Food - none Service - fine Ambience - over the top If you are into craft beers and want to chill out in the el primo brewery in central Jersey located in Wall Township, go here by all means. Pricy at $9 for a 12 oz pour but their IPA's are delicious. Again go, enjoy and relax. You will dig the scene!

Took me this long to finally check it out. Whoever designed this space did a fantastic job! Indoor and outdoor spaces are contemporary modern and comfortably inviting. A couple bars when it's busy. A great sports watching area on 3 large monitors. A hang out area off of that. Outside was nice on a pre season warm Sunday night. Friendly staff. Only got to try two brews. Will definitely be returning soon!

This place is a hidden gem. If you are into ipas this is the place to be. Their stouts are also amazing. A must try is their s'mores stout. Kid friendly but also have an adults only zone with tvs and fireplaces.

Great place to hang out down the shore. Friendly service. Loved the live music and beer. Thumbs up for the Medalist and Wreck Pond brews! Indoor and outdoor seating with a child-friendly area indoors in the back. You can order delivery from a few local restaurants and pizzerias to nosh with your beers. The ladies' room was immaculate (although a hook on the back of the door would be very much appreciated ). And, shout out to Matt Baker, live performer tonight. Nailed it! Plenty of parking. Mixed crowd. Enjoy!

Heard news about a new brewery opening up and I had to make my visit. The place has plenty of parking which is nice since you don't really see that with other places in the area. They had an outdoor area where a pizza station was working on making food. When you walk in you go up to the bar and order your beers. They have a decent selection of beers. I had their hazy IPAs which I really enjoyed. I also tried their stout which was really good as well. The beers here are really good. The place has ample seating and in the back they have a variety of games to keep yourself entertained. They are BYO food and on occasions will have vendors serve food. The day we went they had a pizza vendor which looked really good but we didn't eat it as we already had dinner plans. When I'm back in the area this is a place I'd definitely check out.

A lot of seating, both indoor and outdoor. We got four sample pours, only two samples are allowed per person. The majority of their selection were ipa's and they had a couple of stouts. I'm not fond of ipas so I wish they had some other varieties of beers.

Top notch. Other breweries who put out IPAs are not matching the standards Bakes is setting.

Exceptional IPAs, especially the double Bakes Ch'ip 5 which is a hazy juice bomb. Create indoor and outdoor spaces. Check it out!

My girlfriend and I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon in June. The taproom felt spacious with natural light, and was well decorated with off-white walls and interesting plant decor. Definitely a relaxing and welcoming vibe. The place was decently crowded but not overwhelmingly so for most of our time there. We love dogs and they had a ton of dogs inside, so we were in heaven. 10 beers on tap, plus one seltzer, and a nice variety in the list. I liked that the list was broken down by types of beers (easy drinking and crisp, hoppy and hazy, dark and strong), and each beer had a detailed description next to it. This should honestly be the norm for breweries. We each had a flight so we were able to sample most of the menu. The beer was pretty good. We enjoyed all that we had, but nothing stood out to us as super memorable. We live on the other side of NJ, so we can't be regulars, but we would definitely stop by again the next time we're in the area.

The tuna tartar tasted fresh, and I liked that the tuna was in chunks rather than minced. It came on a bed of rice and avocado and was served with fried wonton skins. There was also a sweet sauce drizzled over it (like eel sauce), which I didn't really think was necessary, but it was okay. I enjoyed my lobster very much, although I was surprised to see that there was roe in it (which I thought was forbidden from an eco standpoint). My husband liked his sea bass, but he struggled with the oysters since none of them were properly shucked (he had to take a knife to them to properly remove them from their shells). That was pretty disappointing for a seafood restaurant. Our server was very attentive and friendly. Overall not a bad experience but there is definitely some room for improvement.

It is not a scene that stirs the soul or quiets the mind, but it is fine for staring at when there is nothing else to do. I came for lunch on a weekend, early enough to avoid the mob that usually descends later in the day. Getting a table was easy. Finding a parking space was not. It is always the same story there, a little game of musical bumper cars. When I made it inside, I found the tables to be sticky in the way that suggests they had been wiped down but not really cleaned. The servers moved with the slow grace of people who had already given up on the afternoon. They were not rude, just absent in spirit. I ordered the fried oysters because it seemed like something they ought to do well. They were fine, in the way that lukewarm applause is fine. Not offensive, not memorable. The breading was heavy, the flavor lost somewhere between the fryer and the plate. For the price, one expects a little magic, or at least a spark of care. Neither arrived. Klein's feels like a place living off its own legend, a faded postcard from better days. People go because they have always gone. The fish is there, the view is there, but the heart of it seems to have gone missing. It is not terrible, but it is not worth the time or the money either. Three stars, mostly for nostalgia.

The menu is not overwhelming large but well curated featuring dishes which change seasonally. Our first visit was for a birthday and four of us were thrilled to be seated at the chef's table. Two of us dined last night and sat at the bar which offers a full menu. So between us we have tasted most appetizers and the halibut, pork, pasta, short rib entrees and cannot think of one thing we would change. It really should be noted that the staff there is among the most pleasant, kind and professional we have ever encountered. The bartender and servers are so informative and friendly and the chef is hands on and ensures the diners are having a very special experience! We are looking forward to our next visit!

But I think we caught them on an extremely off night. We had a reservation and came in on time. We were told to sit down and that another waiter would come by to show us to our table. We waited for ten minutes before we were seated, and in that time another bigger party came in and were seated before us. Even when we were seated, the new waiter said he thought we were just waiting for appetizers, and didn't realize we even needed a table. Had we not said anything, we would have been waiting even longer to be seated even with the reservation. We quickly placed our drink and food orders, and this is when service continued to decline. It was clear that there were only two waiters for the smaller dinning room, and yet they were doing a little bit of everything. Our first waitress was also folding silverware, moving clean dishes back to the kitchen, and checking in on the entire dining room. Our second waiter was also the bartender, food runner, and table buser. Needless to say, they needed more hands on deck. I know they were doing their best, but an hour to get our food is really ridiculous. And in that time we were not checked on for water refills or just to ask if we needed anything. Even when our food came out, we had to stop one of the two waiters and ask about the food. Only then, after a few more minutes did they get the food from the kitchen. While not shown in the picture, we got the brussel sprouts and carrot appetizer. This was the only food item we were kind of disappointed with as we couldn't really taste any sriracha, and felt we could have made something similar at home. Other than that, when our three main dishes finally did come out, they were served hot and everything was cooked very well. We all really enjoyed the food we ordered. Really good, but also not out-of-this-world like the price and reviews suggested. In the end, the service was just extremely slow and the price of the food was very high (about $30 per person for three people plus two drinks about $15 each), making it very hard to justify the overall experience. And even though the food was really good, I would not say it was worth going through the extremely long wait.
