The gas pump was pumping slowly, then didn't shut off and started pouring gas out on the ground. I clicked the handle to off but it still kept leaking gas (and charging me $). I finally got the gas to stop flowing and put it back in the dock. Went inside to let the assistant manager know the pump was broken. He literally just stared at me and didn't say anything. I said "so. Are you going to do something about the gas pump?" And he just kept staring at me and finally said "do you need a receipt?" (For the soda I bought inside). I said "so. It kept charging me money and covered my car in gas. Are you even going to attempt to resolve this?" And after more blank stares I said "well could I have a cup of water to rinse the gasoline off my paint?" And he nodded. Absolute least helpful person ever and he was the assistant manager. I've called back twice now to speak to the GM. Every time I call I'm told she's not there and will "be here tomorrow morning" but isn't there then either. I guess my next step is to contest the charge with my bank since the business seems to not care to resolve issues or fix their pumps. read more

No water at gas station for windows. At any container. Went inside and got the stink eye

Every time I fuel up at this location or buy a snack I often need to use the bathroom. For whatever reason the employees here always have one restroom. There are two restrooms. This leaves a big line for the remaining restroom. The other restroom has a vacant sign on door so I know it's been locked from outside with a key. It's jacked up how the employees are reserving this bathroom for themselves or it's is permanently broken. Also there is some kind of abandoned food service area in right of store that is a dumping ground for boxes looks like a mess. But the bathrooms, is the deal breaker for me. People stopping to get fuel or shop in convenience store also want to use the bathroom! read more

The person running place always puts a sign up saying he's on a 10 minute break and people wait outside 30 min and leave with out anyone showing up. Do not go here!! read more

We made a stop here to load up on caffeine and snacks before hitting the waters for some late night fishing. We found that the prices here beats the well known seven convenience store. We grabbed coffee, Starbucks Refreshers, Twix, and M&Ms. That's what you call junk food! The only thing sleeping that night would be the fishes because we were high on sugar and caffeine. It was about 20 minutes into the new year and the cashier made the best of being there. I give her credit for that. It's not easy to be on the clock when you should be elsewhere. This is a convenient spot has lots of groceries or convenience food I should say. But the staff is not knowledgeable. Don't turn your lotto tickets in there though because they always screw on the money and they say it's one thing but it's not. I don't know if they're pocketing it or what. read more

I wanted to purchase 4 waters and 80$ worth of gas. Hispanic woman Naomi who was clerk, demanded to see my ID to verify that it's my card. She could not explain herself her English was not up to the level. She refused to accept my Visa card and refused to provide contact info for her manager. I will never purchase anything from this gas station and will contact manager, owner, chevron and visa to make sure no one have to go through such treatment again. I will also contact authorities to check her legal status and ability to work. All this was recorded. read more

Poor service inside the store several employees that work the inside store are often rude, there have been numorous times ive gone in and there on there cell phones, when you ask for help they act irritated. I go there sometimes to buy there $1 ice creams "which is a good deal" but even then its a hassel because you have to put up with bad attitudes most of the time they give dirty looks and barley say two words. Clean and conveniently located gas station that always has paper towels. I like that there are multiple entrances/exits such as the backway behind the store where the trucks come through. This will take you to a little side street and then back on to the Caulfield intersection light (much easier to get back on the road). read more

I went in here just to use the facilities and found out they had a corner ice cream shop on one side! Score! They serve Dryer's Ice Cream, have about 12 flavors (old faves like rocky road and mint chip and new faves like cookie dough and mocha almond fudge) Their prices were not to be beat: .99 for a single scoop $1.49 for a double, cup or cone. And they didn't even charge more for the waffle cone! Double score! The employee did not skimp on the portions either. This was a healthy scoop of ice cream! My 4 yr. old only ate half of his single scoop and I had to eat extra fast to keep my double from melting before I got down to the cone. The employee was at the other side of the store at the register, but he came right over when his two customers were served. He was friendly and courteous, taking the time to chat while serving our ice cream. He offered my son a cup so his ice cream cone wouldn't fall and while ringing us up he gave us an extra spoon just in case. All in all a great experience! read more
