friendly. I will go there from now on and support a local business. read more

I bought two burritos, which i paid for first and then headed to the microwave to heat them, as i was running a little late for work, when the older lady goes to the microwave, takes out my food and puts her in to heat, WTF!! WOMEN BEWARE! If you are a woman and you happen to spill a beverage at this 7-Eleven, be prepared to be harassed, humiliated and handed a rag to clean up the mess. That is exactly what happened to me on 8/19/2010. I had been going to this particular 7-Eleven every weekday morning on my way to work for years. To say I was a regular customer would be quite an understatement--so you'd think that I would get better treatment. But you'd be wrong. I poured myself a cup of coffee, set the cup on the counter to get my money out of my pocket, the cup tipped over and my coffee spilled. The clerk behind the counter had a fit. She loudly and aggressively insisted that I clean the mess or I could not leave. She also said that I would have to pay for the spilled coffee, and if I wanted another cup, I would have to pay for that one as well. She threw a rag at me and told me to start cleaning--and that I couldn't leave until every drop of coffee was gone. She said several times that only women spilled things because they think they have to set everything on the counter--which, she said, is never necessary. (I don't know how she thinks people are supposed to get their money out of their wallets while holding a hot cup of coffee, but as she wasn't offering any suggestions, I can only speculate). She called me stupid and clumsy, several times. She continued to repeat that only women spill things, in a loud voice and demeaning manner, the entire time I was cleaning the spill. There were several other customers in the store at that time, mostly male. While the majority of them were sympathetic, several of them made inappropriate comments about my body (as I was forced to bend and squat in order to clean the spilled coffee from the floor and a low-set display rack of candy). I was completely embarrassed and humiliated. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. This woman's behavior was unconscionable. I will never patronize that particular 7-Eleven again, and I would encourage other decent people to do the same. read more
