The other regular evening employee (20's w/ a sassy pants attitude and smug authoritay - get this, doesn't smile doesn't respond but comes out to my car when I'm sitting in there having a cigarette and asked me to move my car from being in front of the store, when there were about 8 other open parking spots, twice he asked and the second time I said that's fine and I moved it just to not have to see his smug constipated face so close up and all at my car door. I said "so. Are you going to do something about the gas pump?" And he just kept staring at me and finally said "do you need a receipt?" (For the soda I bought inside). I said "so. It kept charging me money and covered my car in gas. Are you even going to attempt to resolve this?" And after more blank stares I said "well could I have a cup of water to rinse the gasoline off my paint?" And he nodded. Absolute least helpful person ever and he was the assistant manager. I've called back twice now to speak to the GM. Every time I call I'm told she's not there and will "be here tomorrow morning" but isn't there then either. I guess my next step is to contest the charge with my bank since the business seems to not care to resolve issues or fix their pumps.
