Located about six blocks from the beach and south of the boardwalk, so a little off the beaten path. But still walkable and easy to find parking if coming by car. My girlfriend and I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon in June. The taproom felt spacious with natural light, and was well decorated with off-white walls and interesting plant decor. Definitely a relaxing and welcoming vibe. The place was decently crowded but not overwhelmingly so for most of our time there. We love dogs and they had a ton of dogs inside, so we were in heaven. 10 beers on tap, plus one seltzer, and a nice variety in the list. I liked that the list was broken down by types of beers (easy drinking and crisp, hoppy and hazy, dark and strong), and each beer had a detailed description next to it. This should honestly be the norm for breweries. We each had a flight so we were able to sample most of the menu. The beer was pretty good. We enjoyed all that we had, but nothing stood out to us as super memorable. We live on the other side of NJ, so we can't be regulars, but we would definitely stop by again the next time we're in the area. read more

We came here for a beer before dinner in Bradley Beach. Decor was really nice inside and we were able to get a table no problem. Service was fine, you order at the counter. I am not a beer drinker, they only had two hard seltzers but I didn't like the flavors. I had a beer that was lemonade flavor, it was good but I wouldn't have been able to have another one. Everyone in our party said the beer was good, nothing outstanding, but it was a good spot to spot for a beer. Had an awesome Sunday at the BBP. Sadly many of the taps were down today due to some renovations - but that didn't take away from the experience as the staff was super friendly in sharing what was available. They also had a ton of options in cans. They have an awesome indoor/outdoor concept. Pets are allowed. The Bradley saison was my choice of beer and it was delicious. You can buy cans and packs to take home. They even let you mix and match flavors. They have a tv inside and games outdoor. They also sell fun items by other small businesses. As avid craft beer lovers, my wife and I love Bradley Brew! The staff is great, the owners are regularly on site and their selection has grown a lot since they opened. They are always rotating so there's a lot of new beers to try every time you go. My favorites are Unicorn Girls (and all variations) and Al's Boring Beer, shoutout Al Dukes! My wife loves the Si Monster and can't wait for it to come back. All their hazy ipas have been at least good if not better. They definitely brew a high quality product. There are good food options nearby and a small back patio for the nicer weather. If I only had one little gripe it would be the prices being a tad higher than other breweries. $8.50+ for some of their beers is kinda pushing it, but the place is always crowded so what do I know? read more

BRADLEY BEACH: we are so happy that Bradley Brew Project allows leashed dogs because it is such a cool place to hang out and enjoy craft beers. Dogs are allowed to sit by the garage doors when they are open or out on the back patio. Reservations are highly recommended as they fill up fast and you can make them on their website or give them a call. A member of the team will provide table service (no bar seating) and you can view the menu through a QR code. This place had a lot going for it, with minor detractions. First off, the beer: excellent IPA and pale ales, very citrus heavy and juicy. In other words, my kinda beer. The prices were great too, for the quality! One of the top 3 breweries in this area of NJ, if I do say so Second, the space: excellent for covid gatherings, the dining room had floor to ceiling windows that opened to let air in! And the backyard where we sat was spacious enough, although the view was nothing special. I saw a giant connect four that was not being used, so this place has some games to play too. Third, the service: meh. They were not attentive and only came after the initial order 3 times in 1.5 hours. They were very busy with a full house, so cutting them some slack. A couple years have gone by since my last visit. Some things have changed for the better, and they deserve to be updated. The brewery does not feel overly busy anymore. It's actually a quaint, sophisticated little place. While some breweries might be a little rugged, this one would be still a nice place to bring a date. Both women and men should enjoy it. Bradley Beach has gotten more gentrified. There are lots of restaurants and shops right on the same strip now. This brewery fits right in. It's a nice place to spend the afternoon or evening. The beers remain light and approachable. Since it's not a huge facility, they continually brew. So, the beers will be fresher than at other places. Their bar has basically turned into a counter now. What a small little gem in Bradley Beach. We stumbled into it when walking to Skratch Kitchen. They are brewing all sorts of beers here and they all had their unique taste to them. I can't remember what we had but I suggest getting the four beer flight this way you can taste a few different ones. You order the beer at the counter and sit wherever. I arrived here only to be greeted by two musicians warming up in the open entrance way. Early evening on the weekend. The place had a lively crowd and a very friendly staff. The beer menus were nicely placed on the bar and flight choice requests were aside. I got to taste a few choices, one being a Fruity sour and the other a Saison. There's a nice back patio area with additional seating if you are looking for some outdoor seating. Since it was my first time, I ordered a flight to sample the the various beers on tap. I had Unicorn Girls (Hazy Pale Ale), But I Forgot my Flip Flops (Pina Colada IPA), Bradley Summer (Summer Ale), and Mystic Griffen (Imperial IPA). My favorite was the Unicorn Girls which is the brewery's staple. All beers were tasty. But I Forgot My Flip Flops was really unique and tasted tropical with pineapple and coconut notes. We went here on a Thursday afternoon and it was quiet and a relaxing environment. I was able to plug my computer in and get some work done while enjoying a beer with my fiancé. They have a decent selection of beers on tap and the double unicorn girl was delicious. The owner was working next to us and it was a pleasure getting to know him. Being a beer snob, I typically find the majority of breweries underwhelming. That was not the case at this brewery. The vibe is great and they had live music when we showed up. I'm not sure what to make of the place. It has yoga in the morning, where they move all the tables out. Later they move the tables back and serve flights. From 2-7 pm the day we went, they had summer time and the super friendly crew wore leis and held an hourly raffle. As people filled in the place, it got more and more crowded but nobody was moving out because of the raffle. You have the admit that was pure genius.. People want to see if they've won later on so they stay and order more drinks. Great marketing strategy! We nabbed a spot by the bathroom where they had a lip counter and underneath the lip counter was chalk and a chalkboard lining the bottom wall for kids to play and draw on. They also had this for kids in the back too. On way less crowded days, they do offer a tour and merchandise to buy like an adorable onsie for your baby. The beer isn't bad at all in my humble opinion. It's light and something you can drink for a long while and not get too wasted. Hubby however didn't care for it. He felt like it was watered down with flavor like a mixed drink. It's all a matter of your taste buds. There are several tables of you're lucky enough to grab one and several high bar stool tables and ledges to put your drink down or paired with some pretzels. After having some brunch in Bradley Beach, my girlfriend and I decided to stop by this brewery since it we were parked right by it. We did not have reservations, but were able to get a table as it was early enough on a Sunday afternoon, and was not crowded. The setup of this brewery was pretty cool. The entire front was open, so you got the nice breeze of air from outside, while sitting inside. Since they weren't serving official beer flights, we ordered four 5oz beers and created our own flight, so we could sample a bunch of their different brews on tap. We went with a double ipa, hazy pale ale, summer ale, and sour ale. I must say all of these brews were excellent. I really enjoyed every one of them; especially the 'Graduation' which was the double IPA. After finishing up these beers, I ordered myself a 10 oz of the Double Unicorn Girls Hazy IPA. This one was now my new favorite brew they had on tap here. It was so smooth and crushable. I loved it so much a ordered a second one, haha. After hanging out for about an hour here, we cashed out and left. Overall, the experience of this craft brewery was very fun and enjoyable. I will be coming back in the future. read more

The beer gets a three but the place and service get a four. So 3.5 rounds up to a BBP at the time of this posting is a week old. My wife and I went in 5pm on a Saturday night; absolutely mobbed. After about 10 minutes I was able to claw my way to the bar and order. The barman was very friendly and despite the mob, took the time to explain what he had and what kicked. I decided on a hybrid English/American Ipa. It was pretty good. My wife got a session stout. I tried hers and although very fresh could have been tastier. Both beers were under carbonated. The stout had no head at all. They did a quality job on the interior and the atmosphere and decor are really very nice. I expect (hope) the beer will improve but they've only been open a week. My wife and I enjoy visiting small local breweries when we out and about. We happened upon this place on a beautiful Sunday afternoon in November. It's in what was essentially a garage at some point. The large garage door in front was open. We were asked if we had reservations, which was a first for us visiting a brewery. Still, despite the lack of reservations, we were allowed to sit out back and enjoy a couple of cold, fresh beers. We're IPA fans and there were several from which to choose. I liked the "Just sayin". High octane with some nice citrus notes. In truth there wasn't a stinker in the bunch. Everybody was friendly and the service was fine. We took some home to enjoy as well. Frequent these local small business people. Who knows, you might even see the local Bald Eagles that hang out on the cell towers across the street! read more

Checked out the new kid in town with hubs recently & was pleasantly surprised. Décor inside is classy & welcoming. Speaking of which, we were welcomed by the owner at the door despite the fact that the place was mobbed! Tables are situated about the inside with a few by the open garage door. Fresh flowers were on every table. When we finally made it to the bar the pourers we equally friendly & welcoming. Hubs & I ordered a couple of IPAs & headed to the only vacant corner we found. The beers were good, not great, as we've noticed is usually the case with a start up brewery. They do have great potential though. We will definitely return. Came here for opening day right at 1pm! There was a line and took about 15 min to get in, but they did a great job moving it quickly given the volume of folks. The interior is beautiful, crisp and modern. Even if you aren't a beer drinker, it's a cool venue to grab a drink. The bartenders were plenty and helpful in deciding what to order. I got the custom flight of 4 beers including their double IPA, IPA, blonde ale and hefe. All solid but my favorite was the 9:27 double IPA. I'm not a fan of beer, but we ventured to a brewery one Saturday afternoon. I tried the unicorn girls, cleaning doing laundry or making beer, pinky and we playing. I think my favorites were the cleaning, doing laundry or making beer and we playing. The unicorn girls was alright, just a standard beer to me (the ignorant of beer). Cleaning was a dark stout, a little bitter, just like coffee but not with that sour taste. Pinky was way too light for me, it almost had no taste. And we playing was a mildly sour beer, and I love sour beer so I wish it was a bit more sour, but still a nice addition. I really like the environment, as the garage like doors open up to the street and its nice to sit sipping beers with the natural light and warmth. The staff was polite, but not really friendly, so I wish they were a bit more so. But other than that, good beer and free pretzels on a nice day, it was perfect! read more

My boyfriend and I went today (Saturday January 14th) we walked in with my large dog and saw it was packed so we walked out. Idk if it was the owner or just a worker behind the bar but the guy saw us leave came out and assured us that a table would be ready within 5 minutes and that he would get us some bar stools in the mean time. We sat at the bar no more then 10 minutes then the table opened up and we moved to the table. We ordered flights and they were delicious.
